交通便利，住宿體驗非常好！

從平溪火車站下車順著坡道直行，沿路逛老街走走看看，在明陽快炒小吃店的隔壁、平溪農會的附近就抵達，大門採‘’自助式‘’密碼輸入入住，此次入住‘’溪雲房‘’挑高的天花板有對外的小窗，客房乾淨舒適，有一布面沙發座，竹編鏤空小夜燈，大螢幕電視，乾濕分離浴廁設備，清靜一夜好眠！

Clean room, large TV, comfy bed, good location in Pingxi, with convenience stores nearby, bus stop and train station as well, nearby library was useful for storing items when we arrived early. They have lockers and you can ask for a key! (check opening hours though in advance). There is a nice vegetarian restaurant just 15 minutes in neighboring Jingtong

At first didn't know where to store luggage for early arrival, train can be noisy (but not frequent), limited view from the room's small windows, no kitchen or other facilities that would make this more of a homestay

La struttura è pulita e ben arredata. La camera poi aveva degli ampi spazi e anche per chi arriva con tanti bagagli c'è sicuramente posto per potersi muovere liberamente. La struttura gode di parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze, lungo la strada principale. Il check-in è stato tutto automatico. Ci è stato consegnato un codice per accedere alla stanza e alla reception principale. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la disponibilità di ombrelli per gli ospiti. La posizione poi della struttura è proprio nel centro storico e si può girare la piccola cittadina tranquillamente a piedi.

Le camere sono un poco insonorizzate e questo rappresenta un problema per chi ha il sonno leggero. Noi siamo stati forse sfortunati e degli ospiti della camera vicina hanno fatto molto rumore nelle ore notturne, ma anche il treno che transita sui binari vicini potrebbe svegliare chi ha il sonno leggero. Un altro aspetto che non ci è piaciuto è che le camere erano difficilmente riconoscibili in quanto il nome era solamente in cinese e il check-in autonomo non ha sicuramente agevolato. Consiglierei di inserire qualche indicazione in più che faciliti il riconoscimento anche per chi non parla cinese.

螞蟻很多，會爬到床上，樓板很薄，二樓住客有小孩+大人的腳步聲兵兵乓乓有夠吵的，浴室地磚沒有止滑，也沒有無障礙扶手，對於腳剛好受傷的人，其實很不方便+危險

1.地點非常好：就在老街走過來一點點的河邊。搭公車的話，過個馬路就到；火車的話，小走一段，但不遠。 2.老闆人很好：本來是問說能不能先去放背包(比較重的)，結果老闆直接說房間已經好了，很阿沙力的讓我們進去休息，大熱天真的感激不盡。 3.房間在二樓，有個小小陽台。火車經過時當然是看得到也聽得到，但班次不多，並不覺得吵。 4.浴室很明亮，採光很好。床也蠻好睡的。

1.很多年前來過，那時有重機擾人。這次幸運沒有再遇到，但不知是房間樓上還是隔壁？間歇性地出現撞擊聲，像門沒關好或鐵皮被風吹動的聲音，半夜還會聽到。 2.浴室毛巾擦身體跟擦臉的看得出來有區分，也很乾淨。但鋪在地板那一塊毛巾，不知是光線問題還是怎的，看起來已經不太白了......

床軟硬適中，浴室水很強，很舒服

平日住宿有包棟的感覺，沒有服務人員的壓力，進出都是電子鎖非常自在的出入。 洗澡的水溫水量都超棒。 主人在當地應該相處和睦，店家們都知道我們住哪裡，太有趣了。

可以跟隔壁店家們來個早餐搭配應該會很棒！

可愛的小陽台，有擺桌椅可以看風景，因為在鐵路旁，定時有區間經過，很適合鐵路迷

下午西曬，入住時有點小悶熱，冷氣制冷速度較慢，旅客入住前可以考慮先打開冷氣會更舒適🥰

房間寬敞，設計風格我也滿意。

一進門是洗手間，洗手間的門是布簾，我和兒子出遊，有些不便，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈。洗手台的出水口關上了，我研究了一下才找出方法把水流出去。

晚上夜深人靜的時候，會想有點聲響，但是，整個山城好安靜，大家都睡啦

位置非常方便，平溪線上的平溪站是個安靜的小鎮，是行政中心，所以有農會、便利商店，民宿位置好停車離火車站也超近。 非常乾淨、舒服，一樓有桌子可以用餐。四人房空間很大，適合我們全家兩大三小住宿。窗戶很多，還可以看到火車，孩子們很喜歡。 非常推薦來住一兩天深度旅遊。

Even though our room was on the first floor, I was amazed because the window view inside was like you were on the 3rd floor and you could see the river, street and the mountain

住一樓，還可以走出來在交誼廳吃東西。 外面裝潢看起來不賴，但裡面就很普通。

樓上小孩在走路會蠻大聲的，不過這就是民宿的缺點。

地點很棒，就在平溪老街旁。

La décoration

Très bruyant avec le train, de plus les murs sont très fins donc on écoute les voisins. Les chambres sont très humides et celle du côté de l'eau, vous vous réveillez avec les pieds dans une flaque d'eau à cause de la condensation. Les commerces autour étaient fermés

The room, the location, the communication with the hotel through Booking, the cleanliness, the view from the window, and the large size of the bedroom: all of these points were perfect.

We could hear noise from the neighboring room, mainly the TV. Also, although everything else was perfect, the price is still a bit high compared to typical Taiwanese hotels.

隔音真的超級差,隔壁房的一舉一動都可以聽得清清楚楚,剛好又遇到半夜不睡覺的房客,晚上都不用睡了......

雖然老闆不在旅館內，但有問題打電話都能馬上獲得幫助與解決。地點不錯，就在省道旁邊，開車來也方便。搭火車來，從火車站走一小段也能抵達，算是便利。而晚上需要吃飯，旅館旁邊有小餐館，而附近也有7-11跟全家可供選擇。

La camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole

Il prezzo, però, risulta un po’ alto rispetto agli standard di Taiwan e al tipo di località in cui ci si trova. Nel complesso una buona struttura, ma con un rapporto qualità-prezzo migliorabile.

環境優美，房間很乾淨，地理位置佳，旁邊有全家和7-11。已經住了第二次，明年到平溪一定會再入住。

Tolle Lage, super Service per Nachricht in booking.com. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben das Zimmer mit Balkon gewählt - sehr nett für den abendlichen Drink aus dem Supermarkt. Der Ort ist am Abend ausgestorben, wir haben an der Hauptstraße das beste Abendessen genossen.
