I liked that every guest adhered to the noise policy and the place is very refreshing and would recommend others to visit the place. The self catering policy provided us with everything we could use to make ourselves food. It’s a home away from home.

Front door needs maintenance the handle keeps getting stuck,electrical kettle it’s broken needs to be replaced. Cleaning needs to be improved a bucket and mop that’s not gonna really get work done, there’s dust and spider webs underneath thick.

Everything! Location is amazing , rooms are super clean. The place is so peaceful. Staff are always ready to assist if there’s anything you need help with, they clean daily and was impressed with them cleaning the braai area everyday! Amazing stay!

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft Schön gelegen im Dinokeng, aussenrum waren immer direkt viele Tiere zu sehen Auch von unserer hot tub haben wir Schakale, Strauß und Impalas gesehen. Tolle Ausstattung, super schöne Unterkunft, richtig gemütlich und wahnsinnig erhohlsam Sehr sehr freundliches Personal Wirklich sehr sehr zu empfehlen!!!

The Chalet was tidy and clean

Our chalet that we booked and paid for fist via Booking.com was given to another family merely because they arrived earlier than we did - this was not appreciated. They did however provide a small refund to compensate for the chalet they put us in. I really also think they could as part of the price add free wood for braaiing and the fireplace. Also, both evenings we heard partying from outside the camp which was pretty disturbing. Also, notify people of the additional charge at the TAU Gate which is not included in the stay price.

It was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Absolutely perfect.

The lodge is very nice, clean, beautiful and safe and the staff were 1000% friendly and helpful more especially, Freddy, Martina & Sally I really appreciate your humanity guys may God bless you and continue treating people nice like you were to us, Lookout Safari Lodge is the best

The venue is exceptional, chalets are stunning and functional as self-catering units. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the romantic package is a must.

The hot tub (jacuzzi) had so much chlorine in it that our jewellery completely discoloured, our swimming clothes were damaged beyond repair (severe discolouration as well) and we got skin rash that still itches after 2 days.

I love everything about the property from the staff and the receptionist who welcomed us and gave us a tour of the place . So much peace and quiet

Enjoyed the location, privacy of the chalet, the views, especially from the lounge. The facilities are good and Audrey at reception is willing to walk the extra mile for guests.

No warm water in the outside shower. Plugs next to the bed need attention.

The stay itself was lovely, wish we were able to go on a game drive but everything was booked up. Not really much to complain about in all honesty

I thought the pricing was a bit much within comparison to what is available close by. The facilities are newer so I presume they want the pricing up to cover the costs. A bit pricey for what you get.

Such a cozy tented camp. Loved seeing the animals behind the fence during the day.

That is was close to pretoria. It is very easy to find. Property is kept very well. Clean and neat.

Could be a little more private. For example our shower and toilet can be seen fully from road way between the units. Also, our Jacuzzi took almost 12 hours to heat up properly.

Been here before and honestly one of these best stays I’ve ever had. Staff is great-always wanting to help. You have amazing cozy chalets and the jacuzzi is private

The fridge being outside in a self catering charlet...side tents not completely closing up...like we got a surprise visit by frog.

Loved the game drive and the staff where so incredible.

Our jacuzzi was broken when we arrived. luckily they managed to get it back working in the evening.

The room was perfect. It exceeded my expectations and I am planning to go back 🙌🙌🙌💯.

There were ants in the kitchen but was manageable. If you keep the space clean then you are good 😊

The staff was welcoming and hands on, they explained almost everything to the latter. The chalet had the privacy that we needed

The towels were old they had stains and are so dry. There were some white things (like webs) in the toilet and the ceiling fans to show that they don’t really use feather dusters when cleaning

I loved everything about the property. It was clean, well resourced. Staff were very friendly and helpful .

Outdoor jacuzzi is top. The lodge looks very beautiful, the bed linen and towels are very new and fresh. The lodge has a braai and a very cozy boma.

The ranger of the game drive, organized by the hotel was really bad. He just drove around very fast and couldn’t even spot the giraffes.

The chalet was really cute and had everything you need, we went for our anniversary so they made it extra special. The game drive was great. And Audrey was lovely and very accommodating

The unit we stayed has a very old type of built braai and brick seating, this should be removed and possibly a new under cover braai , as you have no place to cook if the weather is poor.

We were there for our anniversary, staff were friendly and always available.

Wunderschönes Zelt Chalet inmitten des Dinokeng Reservats. Freundlicher Empfang, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Tier Geräusche in der Nacht waren unvergesslich. Wir bekamen mehrmals Besuch von einem Schakal der neugierig am Zaun hin und her lief. Der Whirlpool war natürlich unser Highlight. Auch die beiden Pools sind sehr schön an einem kleinen Wasserloch gelegen. Besuchen sie auch die kleine Craft Brewery im Dinokeng Reservat, sehr gutes Bier und Essen.

Das wir nur 2 Nächte geblieben sind 😉

Amazing stay ! Very clean and private ( guests from other chalets are far away ) very friendly staff. We forgot about check out time and they gave us more than half an hour of extra time !
