De service van het personeel tijdens het ontbijt en het dinner. Maar ook met helpen van de summercard welke wij niet goed ontvangen hadden + de kamers waren heel mooi ingericht en heel schoon het voelt fijn en aangenaam.

Sehr feines Essen, excellenter Service

Check-in unkompliziert und schnell, nette aufgestellte Empfangsdame. Sehr feines Frühstück, alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr grosses Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt, sehr schöne Bettwäsche, Betten sehr bequem. Fitnesscenter klein aber fein, alles dabei was man braucht. Wellnessbereich ebenfalls alles mit dabei. Abendessen sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet, nicht kitschig, man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Warme Atmosphäre.

Es hat alles gepasst, unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wenn wir etwas auszusetzen haben, dann der Preis von Euro 5.20 für einen Espresso, das finden wir zuviel.

Time of checkout is too early, put some unnecessary stress. Attitude of reception manger was too strict. Could be slightly more flexible.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Besser geht's nicht.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und in schönem Style gebaut. Der Spa Bereich war mit sehr gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Super leckeres Frühstück.

Check out bereits um 10:30 Uhr. Die Masseurin war sehr unfreundlich. Auf Nachfrage nach etwas mehr Druck, wollte sie uns ein teureres Angebot verrechnen.

I loved that they offered activities for guests. I was happy to discover that they offered Yoga on Saturday morning! The sauna was also very relaxing and I can only recommend the massage. Also if you are into fine-dining I can absolutely recommend the 9-course meal! Overall I had an amazing experience.

Die Lage ist top! Ausstattung top, Angestellte sehr zuvorkommend und stets mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht hilfsbereit!

Ausgezeichnetes Essen: Das Frühstück ist „außergewöhnlich gut“ und reichhaltig; das Restaurant bietet „Spitzenküche“ bzw. „feines Essen“; • Gutes Spa-/Wellness-Angebot, Saunabereich; • Design und Atmosphäre: Das Ullrhaus ist stilvolles Boutique-/Designhotel, in dem man sich „sofort wohlfühlt“.

Lärm: Bei geöffnetem Fenster stören vorbeifahrende Autos und Passanten. Eingeschränkte Tischwahl im Restaurant beim Abendessen: Der Wunsch nach einem bestimmten Tisch wird nicht berücksichtigt. Garage: Zufahrt nur über speziellen Autolift – Ein- und Ausfahrt sind deutlich erschwert, besonders wenn mehrere Fahrzeuge gleichzeitig fahren wollen; insgesamt sehr umständlich und wenig komfortabel.

Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Abendessen war sehr fein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Special considerations were requested for my son's low immunity which the hotel and all it's personel excelled to support. We also enjoyed the excellent dinner and breakfast. Breakfast offered a lot of choices, from fruit, cheese, cake, a la carte options, .... The selection of fruit was really exceptional even when comparing to 5* hotels. The sauna we tried as well and was a nice area to relax. A really great hotel which I strongly recommend without any doubt.

The location is excellent, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. Breakfast was superb, and the ski locker facilities were particularly well designed. The spa was spacious and relaxing, and the overall design of the hotel is both elegant and thoughtfully executed. Altogether, it offers a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The main drawback was the bed. It was quite firm, which in itself might be a matter of preference, but the bigger issue was that it consisted of two separate mattresses pushed together rather than one proper double bed. This created a gap in the middle, making it uncomfortable to lie close together. We asked about changing rooms, but were informed that this setup is standard throughout the hotel. A sheet was provided to help keep the beds together, but unfortunately it did not resolve the issue. It’s a shame, because everything else about the stay was excellent. However, at this price point, good sleep and proper bedding are essential. For that reason alone, we would not choose to stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is in the center of everything!

The room stayed very warm, but we just opened the door every now and then.

Breakfast was incredible so much choice. Location being walkable to and from the train station is great! The proximity to the first lift and town for food is brilliant. Spa and pool were beautiful - reflective of the full hotel decor. The real highlight was the restaurant and bar produce - truely incredible.

To really really enhance the experience. The room could have been bigger. The pool could have had a hot tub. The view from the balcony could be prettier.

La camera un po piccola e di notte l'area è molto secca non favorisce una buona respirazione..

Sehr schönes neuwertiges Hotel, schlichter und dennoch sehr gemütlicher Stil. Tolle Lage zu Gondeln und Sessellift. Schöner Pool und separater Saunabereich mit langen Öffnungszeiten. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Unser Zimmer (401) hatte eine sehr große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Rendl. Am Abreisetag noch Nutzung der Tiefgarage und Duschen möglich, herzlichen Dank dafür.

Accommodatie in uitstekende staat, hele mooie familiesuite met voldoende grote kamers. Service was uitstekend, hele gastvrije bediening bij ontbijt en restaurant. Top locatie op 1min lopen van Galzig en Gampenlift, vlakbij Intersport, Alber en Jennewein skiverhuur. Wellnesscentrum met twee ruime sauna’s, relaxeerruimtes en groot zwembad. Extra’s zoals massage zeker aan te raden. We komen zeker terug

An exceptional hotel, with incredibly attentive staff and fantastic facilities. The quality of the food was fabulous and the spa was first class. Exactly what you would want when going away!

There really was nothing I would have improved on.

Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had - choices available from fresh berries to hot meal, also availability to order hot choices from the menus. Couldn't ask for a better selection:)

Restaurant was very nice but there was no options for kids in the menu. So, we didn't experience the hotel restaurant in the evenings - loss for grownups but keeping kids happy. Kids menu could be a step up.

I can not think of any

The staff were really friendly. They helped us with any questions we had throughout our trip. The service was very fast and food freshly prepared with care and quality. The location of the hotel is so central and very easy to access lifts. Also our room was extremely comfortable and overall we had an incredible holiday.

There was a day children were making some loud noises in the spa which ruined the relaxing experience. Perhaps it should be made clearer that children are not allowed in the area during the check in.

The hotel is modern and beautiful. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely 5 star. The best we had in St Anton! Try and book half board if you can. It’s pricey but totally worth it. The rooms are lovely and extremely well thought out. There is space for all your belongings. The spa is first rate and gorgeous. It’s right downtown - within a hundred meters of the gondolas. All in all, an amazing stay - highly recommend!

Von A-Z ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem hervorragenden Restaurant. Freundliches, aufmerksames und doch zurückhaltendes Personal. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Eine stilvolle Innenarchitektur welche sich stimmig im ganzen Haus wiederholt. Kleiner aber sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Perfekte Lage im Dorfzentrum.

Es wäre perfekt, wenn man vom Wellnessbereich an die frische Luft könnte. (Dieser ist im 2. UG) Ansonsten perfekter Aufenthalt - Herzlichen Dank.

The location was ideal for the town centre. With underground parking making my stay feel extra special. The breakfast offered was verry good with lots to offer .

Sehr schönes Hotel an optimaler Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und excellentes Abendessen, gross und gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit Balkon, alles sehr sauber, Parkplatz in der hoteleigenen Garage ist angenehm

Im Zimmer war es eher zu heiss und im Essbereich sowie in der Bar eher etwas kühl, der Indoor-Pool ist düster und alle Liegen waren bei meinem Besuch besetzt.
