Sporthotel St. Anton

Die Lage war für meine Zwecke sehr gut. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr angenehme Größe und auch einen Balkon. Das Parken in einer nahegelegenen Garage ist auch gut gelöst. Die Wellness Einrichtungen habe ich nicht genützt.

Das Hotel und auch die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Poderia haver a indicaçao de que temos de passar jma zona pedonal para aceder ao hotel. O gps envia para uma localizacao onde os carroa podem andar e nao para a entrada da cancela que da acesso à zkna

Das Hotel liegt zentral, das Zimmer war sauber und der Preis, den ich bezahlt habe, war fair.

Die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren dünn, sodass der Raum nachts nicht richtig dunkel wurde; zusammen mit der Straßenbeleuchtung war es mir nachts einfach zu hell. Wenn sie die Vorhänge austauschen, wird sich das gesamte Erlebnis verändern – und da es so einfach ist, verstehe ich nicht, warum man das nicht tut… Das Hotel wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen – passend zu dem eher kühlen Empfang an der Rezeption. Die Touristenabgabe von 5 Euro pro Nacht ist eine ziemliche Abzocke, wofür das Hotel allerdings nichts kann.

Personeel was netje en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was uitstekend.

Douche was in het bad. Dat vind ik altijd wat minder vanwege kans op uitglijden.

Nettes Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Wir durften in der Tiefgarage parken.

Bis Mitternacht gab es Lärm von der Fußgängerzone herauf. Schlafen mit geöffneten Fenster somit nicht möglich.

Zufahrt zum Hotel war fast nicht möglich. Parkplatz sehr weit entfernt vom Hotel

Super freundliches Personal, vor allem die liebe Steffi! Auch lieben Dank für die Ersatzlösung mit dem Parken und auch späteren Check-Out beim Giro. Das hat einem einiges an Stress in der Früh erspart.

Leider gibt es nicht direkt beim Hotel Parkplätze. Die Garage ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Ich weiss nicht ob ich es überlesen hatte. Aber mir war nicht bewusst, dass der Garagenplatz nicht direkt vom Hotel aus zugänglich ist.

Staff, facilities and location

I visited the hotel bar one evening while meeting friends who were staying there, and I have to say the experience exceeded my expectations. The space had a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable whether you’re a guest or just stopping by for a drink. What really stood out was the bartender, Stavros. Professional, approachable, and clearly knowledgeable, he added a special touch to the whole experience. His cocktail recommendations were thoughtful, and the execution was precise and well-balanced. His genuine hospitality made the evening even more enjoyable. Sporthotel bar at St.Anton, is a destination worth visiting on its own. I would definitely visit again if I find myself in the area.

We stayed half board for a week in March 2026. Large comfortable room, good breakfast selection, really excellent quality menu each day for evening meal and fabulous, helpful staff. Great location too. Definitely recommend

Excellent steakhouse and service 😁

All the staff are exceptionally helpful. Food on half board is superb, salad course then starter, soup, choice of mains and desert. Cheese course also available on many nights. On main pedestrian area but the good double glazing stops any noise even on the front rooms

Stavros is the best bartender ever!!!! He was super attentive and made the best drinks. I will definitely be back, just for him!

Our second visit to the Sport Hotel. Excellent family run hotel only 5 minutes walk from the ski lifts. Very comfortable rooms with ample storage plus a good ski room downstairs for boots and skis. 5 course dinners were delicious as was the ample choice at breakfast. The staff throughout are kind and thoughtful despite being busy with guests. Very nice pool and sauna in the basement for relaxing after skiing. We hope to return again!

Absolutely amazing service from all of the restaurant, bar & entertainment staff, all of which make the experience at the hotel so welcoming & makes you want to return …12 out of 10!

The hotel is worn down. very old feel and look and smell. Our room was the nicest place as it has been renovated. the ski room one big open room with no able to lock up your stuff.

Die Möbel des Zimmers sind sehr alt. Der Teppichboden und die nicht regulierbare Heizung.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and everything was clean and well looked after. The spa area was a big plus — the steam room, sauna, and infrared room were great for relaxing. Breakfast had plenty of choice, supper was very good, and the evening pianist added a nice, calm atmosphere. A special mention to Zori and Yeli, the waitresses, who were lovely and made every meal more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay and somewhere we’d happily return to.

Just returned from a week staying at the sport hotel, we really enjoyed it. The food was really good and we had a really good laugh with the ladies in the restaurant. Very attentive, but also good fun. Ski locker was fine and it’s only a short walk to the lift. Didn’t use the pool/spa so couldn’t comment on that. We personally found the hotel very hot, so we had the window open all the time, which is just wasting energy, even with radiators turned off. All in all, a brilliant week and we’d recommend the hotel. We are staying on the 3rd floor at the back of the hotel, we didn’t find it noisy. Thank you

Three of my friends and I had an amazing time during our stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and plentiful, sauna was perfect after a long day of skiing. The bar was great and Stavros our bar tender made the best drinks for us while we enjoyed the piano player every evening before dinner. The entire staff was attentive and remembered our preferences with food and drinks. Beds were comfy in the two bedroom suite we shared. Definitely a great stay for a week of skiing.

Lovely Hotel and had a great holiday . We stayed for a week with Crystal ski 22nd Feb -1st March . Had a great week. Its a good 5-10 min walk to one of the main lifts which we did each day. The hotel has a great locker room downstairs for your boots and skis to store them, dry them and easy to get straight onto the main road to go to the lift. The food on the half board was fabulous . A fab spread at breakfast time and the eve was a 4 course dinner with a couple of choices for the main course, plus a salad bar you could help yourself too. All of the staff were lovely and really helpful. I asked for a kettle in my room to make tea and coffee when we wanted and they provided this , and changed my pillow when i requested a fuller pillow. Housekeeping came in every day, made the bed and changed the towels. Our bedroom was a little tired and in need of a makeover (which i believe is being done this summer) but it was clean and comfortable . We were at the front of the hotel which was lovely to look out, however it is a bit noisy in the early hours of the morning with the drinkers heading back to their hotels , so if i stay again i would ask to be at the back of the hotel as quieter. The pool was a bit on the cool side for me , which was a shame so i only went in the once. Had it have been warmer i would have used it everyday and i am sure more people would have done too. I was empty most days and i think this was due to the temperature, which is a shame. I did use the steam room though which was nice. Overall , i would recommend the hotel , the lovely staff and great food were deff the best bit.

A great stay! Really professional and relaxed atmosphere. A great location being near the lifts and central to the town centre. A lovely room with balcony high st and piste view. Every member of staff were super helpful and friendly (and fun). The bar manager (Stavross) was great to chat to to and gave us really useful ski route recommendations⛷️🏂 and special cocktails🍹 Genuinely a great mix of chilled and professional. I highly recommend👍

Located in the middle of the village, close to ski lift, shops, restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff, good food, clean rooms. The only note ( nothing to do with the hotel), it is a party town and a lot of street noise till late at night.

Crystal Ski Holiday. Family and Friends. Excellent food, wide choice each evening dinner. Good spa area. Very attentive staff. Great location in town for Galzig, Gampen, and Rendle lifts. Close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Bar was under-resourced. The barman could have had a helping hand at pre dinner drinks time. However, all in all, this is a great place to stay. Cannot really fault it.

Leisure and breakfast

We are a group of 12, who are just about to leave this wonderful hotel. The accommodation is excellent with spa facilities and everything you needing to cater for your skiing equipment and aching muscles after a day on the slopes. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The dining experience was gastronomical with delicious food every evening, something for everyone as I am a fussy eater. The bar area had a great atmosphere with piano music every night. The location to the lifts is a 4 mins walk and if needed the ski schule is just up the road. Thanks for such a good time!

Like all hotel facilities in Austria, they provide great food choices for breakfast. At Sports Hotel, there was plenty of seating to cater for varied size ski groups, or individuals. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel has all the facilities that you need for your stay in St Anton. My room had a bath, which is an added bonus at the end of a long day skiing.

The lay out for the breakfast buffet was a bit poor. It was very congested, where it could easily have been spread out a bit more.

Excellent hotel for a ski holiday. All staff very friendly but special mention to the three siblings from Belgrade. Lovely food and great atmosphere with the excellent piano playing. Only gripe was that the hotel was so hot! Really appreciated the option of early breakfast on day of departure and late dinner on day of arrival. Really close to slopes. Nice Spa. Ps take ear plugs for blocking out noise in early hours!!!!

From the moment we arrived until our departure we were looked after beautifully. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We were half board and the food was delicious. Our kids loved the extensive breakfast buffet (the cinnamon rolls were especially popular) and dinner each night was excellent. The hotel was in the middle of St Anton in easy reach of the lifts and close by to shops and cafes etc. Thank you for a fabulous stay.
