Первое, что я пропустил и об этом нигде не пишут - нету выхода к морю! Причем ни в отеле, ни в регионе в целом, к морю вы не спуститесь никак, учтите это! Второе, вечером пусто и скучновато, для кого то это плюс, бесспорно, но не для нас. Ресторан в отеле неплохой, но вечером на ужине была только наша семья)) немного странное ощущение) если хотите уединения и не паритесь по поводу отсутствия тусовки - супер

החדר מצויד בריהוט מדהים , גדול ומרווח. הבריכה גדולה עם הרבה מקומות ישיבה בצל. סביבת ארוחת הבוקר במסעדת המלון מאוד מפוארת ונעימה. שהות מעולה.

חוף הים לא היה נגיש לשימוש בחודש יוני, המים רחוקים. נגישות למלון רק עם רכב. המלון רחוק ממרכז העיר כחצי שעה נסיעה.

This property exceeded our expectations. Spotless clean, quiet and very modern. The staff went out of their way to help us. The pool area was immaculate and had stunning sea views. The breakfast was one of the best we have had on our month long trip. The restaurant food was exceptional and reasonably priced for us. ( we live in the Middle East where prices can be high). This hotel is so nice we are planning to book again for the final part of our trip.

L’emplacement c’est loin de hua hin et loin de cha am …. Faut prendre le taxi tout le temps mais c’est pas cher et surtout on peut pas se baigner dans la mer ….

A lovely beachfront resort with excellent service, relaxing atmosphere, and comfortable rooms.

The only downside is that the location is quite secluded, making it less convenient to access nearby attractions and restaurants.

The hotel grounds are well kept and absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a pool villa and it was one of the most gorgeous rooms we have ever stayed in. It was totally private with a fairly big pool. The staff at the hotel is so lovely and helpful. We ate all our meals at the hotel and the food was yummy! The spa ezperience was top notch. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a relaxing holiday. We are definitely going back.

The only silly note is that we would have wished for a broader selection of cable channels with english shows to watch at night before going to bed.

I thought the beach was more accessible and the term "beach front" was a a little misleading as its not a proper beach area to sit on. However it wasnt even necessary because everything else was fabulous

Probably the best private pool I’ve ever experienced, perfect size and temperature. Restaurant is high quality and a wide range of food to choose from (I stayed for 1 week and never left the resort eating every meal at said restaurant and never ran out of choices) house keeping is great offering a turndown service as well, and they often would leave some gifts after making up the room. Staff were superb as well.

This is a beautiful resort with relaxing vibes. The room was nice and spacious and the staff very pleasant and helpful.

We had an issue with the room originally assigned to us but the staff were very accommodating and sorted out the issue fast.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit großartigen Zimmern und einem super Spa und sehr freundlichem Persona! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Der Strand vor dem Hotel ist nur bei Ebbe vorhanden und das Meer ist generell dort nicht so schön. Ist aber defacto nichts was das Hotel beeinflussen kann.

The property is a bit far from all amenities and there are no nice beaches nearby but if you just want to relax by the pool for a few days it is perfect.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und die Pflanzenvielfalt hat uns sehr gefallen und beeindruckt. Man merkt das sich die Designer viel Gedanken darüber gemacht haben. Auch das Interior Design hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir hatten eine Villa am Strand gebucht, also eigentlich die beste Kategorie, aber unsere Villa wurde nur nach Rückfrage vom Housekeeping geputzt und es gab keinen Turn Down Service am Abend, der in solch einer Kategorie eigentlich Standard ist. Bei Ankunft waren auch Zigarettenstummel neben unserem Pool und teilweise lagen die Bodenmatten(wir glauben für die Abgrenzung vom Sand zu den Pflanzen) frei, was nicht sehr schön aussah. Einige Beleuchtungen am Weg in der Anlage waren beschädigt und sind nur daneben gelegen. Wenn man gerne ins Meer geht, würden wir das Resort auch nicht empfehlen, da es zwar direkt am Meer liegt aber keinen guten Zugang dazu hat.

Beautiful sea-view and swimming pool, very well taken care of facilities, very nice and helpful staff. We stayed in a beachfront room and in one of the villas - both were great, with gorgeous sea views, very clean and thought through. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly! We really enjoyed our stay and are certainly planning to come back!

Every thing about the hotel and staff. Especially Wee who works behind the pool bar and gives out towel's, he was very friendly and very helpful. Our cleaner was very nice too and looked after our room very well.

Not being able to use the beach, so had to get taxis to another locations. Towels a little worn out. Mini bar was free last year but this year had to pay, bit cheeky as the price of the hotel went up.

In meinen 5 Wochen Rundreise, war dieses mit Abstand das Beste. Die Anlage ist ein Traum, top gepflegt, sauber, bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Ein absolutes Paradies! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der außergewöhnliche Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden. Das Restaurant bot eine sehr gute und breite Auswahl an Gerichten, das Frühstück war vielfältig und der Geschmack immer sehr gut. Das Zimmer war großzügig und wunderschön, das Gym gut ausgestattet.

Wlan war etwas schwach und leider hatte mein Zimmer einen muffigen Geruch.

Très bel hôtel contemporain, magnifique et immense piscine, jardin paysager vraiment très beau. Buffet du petit-déjeuner très copieux et varié, servi dans un cadre très agréable et reposant.

Le niveau de la mer atteignant le mur de l'hôtel, les baignades sont fortement déconseillées car dangereuses devant l'établissement. Mobilier de la terrasse, design, certes, mais absolument inconfortable. L'espace de la terrasse est très -trop- minéral, très "froid" et très impersonnel. Pour un séjour "piscine et détente", pas de centres d'intérêt à proximité.

Excellent property and the staff is exceptionally sweet and top notch service, the breakfast is great as well, they use organic fruits and vegetables.

Wir hatten eine Strandvilla mit einem traumhaften Garten und einem grossen Pool – einfach herrlich! Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel mit viel Platz und das Bett war unglaublich bequem. Wir hatten das Glück, sehr ruhige Nachbarn zu haben. Jeden Morgen konnten wir einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang geniessen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, und der gesamte Service war einfach top. Das Mittag- und Abendessen waren perfekt. Beim Frühstück gibt es noch ein kleines Verbesserungspotenzial, aber insgesamt war es ein wundervoller Aufenthalt.

Es gibt keinen Strand direkt beim Hotel. Zum nächsten Strand läuft man etwa 20 Minuten, da man nicht durch die anderen Hotelanlagen gehen kann und daher einen kleinen Umweg machen muss. Direkt beim Hotel ist eher wenig los, für das Nachtleben benötigt man daher am besten einen Bolt oder Grab Taxi-Service. Diese waren jedoch meist innerhalb von 3 Minuten verfügbar.

The location and facilities are exceptional. Very high level of service and food. We stayed in a Garden Villa and the beachfront Villa. The Villas offer a high level of privacy and the views from the beach front villa are stunning. The sunrise is worth waking up early.

The photos can be misleading as recent ocean erosion of the beach along Cha-am has swallowed the beach. So the hotel says it is beach front but there is no beach - you have a good view of the sea though!

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, das Restaurant und das Gesamtbild der Anlage auf höchstem Niveau. Restaurant etwas teuer aber äußerst selten so gut gegessen. Absolut Spitze. Frühstücksauswahl lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen, das Angebot ist einfach überwältigend. Die Anlage lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer riesig.

Keinen Meerzugang und keinen Strand. Man muss sich schon ins Taxi setzen, um im Meer schwimmen zu gehen. Zugegebenermaßen aber auch nicht vom Hotel beworben. Daher auch kein Punktabzug.

It was easy to navigate through the property. It was also wheelchair friendly.

We stayed in a mini suite beachfront. There is no solid door between sleep area and the toilet/shower/sink, rather there were two hanging curtains to separate these areas. It could be noisy if a person uses the toilet or shower at night while another is sleeping.

Väldigt visuellt fint och fräscht hotell. Bra mat och frukost även om det var dyrt.

Poolen var väldigt kall. Vi var där med barn och kändes inte som att det fanns så mycket att göra även om det fanns kids club. Kändes mer som ett vuxenhotell. Fanns ingen strand vid hotellet.

Hotelli oli todella kaunis ja hyvin hoidettu. Villa oli erinomainen, sänky lähes täydellinen ja pihan oma allas aivan ihana. Hotellissa ruoka oli kallista, mutta kaikki maistui hyvältä. Palvelu oli nopeaa ja ystävällistä.

Ainoa miinus tulee todella kovaäänisestä ilmastoinnista. Ilmastointia ei ollut mahdollista laittaa ns. Hiljaiseen tilaan ja tämän vuoksi ekana yönä emme saaneet oikein nukuttua. Lisäksi wifi takkuili jonkun verran. Näistä puutteista huolimatta menisin ehdottomasti uudelleen hotelliin!

Service staff restaurant are really fantastic

Leider sehr schlechte Lage, kein Strand, da in der Vergangenheit weggespült wurde, viel zu weit weg von Hua Hin, in Cha-am gelegen, die Ortschaft wirkt sehr ausgestorben, Hotel dafür sehr schön und hochwertig.
