Car park is all outdoor, so it's very hot. Having enough shade for it would be superb.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026The value for money was excellent. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a relaxed feel and was very enjoyable to stay at.
Location wise, it’s best to take transport to things nearby, rather than walk. The floors in the hallway got very slippery due to high traffic from pool to rooms.

Hotellets restaurant och bar är lite dyra och det visar sig att det är nästan inga gäster som går dit, sänk priserna så kommer ni att få fler besökare, maten är god men dyr. Om man går ut på gatan finns det flera trevliga restauranger som serverar god mat och dryck till ett bra pris.

Pyöriä asiakkaiden lainattavissa, iltapäivällä shuttle Hua Hiniin Rauhallinen resort, sopi hyvin meidän rentoon lomapätkään. Aamiainen tyypillinen thaimaalainen - muistuttaa lähinnä lounasbuffaa🙂 Hotellilla hyvä pyrkimys ympäristö- ja kiertätysasioissa.
Ainoa toiveeni, että ranta-aluetta siivottaisiin paremmin, enemmän roska-astioita.

None. But next time, we plan to book the pool access rooms to get access to the long, private pool. We didn't know that it wasn't accessible for guests in other types of room. Anyway, it was not the hotel's fault!

Det lå afsidesliggende. Cha Am by ligger en taxi-tur væk ligeså hua hin. Det larmede også en del under vores ophold 1 uge) da de var i gang med vedligeholdesesopgaver i værelserne ved siden af vores. Det var ret forstyrrende når man gerne ville ligge i den swimuppool vi havde bestilt

เวลาเช็คอินกำหนด 3 โมง แต่พนักงานไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าห้องพัก ให้รอเป็นชั่วโมงกว่า จนถึงเวลาบ่าย 3 โมง จึงให้เข้าห้องพักได้ โดยแจ้งว่าห้องยังทำความสะอาดไม่เสร็จ ในขณะที่ลูกค้าที่มาที่หลังพอมาเช็คอินให้เข้าที่พักได้เลย ไม่ทราบว่าอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ลูกค้าที่จองโดยตรงกับโรงแรมก่อนหรือเปล่า ส่วนที่จองผ่านอาเจนซี่ให้เป็นลูกค้าชั้นรอง ไม่โอเคเลยครับ

Il devrait faire des soirées à thème pour les clients de l’hôtel car il n’y a rien autour et pour un Hotel comme ça ça fait vide surtout le soir et faire plus d’animation. Sinon c’est parfait.

Staff talked a little loud. No towel set up in the room. Too many mosquitoes. Stain marks by the tea station, glasses were dirty, just pouring water and truth of uncleanliness floated. Shower room amenity bottles were uncleaned. Breakfast choices didn't meet my expectation. Remote control and telephone were dirty. But at this price point at least I would expect mosquito free and towels.
