Centre Point Hotel Terminal21 Korat

easy access to terminal 21

very bad internet

All good breakfast just ok

All ok

Clean and close to T21

The hotel was very clean, the staff were great and very helpful. The location was fantastic, especially as we had a wedding to goto, being able to pop to T21 for anything that we needed was great.

The breakfast was ok, but the selection wasn't great and it was cold.

Mall

Good location and easy access from Mitrapab road and well maintenance for room.

Need sound proofing improvement, no bath towel and hair towel set up ready when check-in and pillows need replacement.

Very clean, comfortable bed and staff were excellent

It is a bit confusing finding the parking when arriving, but we have been here before so was ok. Great staff and great room. Breakfast is not 5 star but I think anyone can find what they need to get a good start of the day. We had dinner in the hotel on one of the nights and it was almost empty but we were happy with the food we ordered.

When we arrived I saw the signs that we had to pay for any missing towels. I said hotels usually make you wait when you check out to see that we haven't damaged the room. I joked to my wife and said we should have requested a review before getting access to the room. I shouldnt have joked as I had to go to reception in the morning and ask them to deliver large shower towels as they were missing. They did not ask us to pay for them so all ok :)

I am very upset with Booking. com. It is not specified that in the hotel you cannot have drink. No Bar. At the restaurant you cannot have any drink like wine during your dinner. We have dinner in the restaurant because we were tired with a long trip from Isaan In Isaan the food is not especially gastronomic, and I was expecting to have an excellent dinner but nothing of that. We were the only clients of the evening This hotel is boring. I read reviews about this hotel, but they are not reflecting the reality. Breakfast is just normal and is not exceptional. I got better in other hotels Anyway, I am not happy at all and will never come back in center point hotel. I want my comments in your reviews because most of them are fake and are not the reality.

War alles perfekt

Great hotel directly connected to the Terminal 21 shopping mall.

Breakfast was SO disappointing. The staff forgot to turn on the bunsen to heat the meals. Everything was cold.

Everything! The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, the staff were all super friendly and nice, daily breakfast dining room is beautiful and very welcoming, and the convenience of the Terminal 21 mall connected to the hotel itself without having to go outside to walk to the mall…you literally step outside of the hotel’s connected entry and you’re inside Terminal 21 mall! We’ve stayed at Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 in Pattaya once and the top floor view is gorgeous and also excellent. Both hotel locations exceeded our expectations and not disappoint for our family stays. We will book again if we can in future traveling trips.

Nothing really comes to mind.

The location is perfect especially being connected to the shopping mall

Can’t think of anything I didn’t not like

The staff are friendly and helpful the facilities were clean and the location is centrally to everything we need

The breakfast selection weren’t as good as previous visits we have made over the last few years

Very modern hotel & rooms well appointed. Pool accessible late = good. Staff very attentive. Breakfast good & not busy like some hotels.

Nothing.

Pool nice, wenn such nicht riesig. Frühstück top, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Bett gut.

อยู่ในshopping center

Fitness

Very modern and new building with a popular shopping complex in Korat. Room size is wide enough and with enough amenities for overnight stay.

The location is a little far from city center and needed to take a taxi or some other transportation.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel has a fitness center, which was a nice bonus. The swimming pool was a bit cloudy, but everything else was excellent. I especially appreciated the complimentary laundry facilities, including washing machines, dryers, an ice machine, and even free laundry detergent. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and everything was delicious. The location is fantastic, with direct access to Terminal 21 shopping mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Hyvä aamiainen

Breakfast was great, staff were lovely and very helpful, and the location for the volleyball we were there to watch was perfect - it was in the building we were staying in. The rooms are modern and clean and well set out. Value for money for the rooms (we were in a Grand Suite) was great. The gym was also good with new equipment and ample size for what we needed.

We totally respect the 'wellness' aspect of the hotel, but there is no bar or alcohol served in either the hotel or in any restaurants in the whole of the centre - we're not big drinkers, but like a drink while sitting by the pool or with dinner.

Everything clean , staff great , very helpful, breakfast superb , try the sausage salad . Best thing was the toilet with automatic spray …. Wow 😃

Breakfast was very good

Direction within the T21 parking lot were confusing

Good hotel , good location, staff very good, breakfast good

Nothing

Loistava sijainti ostoskeskuksen yhteydessä.

Speed at Check-In, Great Central Location, Super Clean and Comfortable Room. Breakfast is excellent too - great choice for both Thai and International travellers.

Nothing - this is the hotel of choice when we visit Korat

Hyvä palvelu, paitsi että emme voineet ostaa jäötelöä uimassa käytyämme. En Vaula tiedä miksi.

You get what you pay for. The breakfast buffet was very good 👍

There are signs of lack of maintenance, specifically in the rooms. But this is not a new hotel.

Nice soft bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Everything t food was excellent

Beautiful view from the swimming pool and the room. Convenient access to the Terminal 21 Mall.

The access to the property was strange. Cannot get into the property without making several U-turns. Rush-hour traffic made access difficult.

Staff very attentive & always quick to help. Very clean & modern. Terminal 21 has everything you can think of.

Wouldn’t change a thing!

THE HOTEL WAS VERY LOVELY AND CLEAN AND ALL STAFF WAS VERY EXCELLENT, HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN ,

Great service with a smile

5 star hotel but you have to park car yourself

Right next to terminal 21.

Location

Bed was uncomfortable, not my original booked room.

Hotel staff were great. The room was great. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.

Everything

Konum mükemmel. Kahvaltıda çok çeşit var ve çok lezzetli. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve güleryüzlü. Otel genel olarak son derece temiz.

Otele giriş esnasında bazı şeyler için diğer otellerden farklı dökümanlar imzalattılar ve keyfi kurallarını müşteriye zorla dayattılar. Bu durum kendimi kötü hissettirdi.

Clean and nicely decorated room. Good shower and wc. The breakfast was ok, blend of western and Asian.

The bed has likely seen better days. There was strangely nosy from others rooms and the hallway. The air-con system was unmanageable so everyone liked - but it can be my fault as I couldn’t control it right.

Location and cleanliness

Room service good left something to be desired. Stay away from the hamburger

Neues Hotel in einem Einkaufszentrum. Sehr schöne Suite, super sauber Pool mit Aussicht Tolles Frühstück in sehr schönem Ambiente

Man geht sehr lange in dem tollen Einkaufszentrum shoppen 😎😎😎

Great location directly connected to the mall. Great staff and service. Very good breakfast

We use the place as a stop off when heading to North Thailand by road. Hotel is fairly new, in excellent condition. Has a nice pool, for cooling off.

All good

Gute Lage. Direkt über einem Einkaufszentrum
