Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The views from their hotel are phenomenal but I think was left us speechless was the care, consideration and kindness of Andres and his family - they are exceptional hosts and we highly recommend staying here to experience Colombia's coffee region. The breakfast was always delicious, fresh and tailored to our needs. The hotel room was clean and cosy. You can see the level of care and thoughtfulness they have put into their hotel. They even went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe and comfortable during/after the earthquake. We are so grateful that we chose to stay with them - it was a trip we will never forget! We hope to visit again, one day!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026We stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding nearby and from start to finish it was an incredible experience thanks to Andrés and his family's impeccable hospitality. While we were there a significant and rare earthquake struck the entire region and while no one immediately around us was injured we were so incredibly thankful to be around such caring and capable hosts for such a scary experience. Even on the morning of the quake they exceeded our wildest expectations when they were kind enough to still cook us all a delicious breakfast. It was so appreciated to maintain some sense of normalcy at the time. I can't recommend this place enough and can guarantee to anyone looking to stay here that you will not regret it.

Vi er veldig glade for at vi bodde her og ikke i selve byen (som vi ikke likte noe særlig). Vertskapet var veldig vennlig og hjelpsomme og vi ble svært godt tatt i mot og ivaretatt. Det var et overnattingssted og et vertskap med mye mer personlighet enn et vanlig hostell eller hotell. Den ene overnattingen vi hadde her et av høydepunktene på uka vår i Colombia.

Quizás algunas instalaciones pueden ser más modernas pero todo está en orden. Todo muy limpio y acorde al precio. El lugar es increíble en medio de la naturaleza.

Además de brindar un muy buen servicio, lograron generar un ambiente cómodo y de confianza, algo que hoy en día se valora muchísimo. Reviewed Aug 26, 2025La struttura è molto spartana ma dotata di tutto, piscina, area giochi per bambini, amache e un bellissimo Mirador. Il prezzo è davvero contenuto quindi ci si adatta tranquillamente. Non abbiamo provato la colazione perché servita dalle 8 e noi avevamo un trasferimento la mattina molto presto. È a conduzione familiare, il proprietario Andres è molto gentili e disponibile ad aiutaci nell' organizzazione delle attività.
