Loved our upgrade to private pool villa. Very spacious and comfortable.

Our phone stopped working so made hard to contact reception and on morning leaving we couldn’t open one of the bathroom doors to get our things.

The property is well located. Not to far away from all the attractions and supermarkets, but just far enough to be away from the crowded city center. We stayed at a Villa. Room was spacious and was well equipped. You can call a buggy to take you to where you want to go in the property, that’s a plus. Big pool with lots of different types of activities for kids to enjoy. There is a kids club which also has many different activities. However some activities are payed. Breakfast is the highlight! This is the best I had so far. All different types of cuisine are available. SPA is also a must! Staff are very knowledgeable and thoughtful.

There are some improvements need to be done as well. The pool is badly needing a renovation.. the tiles are all coming off. My husband and kid got cut on sharp broken tiles in the pool.. Rooms cleanliness can be better. The room was not properly cleaned, since the was a piece of hair in the shower area since I arrived until I checked out, coffee cups were left at the room pool area and they were not cleared nor replaced. We stayed 7 night and non had a turn down service. I had to constantly ask for refilling of coffee and basic amenities.. Kids amenities are not available. I had to buy my own shower gel for my 2 year old. There is a lack of flexibility with special requests. There was no soup available for my baby, and it was not able to be provided as well.. As a 5 stars hotel and kids friendly as so it’s supposed to be, safety should be the absolute priority and flexibility when it comes to special kids dietary.

- الموظفون ( نوعًا ما ) نفسيات وغير ودودين. - الفيلا واجهاتها زجاجية لدرجة الحمام غرفة الماستر هو بالواجهه.. لو نسيت الستاير بالليل كل من يمر يبي يشووف البيت كامل وتيش يصير فيه. - المسبح هو فعلًا خاص بس مو مستور .. كل اللي قدامي يقدرون يشوفوننا وحنا نسبح. - الفطور صح متنوع بس قليل اللي يناسبنا كمسلمين وصعب تلقاه

للأسف كانت تجربتي في هذا المنتجع مخيبة للآمال. كان موظفو الاستقبال غير ودودين، وفي كل مرة نرغب فيها بالاستفسار عن أي شيء كانوا يطلبون بطاقة الغرفة بطريقة غير لائقة ومزعجة. خلال فترة إقامتنا لم يتم تنظيف الفيلا مطلقًا، وكان يتم فقط استبدال المناشف. كما أن مكيف الهواء كان يصدر صوتًا مزعجًا، ووجدنا صراصير داخل الفيلا. المسبح الخاص بالفيلا لم يوفر أي خصوصية، إذ كان مكشوفًا ويمكن رؤيته من أجزاء داخل المنتجع. كما أنه لم يكن نظيفًا بالشكل المطلوب؛ فبعد استخدامه أصيب زوجي بحبوب في العين، بينما ظهرت على ابنتي حساسية وطفح جلدي. لم يتم توفير قوارير مياه مغلقة، وإنما كان هناك دورق كبير يُعاد تعبئته من صنبور. أما الإفطار، فكانت خياراته محدودة جدًا للمسلمين. موقع المنتجع بعيد عن جميع الخدمات، فلا توجد سوبرماركت أو مطاعم قريبة، ويستلزم التنقل باستخدام سيارة. كما أن غسل أواني المطبخ برسوم إضافية، وحتى مناشف المسبح العام كانت محددة بعدد معين من خلال بطاقات يتم استبدالها، وهو أمر غير مريح. وأخيرًا، خدمة النقل إلى المطار ليست مرنة، وإنما تعمل وفق جدول زمني محدد فقط، مما قد لا يناسب مواعيد جميع الرحلات

This hotel is indeed beautiful, but in terms of security, it's basically zero. My family and I stayed in a villa — two storeys with a private pool. On the third night of our stay, when we returned to the villa, we were shocked to find that the sliding glass doors in the living room facing the private pool were open. We were absolutely certain that we had closed and locked them before leaving, because we were worried about rain getting into the house, so we made sure they were shut and locked before we went out. Later, I discovered that my pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses was missing. To be honest, they're not super expensive — just a few thousand Hong Kong dollars — but they were an anniversary gift from my husband, so they carry a lot of sentimental value. I said I wanted to report it to the police, but the hotel asked me to give them time to investigate. However, I was checking out the next day. After all their so-called investigation, they just told me that no one had entered my room. This whole thing made us feel really insecure about staying at this hotel, because the hotel's response also revealed that there are no CCTV cameras outside our villa. Simply put, if something happened to us near the villa entrance — like a robbery or any other incident — there would be no CCTV footage, no evidence. Honestly, I'm speechless.

呢間酒店確實係靚，但係安全就基本上可以講係零。 因為我一家人過去，我哋住嘅係別墅，一座兩層加私人游泳池。 係住喺別墅嘅第三日夜晚，我哋返別墅嘅時候，發現客廳對住私人泳池個對趟門打開咗，我哋覺得好驚訝，我哋好肯定喺離開別墅之前係關左同鎖咗對門，因為怕落大雨，啲水會入晒間屋，所以係關實左同埋鎖實先離開別墅。 之後發現咗我個副Rayban太陽眼鏡唔見咗。好老實雖然唔係好貴只係幾千蚊港幣，但係嗰副太陽眼鏡喺我老公送俾我嘅結婚周年禮物，意義上比較重要。 我有講話報警處理，酒店叫我俾時間佢哋查，但係我第二日都走啦，查嚟查最後就係同我講，冇人入過我間房。 呢件事令我哋覺得住喺呢間酒店係好冇安全感，因為酒店嘅回覆就係話原來我哋住嘅酒店房外面係冇CCTV，即係簡單嚟講，如果我係別墅門口或者附近俾人打劫或者有啲咩事發生咗，都唔會有CCTV錄影到，無証據。 真係，無語。

1.Reception staff's rude behavior. 2. No enough driking water. 3. They don't refill the water bottles when you ask them to, they say go and get it yourself or pay 50k 4. Buggy driver takes too long to arrive, we missed a gym session because we waited 20 mins for the buggy driver to take us to Waverly 5. Liquid handwash should be available in the bathroom

الفيلا رائعه ثاني مره اجيها ولكن لاحظت ان المسبح متكسر بعض بلاطة ، يحتاج لاهتمام بالصيانه اكثر

We hadden een villa aan het strand. De villa was erg mooi en het uitzicht prachtig! Heerlijk ontbijt en mooi zwembad!

De keuken was erg gedateerd en werkte niet meer goed. De deurtjes sloten bijvoorbeeld amper. De housekeeping was ook niet heel erg nauwkeurig, maar wel acceptabel. Wat ik vooral jammer vond is dat het strand vol lag met plastic. De tuin is goed verzorgd, maar helaas wordt het strand hierbij overgeslagen.

I stayed at Mövenpick from 27/04 to 03/05 and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. As a frequent traveler who moves around the world quite often, I usually choose Mövenpick hotels because of their consistently high standards and the quality of food they offer. However, this property in Vietnam is far from the standards you would normally expect in the GCC or EU. There were multiple service issues during my stay. On the second day, my room was not cleaned at all when I returned in the afternoon. After coming back from diving, I couldn’t even take a shower because the towels hadn’t been changed — I had to wait until housekeeping finally came. The following day, I requested a “breakfast to go” as I had an early morning cruise with a 6:00 AM pickup. The hotel confirmed it would be prepared, but in the morning there was nothing ready. I had to leave on an empty stomach, which was extremely frustrating. Later that same day, I raised the issue with the hotel manager. She promised to investigate, called me back within an hour, and assured me some form of compensation would be arranged. Unfortunately, nothing was done by the time of check-out, and it seems the case was simply forgotten. All in all, the hotel itself is beautiful, but the service and standards are not Mövenpick level at all. I would not recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again.

Amazing time here with mu husband for our honeymoon. Staff was super attentive and made our stay even better. I'm gluten free, and every morning they would approach me and offer me gluten free pancakes or waffles, which tasted pretty good! Never had this offered to me every morning by a hotel, definately added to the special experience. Pool was clean and often nice and quiet during the day, facilities were good and restaurant food was very nice! Definately recommend this hotel!

Not the best soundproofing. When our upstairs neighbours would move the chair over the floor, it was quite loud. Also noise in hallway is easy to hear.

Het is een echt 5 sterren resort met de bijbehorende service kwaliteit en faciliteiten. Ondanks de grootte van het complex heeft de service en kwaliteit hier niet onder te lijden. Geweldige keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet..

I would like to share with you my experience in staying at Movenpick villa. This is my first time visiting Vietnam. I can't imagine I could have had such a terrible time rented and stay in a prestige hotel. Our switching from room no. 71 to no. 57 was not very pleasant as the staff whom was sent to assist in our change of rooms was not too happy (maybe I could have misread his expression). After settling down in our new room, we reminded the front dest that the additional bed was not set up and told to wait for it. After few follow up calls and almost an hour passed, we are told to go about our business and the additional bed will be set up later. I thought an hour could have been saved if a clear answer was given in the first place instead of kept telling us to wait. We were delighted to have a private swimming pool all for ourselves to enjoy but a few small bugs had tampered our experience. Having said of above, water dripping from the ceiling on room no. 57 could be in the top list that surprised me, not a pleasant surprise though. I could imagine all this would have happened with a budget hotel but not a five star hotel which we paid not cheaply. Upon our check out, I informed your front dest staff Ms Yen about our unpleasant experience and she sincerely apologised to me and I was so relieved that I finally could communicate with her. Ms. Yen offered compensation immediately after she understood what we went through. I could feel Ms. Yan's sincerity and proved handled the situation efficiently and affectively. With her there I can see some rainbow 🌈through the darkness. Mövenpick villa is a beautiful place and has such a nice environment. If the facilities are kept in good working conditions coupled with the right working attitude/skill from all staff, Mövenpick is highly recommended.

Хороший красивый отель в уединенном месте вдали от шума и суеты. Красивая территория, приятные номера, приемлемый завтрак. Близко к сафари парку и винвондерс парку.

Локация далеко от магазинов и кафе, вокруг нет практически ничего в пешей доступности. Есть небольшая кафешка и фруктовая лавка на выезде из отеля, т к отпусков пешком 15 мин.

Hałas. Z basenu i restauracji słychać rano w pokoju, co budziło nas o G7. Hałas również z pokoju ponad nami lub trzaskanie drzwi na korytarzu

Won’t recommend this hotel. Many other good hotel at Phu Quoc.

Not worth of money! The hotel looked nice online, but the photos on the website were quite misleading. The advertised pool party with DJ wasn’t available every day, which was disappointing. The hotel has two main buildings, but the shuttle (golf cart) service stopped after 6 pm, making it inconvenient to move between buildings in the evening. Although guests can use the swimming pools in both buildings, breakfast isn’t served by either pool — you have to take the golf cart back to your own building’s café, which is quite troublesome. There were also too many unnecessary rules. For example, you need to use your room card just to get a towel card for the swimming pool — so annoying and overly complicated! Overall, the hotel didn’t feel very guest-oriented, especially considering the price (around HK$1,500 per night). I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends.

Das Interior Design des Hotels war wunderschön. Die weitläufige Gartenanlage und der Strand waren schön und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war groß und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Das einer der 5 Restaurants The Islander Alla Carte zum Dinner hat mir aber noch besser geschmeckt. Die Aussicht von unserem Hotelzimmer (günstiges Zimmer im Haupthaus 6. Stock) war atemberaubend schön auf den See/Lagune. Das Hotelanlage war allgemein extrem ruhig und idyllisch und echt riesig.

Die Kissen waren etwas unbequem.

Beach area way too crowded, not clear which of the buildings you're actually booking. Very remote area, need taxi or motorbike to get around. Very expensive for Vietnam.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was generally poor. The only positive point was the restaurant: the food was excellent and the staff there were friendly and professional. However, the reception staff did not even speak proper English, which made communication difficult. At check-in, they asked for a deposit of 5 million, saying it could be used in the restaurant and the remaining amount would be returned at check-out. But at check-out, they unfairly deducted money, claiming that I had smoked in the room, which is completely false as neither I nor my partner smoke. I also booked a lake villa to enjoy peace and quiet, but guests in nearby villas were having loud parties until 2 AM. Even after calling reception, nothing changed and the noise continued. Overall, very disappointing for a hotel with such a big name. Definitely not worth the price.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful gardens a good well equipped gym we could easily do our workout. Breakfast was massive too. The whole design of the hotel very nice. Villas a super modern and cozy at the same time. Well done 👍 Gardens are stunning. Beautiful herb garden too.

Cleaning is not so great. They hardly clean the rooms properly. And if stuff is broken they do not fix it. It’s really sad to see how careless they treat this beautiful property.

Расположение отеля на чистом пляже Онланг бич, который по сравнению с Лонг бич, пока еще остается более и менее чистым. Минут 20 до Винперл Ворлд, Сафари-парк, Венеции. 40 минут до аэропорта. Территория отеля красивая, виллы просторные, убираются хорошо. Выбор на завтраке большой. Есть детская комната, где проходят разные занятия с детьми, но готовьтесь к тому, что самые интересные за плату.

Что тотально испортило наше впечатление от проживания в отеле - это запах гари и отходов каждую ночь и утро. Оказалось, что недалеко от отеля расположен мусоросжигательный завод. В комментарии к этому отзыву отель, конечно, напишет, что ничего с этим не сможет сделать. Но и те, кто бронирует этот отель - остановитесь! Вы едете на отдых оздоравливаться, а не травиться. Остров сейчас переживает большой поток туристов. Но он к этому не готов. Очереди на пограничном контроле, отсутствие центральной канализации, мусоросжигательные заводы. Во вторую неделю нашего пребывания, когда по ночам каждый день шли дожди, которые видимо как-то влияли на оседание гари в воздухе, потому что он стал более свежим и вся эта вонь не чувствовалась почти. Однако море стало более беспокойным и на берег уже выбрасывало не только симпатичные морские звезды, но и прочий мусор. Сотрудники отеля, конечно, убирали его, но не сказала бы, что очень оперативно. Но по отзывам на Лонг бич ситуация намного хуже. Там кроме грязного пляжа и моря, сливают еще канализацию прямо в море и можно хорошо так попасть на букет неприятных заболеваний. Не знаю, конечно, как на Онланг бич, доходит ли эта вся прелесть, но после прочтения новостей даже в нашей части залива плавать уже расхотелось. Завтраки хорошие, но однообразные. Странно, что среди фруктов ни разу не было манго. А арбуз всегда на троечку. Цены в ресторанах на территории отеля ну очень высокие. Московские.

Mislikte servicen. Personalet var generelt dårlig i engelsk og forsto lite av det vi prøvde og forklare. Vi prøvde å spørre om f.eks. privat biltransport fra flyplassen og til hotellet. Som de annonserte at de hadde. Fikk aldri svar fra dem. Fikk en automatisk mail fra dem der de henviste til shuttle buss. Fikk heller ikke ta med kaffe opp på rommet.

Mövenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc is a solid but only average hotel overall. The magnificent ocean view and the beautiful beach are definitely positive highlights: palm trees, soft sand, perfect access to the water, and everything clean and clear. However, to be fair, it must be said that this is not a unique feature of Phu Quoc – many other hotels there also offer beautiful views and good beaches. In addition, the rooms were clean, the fitness centre was well equipped and medical assistance was quick, free and helpful when needed.

The main negative for me was the breakfast. The selection was rather poor, it was crowded, noisy and there were clearly not enough staff. Some of the staff seemed inattentive, overworked and, in some cases, unfriendly. I did not feel comfortable there at all. The food at lunchtime and in the evening was also disappointing: the prices were high, but this was not reflected in the quality. In addition, the room offered little storage space for clothes and personal belongings, which is impractical for a longer stay.

It’s a very nice location to spend a couple of beach and pool days. The view of the tropical gardens and the sea in the background with sundowns is exceptional. On the downside are occasional noisy events, like foam parties at the pool and the pricing. €450 for a double room is more than twice as much as we paid for any other outstanding hotel in a six week Vietnam trip.

The beach is one of the prettiest on the island. Staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Has a big gym with great machines and AC. The breakfast was perfect
