The female front desk staff was not very helpful when assistance was requested.

Lobby was hot, they didn’t open the air conditioner.

recommend to have a Clock at Swimming pool and the pool staff should not be smoking near the pool or outside the washroom. There are childrens and non smoking adults

Rummet vi bodde på låg på en hörna och vi såg typ allt från stranden till sevärdheterna. Vi älskade rummet och utsikten. Mycket nöjda var vi. Ett par steg till stranden var perfekt och poolen var fin. Frukosten var bra också.

The room smelled extremely unpleasant. The bathroom facilities were old and started falling apart. Used to be a really nice hotel but unfortunately the quality has gone down over time.

Cons... 1. We booked 4 nights at this hotel on the condition there was a full buffet breakfast. Unfortunately for three of those days there was no buffet breakfast it was a fixed limited breakfast menu. Without all the trimmings. And the quality of the food on those three days was quiet poor.. To the point where we went out to find a decent breakfast. But on the last day there was a full buffet breakfast because the hotel were accommodating and group of people on a conference.. My point is. It's a 4 star hotel serving a, 1 star breakfast of a fixed menu and we are still bring charged for a full buffet breakfast... Very disappointed...... Cons. 2. The swimming pool looks absolutely stunning at first sight. Along with the two jacuzzi baths. But on close inspection the swimming pool had green algae along the bottom of the pool where the floor joins the walls.. 🙁 The jacuzzi had mold around the tops of each bath. This was present on three separate occasions. Which made me feel there was a lack of general housekeeping to the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.... There were no members of staff present.. The icecream stand remained locked on are three vists to the pool. It felt like a ghost town... There are floor surface lights around and leading to the pool. Which are far to high above the tiled floor and could potentially be a trip hazard 😯 We had to ask for the jacuzzi to be switched on. And at one point the hotel turned it off even though we were sitting and useing the pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately due to the green algae in the swimming pool we did not actually swim but just paddled. The main hotel area along with the lifts had no air con. As one felt they were trying to save electric... Which is all good and well but when you have paying for a 4 star hotel you woukd expect to at least have a comfortable environment to walk around in. I must admit I do feel sorry for the staff haveing to work in those hot sticky conditions..

The food was very good and staffs were very courteous at the restaurant and reasonable price. Front desk staffs and bell boys were very helpful

The spa/massage. I did not go but my wife did and this is what she told me: There were cameras in the ladies changing room. Very noisy (staffs and customers speak loudly). Not relaxing at all. Male/female staffs and other male/female customers peeping in during massage session.

It's worth for money to stay in this hotel. Very close to the beach and the convention meeting hall and the nearby shopping mall. Staffs are very friendly and ready to help anytime. Really its a very good experience to stay in this hotel and highly recommend to others.

Food options at breakfast, they dont have a buffet type like other hotels instead they a small menu card with limited dishes and it shall be served at your table. One side it looks good interms of no wastag of food but on the other side foreigners like me may look for some better / variety at the breakfast incase if they dont like the items listed in menu.

Hotel has dated decor but I think that's the way they designed the hotel. They wanted the hotel to look like an old classic hotel. Our room was nice, my only issue was the bathroom door wood sill was worn a bit and falling apart. The staff are excellent and helpful.

Bữa sáng rất tệ, đồ ăn không xứng với giá tiền. Chật lượng đồ ăn vô cùng tệ, không tươi. Điều hoà phòng ban đêm tự nhiên tắt, cảm giác như khách sạn cố tình tắt để tiết kiệm điện. Cả đêm nhà mình ngộp không ngủ được liên hệ để yêu cầu bật điều hoà nhiều lần. Mình liên hệ để xin thêm 2 cái mền, mình đặt apartment 2 phòng ngủ giường đôi nhưng nhân viên báo chỉ cung cấp 1 mền. Giá phòng rất cao nhunge các tiện ích yêu cầu thêm đều không được đáp ứng.

Hotel room needs to have a big, long standing mirror for guests to look at their whole body. The bathtub wall is too high making it difficult and not safe to get in and out of the tub.
