1. Ban công không có bàn ghế để ngồi 2. Trong phòng có set up mì ly (có tính phí) nhưng đã hết hạn và tôi chỉ nhận được lời xin lỗi suông 3. Khu vực nhà vệ sinh, bồn tắm và nhà tắm không có chổ thoát nước, nước động lại rất trơn trượt 4. Tivi hiện đại có youtube, netflix,... nhưng netflix không có tài khoản và tivi đã cũ hình ảnh chất lượng giảm 5. Quạt trần rất ồn, gần như chúng tôi chỉ bật khi đang thức 6. Bồn rửa mặt không sạch 7. Cửa ra vào thì siêu cứng, rất khó mở cũng như đóng lại 8. Nhân viên đưa cho chúng tôi thẻ phòng rất cũ và bảo nếu chúng tôi làm gảy phải đển 200k

Location is far away from the centre but it is so quite perfectly. The pool is over expectation.

We stayed 4 nights, really enjoyed the more relaxed part of vung tau. The hotel was lovely and comfortable. The beds are amazingly comfortable, big pillows. The bath was good size for bubble bath..The roof top pool was fantastic. The view was of the harbour watching the ships of a night. Would stay again if we were in vung Tau..

The language barrier with staff was hard,but we did manage okay. The manager was fantastic and very lucky to have met him,as he isn't there all the time. Patience is a virtue..

My room has balcony but no furniture i.e. a table and a chair or two. The room size is adequate but the configuration makes it too tight to move around. Moreover, the room is too small to have both shower and a tub.

Mình ko thích lắm ở phòng duplex là nhà vệ sinh ở dưới phải đi lên đi xuống hơi bất tiện. Với phần cầu thang trên chỗ để giường ko có miếng chắn bảo vệ. Sẽ hơi nguy hiểm nếu có em bé ngủ chung

Chouette hôtel récent, un peu à l’écart du centre et c’est tant mieux car très calme. Le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable ,bon petit déjeuner avec une vue incroyable. Magnifique piscine à débordement avec quelques bains de soleil.

Manque un vrai espace bar sur le rooftop top, même si l’espace est limité, ainsi qu’un petit peu d’ombre, pour profiter de la vue sublime sans bruler pour autant.

Kaum englisch-sprechendes Personal. Kaputte klimaanlage, safe und mietroller (konnte aber alles korrigiert werden). Frühstück Buffet nur am Sonntag, ansonsten sehr einseitiges Frühstück, insgesamt aber ok. Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, Pool hätte sauberer sein können. Hotel ist zwar am Meer, aber weit weg vom eigentlichen Strand.

Podłoga w restauracji doprowadza że miękną nogi a cały hol to naprawdę wspaniała aranżacja Zdjęcia w ofercie są odzwierciedleniem rzeczywistości, jeśli miałabym jeszcze kiedykolwiek wrócić do Wietnamu to zatrzymałabym się tylko w tym hotelu . Personel z ogromną kulturą i otwartością do gości , pomagał we wszystkim . Możliwość darmowego wypożyczenia rowerów. Piękny basen na dachu , widoki zapierające dech i ta cisza od zgiełku miast . Brak informacji o zamkniętej restauracji ale jest w pobliżu kilka restauracji więc nie było to dla nas problemem

We needed to travel a bit to get to nicer beaches but we rented scooters and had a good time riding.

Der Infinity Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr schön. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre gut. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit freistehender Badewanne. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut sortiert mit einem herrlichen Ausblick aus dem 8. Stock

Wenn man nicht mit dem Taxi in den Ort fahren wollte, war es etwas schwierig Essen zu gehen. Es gibt dort mehr Coffeshops als Lokale.

Away from the crowds and city center, but very easy to get to. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I like that it's more of a boutique hotel and not a massive one. The staff and customer service were amazing, they went over and above to take care of me. I was amazed at how good and affordable the food was there. Delicious buffet for breakfast and cocktails were also tasty. Rooftop pool was also lovely as well as the massage I got from Yen.

Good pool with nice view

We stayed at Skool Plus Vung Tau twice, booking on two different platforms (first via Agoda, second via Booking.com), and encountered the same issues both times, which raises serious concerns about transparency and guest treatment. 1. Breakfast “included” but repeatedly denied On both stays, we booked rooms clearly marked as including breakfast. Despite this, hotel staff repeatedly denied that breakfast was included and insisted that we pay 300,000 VND per person to access breakfast. • First stay: We had just arrived after a long drive and did not want to argue. Although our booking confirmation showed breakfast included, we were pressured to pay and eventually did so. • Second stay: The same situation happened again. Staff insisted we had no breakfast included and even claimed they could not find our booking information, which was very strange as the booking was fully confirmed and prepaid. After around 30 minutes of insisting and showing proof, they finally acknowledged that breakfast was indeed included. This happened twice, across two different booking platforms, which makes it difficult to see this as a simple mistake. 2. Unclear and unreasonable charge for bathroom item In the bathroom, there was a small bag placed on the disposable amenities tray (next to toothbrushes, a disposable comb, etc.). As these items are typically single-use, we discarded the bag. At checkout, we were informed that this tiny bag supposedly cost 50,000 VND and that we were not allowed to throw it away. • There was no sign, no label, and no explanation indicating that this item was not disposable. • It was placed together with clearly single-use amenities. • Charging a high price for such an item without prior notice is not reasonable or transparent. Conclusion The hotel itself may look fine, but the repeated denial of included services and unexpected charges create a feeling of dishonesty and poor management practices.

Vi bokade och fick ett rum mot vattnet med balkong, härligt att stå på balkongen och spana in havet och alla fartyg som passerar. Schysst pool på taket, där man gärna hänger vid solnedgången.

På andra sidan vägen, vid vattnet, var det någon form av bar/kareoke som förde lite liv, men inte så att det höll på sent.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber! Meinem Sohn hat besonders das Hochbett gefallen! Die Frühstückauswahl ist mehr als ausreichend. Es gibt sowohl westliche als auch vietnamesische Cuisine! Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Pool auf dem Dach des Hotels. Man hat einen wahnsinnig schönen Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber uns persönlich hat das überhaupt nicht gestört, da man mit einem Taxi alle wichtigen Orte schnell erreichen kann.

Es war einfach alles bestens komfortable Zimmer, sehr gute Betten, optimale Klimatisierung, hohe Decken nichts zu bemängeln. Das Restaurant bereitete leckere Speisen zu. Das Schwimmbecken ganz oben auf im neunten Geschoss richtig nett.

Dass ich letztendlich das Hotel verlassen musste

Everything was super! Even though not everyone spoke English very well, the staff were always friendly, helpful, and tried their best to communicate. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the whole experience was very positive. The school is clean, well-organized, and clearly cares about its students. Thank you for the great time!

The staff, the room, and the food were great!

The transparent floor on the 8th floor (breakfast room). I have a fear of heights and it made me feel very uncomfortable (although the floor is perfectly safe). I noticed a few other guests felt uncomfortable too.

When I arrived I had to carry my bag up the stairs as the service staff was not available. No gym! Food was good.

Quite far from central

Although we arrived prior to relaunch of new management and readiness of property, the exceptional hospitality and detailing we received during stay made up any gaps. Situated on quiet West coast, view was breathtaking and surely good for a recharge. Special mention goes to Atilla, Elise and the team for making our short getaway so special. Can't wait for our next trip 🥰

The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel in Asia. Every staff member was professional and kind and friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English and was super polite. My wife and I had a wonderful massage. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathtub was huge. The bathroom was incredible. There was a view from the balcony that was stunning. An aircon and a ceiling fan kept the room the perfect temperature. It was a dream stay.
