Nhân viên tận tình, máy lạnh ổn, không bị trục trặc như những chỗ khác. Đầy đủ tiện nghi, tủ lạnh, tivi, wifi đều tốt.

Một điểm mình không hài lòng lắm là toilet chỗ bồn cầu miếng nhựa quá cũ, nhìn nó kiểu bị dơ rất mất thẩm mỹ, thiết nghĩ khách sạn nên thay mới định kỳ chữ không để như vậy làm ấn tượng xấu cho khách

Địa điểm, gần núi, chụp ảnh, cà phê...

Đèn và hút mùi của toilet chung , nên tách riêng để có thể tắt đèn mà hút mùi trong toilet vẫn hoạt động, nên gắn đèn nhỏ trong toilet để khi tối đi vệ sinh ko mở đèn làm ảnh hưởng người ngủ chung.

Very welcoming staff even with the language barrier, the room was fantastic Very clean and wasn't what I was expecting, totally awesome.

The balcony is very small, trip and you could be in trouble, the breakfast was fantastic if your Asian, not so much for us western civilians ,eggs and fries was my friend, still a very good buffet, however I like 1 meal a day without rice or noodles,

Всё четко, понравилось очень. Персонал отличный, отель хороший, всё супер. Опоздал на завтрак, но всё равно накормили чудесно 😅. Все говорят на английском, всё отлично. Единственное, что не обрадовало - панорамный басейн - не очень то и панорамный, так как поменяли прозрачные панели, которые дают вид на море на желтые, которые его закрывают. Но всё остальное - отлично.

Tôi rất hài lòng về phòng của mình và dịch vụ lưu trú, cà phê ngon, sẽ quay lại vào lần sau.

Nên bổ sung ít khăn giấy khô trong phòng cho khách, buffet sáng nên bớt đồ chiên nhé.

Everything other than the breakfast. There were only a few guests to the staff presented a super-simple set of options. A more substantial breakfast would be welcomed. It's good for BUSINESS!

L'hôtel est calme spacieux et très propre

Publicité mensongère : mensonge sur le buffet du petit déjeuner, seulement trois places proposer à la carte pour le petit déjeuner et le buffet comme indiqué sur l'annonce et les photos et tout simplement inexistant. Énorme déception

Restaurang stängd pga för få boende. Frukost ett skämt. Nudlar med grönsaker är ingen frukost. Språkförbistring pga de i receptionen knapp kunde engelska. Vi kom till rummet o då stod allt som skulle vara i kylskåpet ute. Vi ställde in det o då menade dom att vi förstört vattnet o Redbull för det stod i kylskåpet o ville att vi skulle betala för dessa.

Upon our arrival there was no greeting by the staff. In fact the individual sitting behind the reception desk was too consumed with their cell phone that they had not even noticed that there were two guest wanting to check in at the Desk. This would be a common occurrence, as all of their employees are more focused on their phones than the customers that they are there to take care of. I requested an additional key as here in Vietnam. One of your room keys is used to turn on the power for the air conditioning. But since it's so hot, I requested an extra key so that we could leave the power on that way the room would be cool upon a return. The front desk said that they could not issue a third key that we have two and that's all we would get. Seems kind of odd since we're talking about a piece of plastic in the shape of a credit card that they just magnetized to my room lock. But that was not the first issue. This reservation included a prepaid breakfast at their buffet. Upon arriving at the buffet the first morning in the hotel, we found little to no food on the buffet almost as if it had been cleared out and they weren't replenishing. Keep in mind breakfast is from 6:30 AM Until 9 AM. I arrived with my fiancé for breakfast at the restaurant at 8 AM and there was little to no food remaining nor were they making additional food to replenish so that any guest that may come down in the last hour would have something to eat. Then there's the linens. In the rooms there were two towels and bathmat. But no wash cloths nor would they send any up because they don't have. The last thing which was the straw that broke camels back, was that I had selected our Seaview room, which gave me access to the infinity pool that looks out of ver the sea. Upon arrival we found that the pool is been closed for several weeks and they had no projected date in which it would be made available, nor had the hotel disclosed this was not available at check in.

Was not happy about the fact that I had to handover my passport for the duration of my stay. I’ve travelled around in Vietnam and this is the only hotel that had this ludicrous policy. Another bizarre policy is that housekeeping services aren’t available after 5pm a 4 Star hotel, insane. The breakfast served was atrocious to say the least. The was even a worm in the dragon fruit. ROTTEN FOOD IS GIVEN TO PIGS! Not humans

No staff helps to bring luggage. I have 3 big bags and 1 children under 2 years old, but no one help to bring luggage to room. Children entertainment room at 2nd floor is dirty, no maintain regularly, only some toys. No conditioner. So poor.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Breakfast was very very poor, if they dont keep anything for expects then better keep the bookings only for local visitors.

Staff! from the moment at check in when we refused to allow them to keep our passports, the staff were not helpful. We have travelled Vietnam for over three weeks and not once where we requested to leave our passports. All accommodation took photos and returned to us. No safe in the room despite assurances there was. Breakfast sub standard, cereal stale. On leaving they informed us the ferry service did not run, despite us checking the previous day that it did operate. Refused to help. Just poor service for a tourism destination. We are now about to board our operating ferry.

Room was good. Breakfast is a failure. Lack of quality. Location too far away from recreation.

The hotel is nice but lacks the quality finishing touches eg:painting in hallway not complete, marks on walls not cleaned etc. The breakfast lacked variety and our kids did not eat anything available

Buffet breakfast is OK for week-ends, but on week days, they do not serve buffet, just à la carte with only 2 choices of food. They did not mention that on their website. False advertising! They said because there was not enough customers. Really bad!

The front desk,pool and meal service staff were inattentive (too busy with their mobile phones and just didn't care about the guests they had no idea). For instance the pool attendant is never seen and is almost always asleep in his little booth and when he wasn't asleep he was smoking his head off in front of the pool rules which clearly asked all guests not to smoke, You would have thought that included the staff. But worst of all he was not aware anyone was at the pool nor did he engage with my Vietnamese wife and I in the 7 days we stayed there. Someone could have drowned or had a stroke and he would have been none the wiser. Other than that the hotel was clean the rooms were attended by excellent staff I kept in great condition and the location and views are outstanding. Nice place but rotten staff. In more than 40 years of travel and staying in hotels in the Vietnam and throughout Asia I have not come across any worse.Slack slack sack.

The delayed response by the staff. The AC in one of the bedrooms was faulty and we requested to be moved to another apartment. It took them one hour until 22:30 to send us to a new one.

Not welcoming. Staffs were rude. One of the worst hotel experience for me. Not worth the price. I wont recommend this to anyone. There are many other options in Vung Tau.

Staff were friendly. Room service and security were great.

The breakfast was very ordinary. The restaurant was 2 star at best. The king size bed was actually two single beds combined.

1) strong smell in corridor, have to ask reception to rid off 2) breakfast is sub standard, no buffet.... very old and ineffective way to check in for breakfast required guests collecting vouchers at reception instead :( 3) inadequate/No power point for kettle, have to use power point located at luggage bench

Staff were hands on and proactive. The toilet in my room was dirty when I checked in but that was fixed with in a blink of an eye.

There wasn’t anything extra ordinary about the hotel. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better facilities. There were cockroaches all over the room. These really made me uncomfortable. The balcony was not so dirty but not clean either. I wonder if window glasses and balcony glasses are ever cleaned. They were too dusty.

It's not always the first impression that counts. Unfortunately, the pool is only usable from 8-20, which makes it impossible to swim before breakfast, which ends at 9. The buffet is modest, hardly anything for vegetarians. Vegetables were cold (hot plate defective). My extra request (during the booking process) for fruit and an avocado was simply ignored. It became dangerous during the power failure: emergency generator defective, lifts stuck, emergency lighting failed (in corridors without natural lighting!) and the access card to the room - yes exactly - without function. But the location is nice and quiet with a perfect view to the sea, especially from my booked Panorama Suite.

Nice hotel, check in was a bit slow & we were given the wrong type of room at first so we then had to return to reception to change it.
