Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Die sehr zentrale Lage ist komfortabel. Das Personal zeigte sich sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, sowohl innen als auch außen. Es wird englisch oder dänisch kommuniziert, deutsch nur sehr eingeschränkt. Das Abendessen war schlicht und schmeckte nicht und konnte zudem nicht abbestellt werden. Am Hotel waren die Parkmöglichkeiten arg eingeschränkt. Wer Wert auf einen akzeptablen Komfort legt, ist hier fehl am Platz.

Everything else.. worst hotel experience of my life Put in a basement room past the kitchen and maintenance room. Staff were rude, abrupt and awkward from the beginning. Free parking which of course was not free at the end. Took our car keys incase they needed to move it for a guest leaving (I completely understand that) however each time we went to get something from our car, it was moved or gone and we had to wait for staff members to return with key.. would have been easier to park in the public carpark next to the hotel as they ended up charging us either way. After she told us it was free, (I have the booking messages) Spa wellness area did not exist, Literally did not exist. When I showed the owner the pictures of the spa online she’s told me “take it up with booking.com, they lied not her”. Our room was booked as part of our honeymoon stay, and we literally got put in a basement passed the workers area and the staff entrance to the kitchen and garage. (Yes they were aware it was our honeymoon, they even gave us two single beds) Sat down for breakfast one morning (the only morning we took breakfast while staying, thank god) We took a table and sat down, we were the only two in the restaurant, half way through our breakfast the owner came and interrupted our eating to tell us we had sat at a table that was designated to us. I explained that we didn’t know we had a certain table and the waitress who was there didn’t tell us either. She then was joined by 2 additional staff and after they spoke to a few minutes in german she said. “ where did you sit yesterday morning, and for dinner the last nights” I told her we didn’t as we ate out each day. To which her response was “ why not, why didn’t you eat here.?” She then proceeded to speak about us to all the staff, literally pointing at us. We did not finish our breakfast and left.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut in Ordnung. Die Nähe zur Seilbahn ist absolut super. Frühstück war top. Zimmer war für drei Erwachsene (Familienzimmer) ausreichend.
Neun Euro pro Nacht für einen Parkplatz am Hotel finde ich persönlich unangebracht und hatte ich bisher im Skigebiet auch noch nicht gehabt. Zudem befinden sich die Parkplätze rund ums Haus herum und es muss kontinuierlich rangiert werden, damit die Autos Platz finden. Wir haben am Abreisetag eine Dreiviertelstunde auf unser Auto warten müssen und dafür noch Geld zu bezahlen ist in meinen Augen nicht okay.

- Zimmer im Keller um dies zu erreichen musste man durch mehrere Keller Türen laufen. - Teppich dreckig - Wände sahen herunter gekommen aus - überall Kabeln und lose Kabelkanäle - TV hat nicht funktioniert - Zimmer total lieblos, keiner Bilder oder sonstiges.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, alles hat gut geklappt. Einfaches aber leckeres Frühstück mit allem was man braucht. Gute Sauna. Skikeller vorhanden. Zimmer war klasse , Platz ohne Ende wir waren sehr überrascht. Allerdings alles sehr alt in dem Hotel, was aber nicht zwingend schlecht war. Es hatte seinen Charme :)
Ich war sehr von der Parksituation überrascht und vorallem irritiert. Wenn man am Hotel Parken möchte muss man seinen Autoschlüssel abgeben und das Personal Parkt dann dein Auto um das Hotel eng herum. Die Autos werden mehrfach umgeparkt dann auch. Wir haben das natürlich nicht gemacht und einfach in der Florian Tiefgarage geparkt, nervig war es trotzdem.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2023Very close to the slopes, Excellent price with Genius Booking discount, The danish dinner's are an interesting experience ( very well prepared, congratulations to the Chef). Great saunas wet and dry. Very friendly and supportive personal.
It would have been nice that the room facilities to include a kettle/tea/coffee...
