The staff were responsive and resolved the issues reported promptly. Room was comfortable, clean, and with all necessary facilities. Housekeeping support was prompt. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom had a rotten smell probably due to a drainpipe issue even though it was clean. The chain on the room door broke during use, the peephole cover was missing and the health faucet lever cracked while being used. The last problem was promptly resolved after I reported it. The pan Asian restaurant served excessively salty and spicy food

Staff and location

In service industry and specially the hotel industry, the touch points are very important. Right from the check in formalities, staff at the reception, room decor & facilities, food, staff etiquette, behavior & courtesy etc was way beyond the expectation. But according to me the highest appreciation and points will go to the staff specially in dinning and at the breakfast time goes to them.

There are few areas, I have noted. At breakfast time, one day it was chaos as some group of people came together. Though the staff managed well, but it should have managed well in this type of hotel.. Secondly at the time of check in, the delay was there, which could have avoided by the staff.

The attention given to us was unbelievably hospitable. I've been coming to this hotel for past 4 years now and can't imagine staying anywhere else. Mr Vijay (GM) is very kind and so was the rest of the team. The selection of food is wide and very good indeed. It's THE BEST Vivanta I've ever been to. Would recommend 100/10.

Best hotel in Jamshedpur as far as the hospitality and food is concerned, would recommend everyone to check out the suite 🥂

We had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Mynt. The restaurant was clean, elegant, and had a welcoming ambiance. Every dish we ordered was beautifully balanced in flavour — the chicken khurma had a delightful hint of smokiness, and the pan-seared bhetki with lemon-butter sauce was exquisite, with a subtle touch of mustard that elevated the dish. From the moment we entered, Mr. Amiya greeted us warmly and took excellent care of us throughout the meal. His attentiveness — clearing plates promptly and refilling water without us having to ask — truly enhanced our experience. It was also wonderful to have Executive Chef Putul personally check in to ensure everything was to our liking. A special thank you to Mr. Devesh for recommending this restaurant — we were absolutely delighted. The service, hospitality, and food left a lasting impression, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone in Jamshedpur looking for a refined and memorable dining experience.

Excellent food, great atmosphere, special thanks to Mr. Amiya for the great hospitality and gesture . Hope to visit soon.

I loved the hospitality, which I received at this place. Well, right from the room service to the serving of food in the restaurant, everything has been top notch! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the required amenities. Also, the quality of the food was really impressive and most importantly, the service provided by Mr. Amiya at the restaurant was truly exceptional. Mr. Amiya made sure to fulfil all the requests and provided a truly remarkable service, which really made my experience pleasant in this stay at Vivanta Jamshedpur!

Every thing is very special, specially Amiya behaviour is awesome. Mocktail is also too good. We will continue to come here.

’d like to give a 5-star rating to the entire hotel staff for their exceptional service. From the courteous and professional guest services at the reception to the security team, and everyone in the Food & Beverage department, room service, restaurants, housekeeping, and poolside areas—each staff member was outstanding. The level of professionalism and training was clearly evident throughout my stay. Although the property is leased by IHCL, the parent company of Taj Hotels, the staff's performance truly reflected the high standards associated with the Taj brand. Kudos to the entire team for maintaining such excellence. Keep up the great work!

Best hotel in jharkhand. Overall experience is just funtastic. Highly recommended. Pool is also clear and clean for use

Dear Team Vivanta, I wish to extend my sincere thanks to your exceptional staff for making my birthday celebration truly memorable. The thoughtful gestures and impeccable hospitality left a lasting impression. A special note of appreciation to Ms. Tanisha at the reception, whose grace and efficiency ensured every formal detail was handled seamlessly. Her warm coordination of the midnight celebration added a personal touch that I will always cherish. My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Andrew at the Mynt Restaurant, who made our breakfast experience delightful with his attentive service and thoughtful presentation. It was the perfect start to the day. And to Mr. Shantanu at the Tea counter—your tea was simply the best. A small detail, yet one that brought great comfort and joy. Thank you all for your dedication and warmth. You turned a special day into an extraordinary memory. Warm regards, Jagshan Singh

The staffs are very much professional and cordial at all times. The house keeping and room service was superb. Excellent ambience

The relaxed ambience

I am writing to bring to your attention several issues I experienced during my recent stay. • The comforter in my room had an unpleasant odour and was stinking, which made it quite uncomfortable to use. • Despite setting the air conditioning to 19 degrees Celsius, the room remained excessively hot. It did not provide the cooling expected at that temperature. • Additionally, the washroom flush was not functioning properly. I had to request someone from the maintenance team to come and fix it. I would appreciate if you could look into these matters and ensure they are addressed for future guests.

The staffs are really friendly and food is really awesome. Highly recommended. Must visit. Really enjoyed my family time.
