Property location was good.

Room was smelling and AC was slow for cooling.

Fabulous at an affordable price. We have been staying at this hotel for a long time, and although the management has changed a few times over the years, the wonderful old team is still there. Their warm hospitality and familiar faces always make you feel right at home. Zubair A, who has been with the hotel since the original team,is now leading the team with the same warmth, friendlies, and personal touch that makes the place feel like home.

We recently hosted a family get-together at this banquet hall, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. A special thanks to Mr. Zubair for coordinating everything from start to finish. He ensured every detail was taken care of on time, making the entire event completely stress-free for us. The food was absolutely delicious! The starters were served hot throughout the event and were freshly prepared at regular intervals, which our guests really appreciated. Every item was flavorful, fresh, and of excellent quality. The staff deserves special appreciation as well. They were incredibly courteous, always served with a smile, and attended to every guest’s request promptly and professionally. Their hospitality made everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. The main course was equally impressive—fresh, hot, and exceptionally tasty. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal and complimented both the quality of the food and the excellent service. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Center Point team for making our family gathering such a grand success. Your dedication, hospitality, and attention to detail made the occasion truly special. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a memorable event.

I would like to especially thank members of staff at Lemon Tree Hotel, Jamshedpur, for their helpfulness and hospitality during my stay. Apologies for any names I may have missed. Mr Utkal (an elderly member of the breakfast team) was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. He regularly checked whether I would like a dosa, asked how I preferred my chai, replenished my juice without being asked, and even offered me a chai that had originally been made for himself. He also checked whether I would like a veg sandwich or anything else. These small gestures made breakfast feel personal and enjoyable, and his hospitality stood out throughout my stay. Basanti was also polite, welcoming and attentive during breakfast service. She regularly checked if I needed anything else and always interacted with guests in a warm and professional manner. A special thank you to Mahadev 🙏, who was extremely helpful with several requests during my stay. Whether it was assistance with the air conditioning, providing a chair, arranging extra toilet rolls or helping with luggage, he was prompt and willing to help whenever needed. His service was greatly appreciated. I would also like to thank the front desk team for their flexibility and understanding regarding checkout arrangements. I never felt rushed about checking out, and their helpful approach made the departure process smooth and stress-free. Room service was also consistently good throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank the staff members for their professionalism, courtesy and willingness to help. Apologies again if I have missed anyone's name.

I recently had a two week stay at Lemon Tree Hotel and it was a truly pleasant experience. The overall hospitality and service standards were commendable throughout my stay. The staff members were consistently warm and courteous and always ready to assist which made a big difference. A special mention to Basanti from the restaurant team who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure everything was comfortable. Overall it was a comfortable and hassle free stay and I would definitely look forward to visiting again.

Lemon Tree Jamshedpur has been my preferred Hotel for the last 2-3 years. Always feels like home with the warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere.

It was a great experience i along with my family had ever had. Great staff service, all were really respectful and especially the italian food was mouth watering and was outstanding. All the rooms were clean and neat which adds up to the foundation. I would also like to viste there all my life time becoz from the bottom to the top..everything was top notch. The point which is really captivating about the hotel is the minute details it possesses..whether it'll the attitude of the hotel staff to the manager, food and room service is excellent.

It was a great stay here in Lemon tree Jamshedpur. Everyone in the staff including Asif are very supportive and caring. No problem at all . I stayed almost 20 days and had a great time.

Have been to lemon tree restaurant and recently on 18th September went to little Italy. The ambience food and behavior of staff is extremely presentable. Also not to mention the go to guy Mr.Zubair us really helpful whenever we as a family or office colleague go there.

I and few of my colleagues resided at the Lemon Tree Hotel, Centre Point from July to August 2025. The rooms are spacious enough with all the basic amenities. The hotel has their own restaurant which serves delicious Indian & Continental dishes round the clock. The staff & their behaviour was very pleasing and nice. Being at the center of Jamshedpur, there are many places of attractions to visit. Overall, we had a very nice and overwhelming stay at the Lemon Tree hotel, Center Point.

This is almost like my second home. Rooms are neat and clean... staff are very friendly...food is good. Very near to my customer location makes it a great choice to stay. Specially thankful to Mr. Asif and Ms. Basanti for their excellent services.

The location of Centre Point Hotel in Jamshedpur is good for business travelers. The hotel's staff is very good and cooperative I am impressed with their warm hospitality and prompt service. The restaurant has diverse dining options with great test of food, service, and ambiance.

Last week we from Diamond Harbour FC were in Jamsedhpur for the quarter finals of Durand Cup and this was our stay for a couple of days. The requirements of a sports team are very different from usual guests but the staffs took really good care of us, specially respecting the timelines and keeping everything ready. A special mention to Mr. Zubair, Mr. Rupesh, Mr. Ghosh, the chefs and all the fnb, front office & housekeeping staffs. Will surely be coming back again, thanks.

It was nice experience , rooms were super good and the food was also good !! The best part about this hotel is their hospitality Manisha from housekeeping has done a ssuperb job , if she hadn't been there our rooms would get superb messy , bu thanks to her our room was super clean and properly organised !! Lastly , Basanti didi and shankar from F &B has treated me as their own . Whatever food i have asked for has been clearly arranged by her . Really thanks a lot , your service means a lot to me !!

Great experience !! We have been here for the last 20 days, each and every staff of the hotel has treated us like a family . From food to house keeping every bit of service has been absolutely amazing !! Didn't felt like I was away from home !! Especially Amal and Asif from front office was there for us at any given moment,Solving our problems immediately ,liked their behaviour very much !! Would recommend anyone coming to jamshedpur to stay at this place !! Thanks to all the staff members for their absolute best services and behaviour!! Food and beverage service Radhe Shyam service was really good. Overall hotel staff is very helpful. Gym and trainer is good. Steam bath also very good with spacious room.

Lemon Tree Centre Point is an excellent Hotel. It's location is great, the Hotel is well maintained, the rooms are well appointed with all features ensuring comfort for the Guests. The breakfast spread is superb, and the ambience is wonderful. Mr. Zubair Ahmad, the Rooms Division Manager, is extremely conscious about requirements of Customers, and provides a good example of excellent Customer Relationsip Management. This Hotel takes care of its Customers very well. I have been staying here for the last more than one year, and would like to continue doing so.

It provided everything I needed but a special mention needs to go to all the staff there who were so friendly, interested and willing to help. Isac, in particular, went out of his way to help me find someone who knew the city well and this significantly helped me achieve what I was there to do. It was a good stay at the hotel. Since booking, Isac at the front desk was very helpful. Infact when I wanted to change rooms, he was always supportive and managed to give us the desired rooms inspite the hotel being packed. Hotel service was also quick.

Thank you for the warmest welcome from the Front Office team, especially Mr.Isac who made a lovely welcome card for all of us, including responding to every request since the beginning of the room reservation and taking good care of us until the Check-out day. Thank you to the restaurant team, especially Mr.Goash (the restaurant manager) who was able to arrange the Thai Style Lunch Box as we expected. He is just like "Mr.Yes Man". Including Miss Bansantii and the team members who always welcomed and managed us with a smile, paying attention to the small details of the customers very well. Thank you for the red roses on the day we had to say goodbye. Thank you to Mr.Raj, the driver who always delivered lunch to us every day and provided a lunch box service to our place, and of course with a lovely smile. The hotel was clean, the rooms were in proportion, located in a good area, the atmosphere was warm, making us feel like home. And of course, if we have a chance to go back again, we will always go back to create chaos for the Lemon Tree team. Miss you all.

The Hotel place and Ambience is very good. Staffs are well behaved and very cooperative, they allowed us for the room in late hours which is very much appreciated, I will be thankful to Asif Rahul and back office staffs for immediate arrangement in late hours , food was very tasty and delicious which will be tempted us to stay regularly, definitely I will recommend in my organisation to stay here and take the benefits of tasty food. Good Property in a easy to find location, Rooms were clean and staff service is good as well. Asif and Shankar at the front desk and the rest of the staff were all well trained and have a good communication. The breakfast could have been a bit more on the tastier side, but overall good experience.

i went to the restaurant slounge for lunch.Some players were having lunch from a buffet spread.we requested that we want to join the buffet and will pay whatever the charge is but they simply refused and took us to sit in a corner which is not very bright.we wanted to have continental food and they didn't have the menu for it.so initially they could have told us.but we waited for half an hour and the grilled chicken was half done and not tender,the mashed potato was not tasty very bland.The grilled fish was however fine.I will not come back to this place again

Lumpy mattress. Guests in the corridor loud, authorities penalizing hotel for illegal construction, horribly clueless waiting staff botched up the dinner order. Embarrassed.

All Went Well, there are only 9 rooms on the floor. however the size of the rooms are good.

The Lift left you at the stairs, you need to take 5 - 10 stairs more to reach to your room.
