Por un lado el ruido nocturno que hay en esa zona y al hacer calor teníamos que mantener las ventanas abiertas y por otro lado el desayuno no era gran cosa,panecillos congelados que los tuestas ( cosa q está ok) pero luego no había más que mermelada o quedó ( o nocilla) pero ningún embutido

Excelente breakfast as well. Excelente Equipa também, da qual fazem parte André, Diogo e Matilde. Excellent team! Saudades do Porto e de vocês!

Hostellere ön yargısı olanlar için şunu söyleyebilirim ki kaldığım bu yer daha önce gördüğüm bir çok iki yıldızlı, üç yıldızlı otelden daha iyi konumda. Tesis gezginler için güvenle konaklayabilecekleri, her tarafa yakın bir konumda bulunuyor. Çalışanlarının arkadaş canlılığı, yardımsever olmaları tesisi daha kıymetli kılıyor. İlk defa yurt dışına ve tek başına çıkan biri olarak şunu söyleyebilirim ki şayet Porto’ya gelmeyi düşünürseniz tereddütsüz bu hostelde kalabilirsiniz.

Although location is close everwhere esp for Porto Cathedral, it comes with its own problem, constant road noise so make sure to bring earplugs or ANC headset.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Konumu harikaydı. Her yere yürüyerek gidilebilecek mesafedeydi. Odalar oldukça konforlu. Resepsiyondaki Matilda çok nazikti. İlk defa Porto'ya geldiğimi söyleyince bana güzel önerilerde bulundu.
En azından el havlusunun ekstra olmaması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Konumu ana cadde üzerinde olduğu için geceleri biraz ses olabiliyor ama çok normal.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026In the heart of old town Porto - a wonderful welcome to Portugal and the start of my Camino - a room with 3 other ladies with our shared bathroom - it was car noisy at night but it didn't matter - it matched my excitement for the beginning of the Camino - absolutely central - enjoyed walking to the river and people watching while having a salad and drink (port of course!!) very close to cathedral and pilgrims office - excellent location

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026La situation géographique est vraiment parfaite pour visiter. L'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes. Les chambres et lits sont propres. (Possibilité de prendre un bus pour aller à la plage !)
La chambre donnait sur une route très passante et donc il y avait beaucoup de bruit. (voiture, bus ....) Dommage que la cuisine n'avait pas de fenêtre.

Pour le coup il y avait des personnes plus jeunes à notre étage eeeeextremement bruyante qui claquaient les portes et laissaient leurs sous vêtements sales dans les salles de bain communes.. mais ce n’est pas la faute du personnel du tout. On avait des boules quies c’était ok.

Había solo un baño para 6 camas. Hubo una trabajadora para el check out qué fue realmente desagradable.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The location was very nice and the room very clean! the mattress super comfortable, i wasnt excepting this kind of quality honestly, the common spaces were also very nice, i'd just add some more tables in the lobby area to make it more cozy
i'm a heavy sleeper so i didnt have any issues but the noises from the street could be a bit too much for some more light sleeper, particularly if you are in a room with a balcony

La chambre était vraiment sale. Les wc n’étaient pas nettoyés et les draps étaient douteux. Lors de la réservation, il était indiqué que le paiement se ferait sur place, à notre arrivée mais il n’était pas indiqué que nous devrions payer en espèces uniquement. Aussi notre chambre était juste au dessus d’une fête donc extrêmement bruyante.

It was easy to find and extremely well located in the centre, the staff were excellent and very helpful, the room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was fabulously comfortable. How often can you say all of that about a hostel? I will absolutely be recommending this place.
I can't think of anything. Even my roommates were lovely.

Eravamo in 4 e attraverso la chat di booking abbiamo chiesto al personale se potevamo stare tutti insieme: hanno accontentato la nostra richiesta! È un ostello in pieno centro turistico per cui la sera si sentivano suoni e le voci della gente ma è qualcosa su cui l'ostello non può farci molto! A me è piaciuto molto: colazione tra l'altro base ma varia ma comunque buona, ho mangiato con gusto! Ho apprezzato tanto le bevande vegetali che, da vegana, non sempre trovo! Lo consiglierei!!!!!
Una mia amica ha trovato un capello nel suo letto: magari fare un pochino in più di attenzione a quello o a macchie sulle lenzuola ma devo dire che siamo persone che si adattano molto e non è stato così tanto grave. Avevamo pur sempre concluso il cammino di Santiago, per cui, eravamo già in modalità avventura :)

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The bed was comfortable and the room was really clean. The shower worked well. Each bed has a power outlet and reading lights. Each guest gets a locker as well. The hostel is very close to São Bento station.
Breakfast was below average, I would say. The room had no air conditioning and can get quite warm during summer. As the hostel is located in a busy area, opening the windows means noise during the night. Basically, you pay for the location, and this is not that cheap.

Alcuni oggetti nella stanza, come il ventilatore e le superfici dei mobili, non erano puliti con cura.

La cucina al piano seminterrato, ma capisco che così in centro difficile avere tanto spazio e alla fine meglio sacrificare la cucina che delle camere o il salotto

No ha aire acondicionado y, en las habitaciones de 4, el baño está dentro de la habitación por lo que las mañanas vas a tener que esperar para poder asearte.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La recepcionista llamada Matilde es muy amable y siempre quiere ayudar al cliente en cuanto a las necesidades, sugerencias, la verdad que ella es maravillosa y no puedo decir de los demás ya que las demás personas que trabajan allí no ayudan ni sabían, para estar en un Hostel de turismo.
Como hostel y ubicación muy bueno, el desayuno muy incompleto es mejor optar desayunar afuera del Hostel.

Breakfast used to be €2, now it's €3, without any added value. Same breakfast, same food, same location 😅Thank you for adding something less, it won't cost you much.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026A localização é muito boa, perto de tudo e fácil para deslocamento e a simpatia dos funcionários é excepcional.
Infelizmente os quartos são muito quentes, são ótimos mas falta um ar condicionado no verão. Um outro ponto (nada haver com o hostel), mas seria o barulho que nunca para na rua. Com certeza recomendo protetores auriculares para dormir.

se bien que es un edificio histórico. sin embargo, subir escaleras con maletas es un poco incomodo, quizas contar con alguna forma de subir las mismas, sería ideal, que los lokers sean un poco más grande

L'emplacement est excellent, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de São Bento et proche des principaux sites touristiques de Porto. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont propres et bien entretenus. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Je recommande cet établissement à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement confortable, propre et bien situé à Porto.
