Tolle Location, super nettes Personal, sehr komfortable Betten, super sauber , moderne sanitäre Einrichtungen, beste Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück… Ich war das vierte oder fünfte Mal dort und komme gerne immer wieder

The location was excellent.

The 3rd bed could have been proper and more comfortable. Some bathrooms did not have cold water showers.

Localização, o capricho e a cordialidade das funcionárias que arrumam os quartos, o tratamento e o jantar do Brasileiro que fez o jantar e a equipe toda. Algumas recepcionistas muito atenciosa.

Pontualidade tive problemas com minha chave e não fui ouvida e atendida, tive que reclamar várias vezes. Os funcionários tem que entender que ter uma pulseira que abre o quarto todos os dias e do nada não funciona, é nesta hora que o hóspede precisa de uma atenção, pois é na hora da dificuldade que sabemos se realmente o hostel é bem mesmo.

I loved the sense of community in this hostel. As a solo traveler I could not recommend it enough. Perfect location for exploring the city.

It was very hot, but that is also to be expected. They had fans attached to the beds but all of them were covered in dust.

Really sociable, beautiful building and location. Good showers and toilets and comfy beds. Great for solo travelling!

The bathroom only had one Dyson hair dryer despite photos showing many more. Also, the breakfast could have more food items, it just mainly bread rolls, ham, and cheese. Could do with more variety.

Conveniently located in the beautiful Sao Bento train station, this hostel is welcoming, charming, well run by caring friendly staff and full of friendly travellers from around the world. Great food, comfortable well equipped dorms , plus an evening hike and sunset picnic lead by staff!

The hostel was in a great location. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the facility was clean. They had activities for guests and a bar available in the evening. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The bed was comfortable and rooms and lockers were secure.

There wasn't anything that I necessarily did not like, however, during my stay, the guests were mostly young adults and I felt a bit out of place as a middle aged person. I was staying the night before departing to walk the Camino and I thought I might encounter other pilgrims, but no one that I encountered were there for that purpose. I was staying in a mixed dorm, perhaps if I was in a single room, I would have felt different.

Die Lage ist optimal, zentral, Die Betten waren sehr angenehm zum schlafen wenn ich draußen so viel Krach gewesen wäre wäre es noch schöner gewesen.

Die Lage ist wie gesagt sehr zentral und die Fenster schließen nicht so optimal es sind schon noch alte Fenster, die sehr schön sind aber dadurch drang der Lärm extrem zu uns ins Zimmer. Das Personal wenn ich es mal so sagen darf , ist schon etwas übergriffig Wenn ein 20-jähriger einer 60-Jährigen erklären möchte, wie man eine Spülmaschine richtig einzuordnen hat oder einzuräumen hat dann finde ich das schon sehr merkwürdig, sprich ich bin Mutter von zwei Kindern und zwei Enkelkindern, ich denke ich weiß wie es geht.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Porto! What made the experience truly special was the people. I had some great conversations with the staff and made some lovely connections during my stay. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely happy to chat. A special thank you to Pedro, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave me some fantastic tips for finding an authentic Portuguese restaurant, and that recommendation turned into one of my most memorable meals in Porto. I definitely won’t forget it! And how cool is it that we were literally staying in a train station?! 😂 It was such a unique experience and made the hostel feel even more memorable. I also really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to meet people from different places. I came as a solo traveller and left with some wonderful memories. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay in Porto so special. I would happily stay here again!

The only downside… having to climb a three-storey bunk bed to get to my bed! 😂 I definitely earned my sleep every night. But hey, it made the hostel experience even more memorable! 💪😂

Très bel hostel en plein centre historique et à proximité du métro. Les dortoirs sont grands et spacieux. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont propres. Le petit déjeuner était bon également. Fortement recommandé !

Certains lits sont très en hauteur. Si vous avez le vertige pensez à demander des lits en position basse ou intermédiaire si possible :)

This was honestly the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and there are new activities every day, which makes meeting new people and making friends so easy. The rooms, showers, and bathrooms are clean, and the staff are always available to make sure everyone is comfortable. A special thank you to Salma, who made my stay such a unique and memorable experience!

Das Hostelpersonal war sehr freundlich und angenehm, besonders Rita die zu meiner Überraschung sehr gut deutsch sprach bleibt mir in guter Erinnerung. Rita brachte ich mich auch zu meinem Zimmer und erklärte mir alle Modalitäten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Die Ausstattung und Räumlichkeiten des Hostels hinsichtlich Relax-Area, Bar und Räumlichkeiten haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder und Duschen waren gut ausgestattet. Das Hostels war direkt in der Bahnstation im Herzen von Porto. Von dort konnte zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreicht werden. Das Pub Crawl Event blieb mir in guter Erinnerung.

Der Frühstücksraum befand sich etwas weit oben im letzten Stock, es gab jedoch einen Aufzug der fast nach oben führte. Ab und zu hörte man Nachts die Durchsagen am Bahnhof was mich beim Schlaf etwas störte aber es war aushaltbar.

La ubicación es excelente! El personal super atento y agradable, organizan actividades todas los días y noche están siempre predispuestos para ayudar. Me quedé en la habitación de 12 mixta y siempre estuvo todo ordenado, y me sentí súper segura. Si sos mujer y viajas sola (no fue mi caso pero si el de muchas chicas que conocí) es ideal. Destaco la limpieza del lugar y particularmente los baños.

All the staff are sooo friendly. In general, very social vibes with events on everyday and a great chance to meet new people. Also, I really liked the fact the key is a wrist band so you don’t have remember to bring it with you when you shower, go out etc. Everything was amazing

I imagine the top bunk bed could be a little challenging for some people to get up considering it’s really high but it was fine for me

Nice central location and nice staff. Close to Porto's main attractions and great nightlife. A really cool city, especially for those in their 20s.

Cleanliness was not exactly how it looks in photos. No air con and windows open to one of the busiest streets in porto made for a sweaty and restless night, there are fans in individual beds but they are covered in dust and don't really work. The top bunk, being three beds high, was a nightmare to get up and down from. There was no sort of aircon in common areas like bathrooms or showers so as a woman trying to do hair and put on makeup was a sweaty nightmare.

Prezzo troppo alto per un posto letto in un dormitorio con 10 persone; l’ultima mattina in sala colazione c’erano due famiglie con bambini rumorosi: non mi aspettavo di trovare questo in un ostello ma capisco che non dipenda da chi lo gestisce.

Très bel espace pour la chambre et l espace associé. Très bon emplacement.

施設の方は親切でフレンドリーだった。 チェックイン前、後の荷物のあずかりを無料でやってくれた。 毎日イベントが開催され、世界各国の旅行者と仲良くなれる。 シャワーもトイレも男女別で十分な数がある。 立地がとにかく良い。 キッチンには必要なものがすべてあり、冷蔵庫も整理整頓されていた。

Buena ubicación.

Mucho ruido porque por falta de aire acondicionado y ventilación se deben dejar las ventanas abiertas generando mucho ruido de la calle. Que sean tres camarotes tan altos son riesgosos para subir.

Uwielbiam to miejsce! Lokalizację, niepowtarzalną atmosferę, czystość, chill zonę, jakość łóżek... Tu nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Najfajniejsze miejsce noclegowe w Porto. Jesteś młody/a - dawaj do dormu. Przyjeżdżasz z małym dzieckiem albo masz już tyle lat, że dorm Cię nie kręci - masz prywatne pokoje. Rewelacja.

Nie ma czego poprawiać. Passenger to wyjątkowe miejsce w Europie. Kiedyś tu jeszcze przyjadę.

The location is really good, very easy to get to different spots just by walking. There are so many event/ activities held by the hostel, it is easier to meet new friends and know more about the local culture. There are free breakfasts which is simple stuff, but I have nothing to complain in this price. And it's really solo traveler friendly hostel!!

It is in an histotic building. The rooms have great views, Room 10 especially. There is laundry available (with detergent). Very economical. I have stayed here 6 times? I think that is right.

I liked that it was very central ! Everything was near the hostel, I stayed in a female dormitory, it was clean calm and loved the curtains for privacy. Staying at the hostel was an opportunity to meet new friends.

I stayed at the passenger hostel at a very hot summer week, the only missing thing was the AC in the dorms, there were fans for every bed but they didn’t do much, I would have appreciated a shelf for my stuff over the bed.

Street noise

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They can provide with so mich information about the coty and activities to do. They offer activities every day in the hostel with game nights and free breakfast in the morning. Even though the room was for 10 people it was pretty big and well equipped, except the noise from outside everything was perfect. I could leave my things before check in in a safe room for free, met lots of great people throug the hostel activities. The bathroom and showers are equipped with everything needed for ladies: shampoo, creams, deodorants, cotton, hair dryer, hair curler…

Hostel inside the train station sao bento, so pretty noisy outside (hotel provides you with earplugs though. And there were some mosquitoes during the night, but just since it was summer time and the windows were open.

Gosto muito deste hostel por ter uma localização muito central, tudo muito limpo e organizado, os funcionários de uma simpatia impar e sempre prestativos. Já me hospedei duas vezes e voltarei mais vezes com toda certeza!

It was located in a beautiful and central location. The rooms were well kept, and the bathrooms were great! There was a Dyson in the girls' showers, which was helpful for anyone who needed a blow dryer. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was a bonus (although I needed something afterward to fill me up - but it was still very much appreciated!) We had an early train the morning of our departure, so the hostel's easy access to the train station was amazing.

The window was left open during the night in our 12-bed room despite trying to close it before bed, which let some bugs in and got a bit loud throughout some parts of the night - but I suppose this could be easily fixed if discussed with the front desk.

One night is not enough, and you'll be asking for more. Rita, Vanessa, Pedro, Caio, Chef Guy and the nigth agent are just looking to make your experience the best possible. I even had a Dyson Air Blade in my room and probably never felt as much as powerful in my whole life. Plz, skip the other places and come here.

What really bring this place together is the Volunteers. They look so cool and when I grow up I want to be one of them so bad. The manager does an amazing job of recruitment. Special thanks to everyone. Especially the ones that let me sing the same song at the karaoke everyday. And also Simon, what an amazing guy, what you see is what you get, he is more authentic then the Mexican restaurant next door! Thank you for having me and making myself a part of this great occasion.

Absolutely everything was amazing, I was there last year and will be back again next year. You should come and try it yourself, by far the best hostel in whole Portugal. The bathroom are more clean at the hostel than in my own home, I've felt like a king in the castle. The cleaning staff is amazing and I don't understand how can they look so happy to see me in the morning everyday, you just know this place love their employees. See you next time.

跟照片真的一樣，房間的置物櫃可以放大行李，櫃檯也是24小時很好找，現在雖然是夏天但晚上19度，沒有冷氣也不會熱，甚至需要蓋被子。位置更是沒話說，晚上燈火通明，從地鐵走來沒有小路很安全，但建議還是早點回去

朝食は程よい量で美味しくいただいたが、オレンジ水？水にオレンジスライスをつけたようなやつだけ美味しくなかった。シャワーや手を洗う時秒数毎に止まるシステムで節水はわかりますが不便でした

The location is wonderful. We loved the lockers and the wrist bands which make it easy to come and go. The amenities are so great and everything is clean. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We went to breakfast and it was so delicious. We also went on a pub crawl and the guide was very engaging. We loved the activities provided. Best hostel that we have stayed in!
