No nos gustó el ruido de los trenes pasando toda la noche y era ensordecedor. No nos gustó el formato de check in que tiene el apartamento, bastante complicado para obtener el código de apertura de la puerta.

食器カップやグラスの縁が直置きされている キッチンのスポンジが使い古されたもの 洗濯機の横の隙間に髪の毛が数本 浴室、浴槽内から眺めるとカビがあちらこちらに 洗濯洗剤が一回分しか残っていなかった こうしたことから衛星面に疑問を感じました

Leider waren direkt neben der Unterkunft sehr laute Bahnschienen und eine große Straße. Es standen zwar Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung, jedoch hat das nicht ausgereicht.

線路が近く、しかも貨物列車が通りかなりの騒音です。管理者も気付いており耳栓が置いてありましたがやっぱり耳栓をしながら寝るというのはあまりリラックス出来ることではありません。

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Très bon rapport qualité prix. Cependant un peu bruyant car la voie de chemin de fer passe juste devant et la route pas loin non plus. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont fournis et cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé. Nous avons tous bien dormi. Idéalement placé pas très loin de la gare et des fériés.
Le bruit mais c'est supportable.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026凄く綺麗で清潔感があり、歩いて宮島のカフェーリー乗り場まで行けて、よかったあです。ただ一つだけ，ベッド近くを鉄道が通っていて，夜中も貨物が走り寝れない人には大変かもしれません，私は入眠剤とベッドではなく，ソファベッドに寝たので，寝れました。
電車がうるさい！民家が隣で車コインパーキングに入れるのに戸惑っていたら，睨まれてどいてや❗️と怖かったです。 マナーは守ってるんですが

海沿いなのに海があまり見えないのはもったいないが、まあ普通の景色です。 電車の音と振動は気になる人は気になるかも。 T字カミソリとパジャマが無かったのはわかってても地味に面倒。

Très mal insonorisé, nous avons entendu les bruits des voisins situés au dessus de notre logement qui marchaient jusqu'à 1h00 du matin. Quand ils ont fait tomber quelque chose au sol, cela a fait énormément de bruit. Impossible de dormir même avec les bouchons d'oreille. Le passage des trains s'entend énormément, Pas de lampes de chevets, ce qui est gênant pour lire sans gêner le voisin

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026宮島観光に家族で泊まりました。写真通りの部屋で大変快適な滞在になりました。 全体的に部屋も綺麗で、お風呂とトイレが別々になっている点も大満足！ 無人チェックインも、初めての人も画面を見ながらすればラクに出来ます。 お風呂のバスユニットもしっかり足が伸ばせるサイズで疲れが取れました。 皆さんがコメントで書いている［近くを通る夜中の電車騒音］も、 実際には確かに何度か夜に通った「貨物列車」( 普通の電車では騒音はそこまでありませんが.. )貨物列車が、深夜だと騒音値が高いと感じましたが、日中の宮島観光でかなり歩くこともあり、疲れて帰宅して滞在してる方が多いと、疲れ果てて寝ていてあまり騒音は気にならなかったです。 今回は70代の両親、私、私の子供と三世代滞在でした。 電車の騒音はあまりみんな世代を超えてもそこまで気にならなかったです。 騒音を踏まえても、それ以上にスリッパ、歯ブラシが用意されていて、清掃が整っており家族で快適な滞在でしたので、また泊まります。
お風呂場に、お風呂イスがあればよい。 区別されたゴミ箱があるが、足でステップして開けれるゴミ箱がよい。 ( 毎回、手でゴミ箱のフタを開けてからゴミを入れた )

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026A great place to see if you want to be close to Miyajima Island. The home is spacious, clean and offers all the amenities we needed. The bathroom is especially big. Around 10minutes walk to Miyajimaguchi JR Station and the ferry terminal.
The walk to the station/ferry terminal requires crossing some train tracks and it is very dark at night as there are no street lights. The noise and shakiness from the trains made it difficult to sleep. The host provided some earplugs but it wasn't much help. There are also very little restaurants nearby and none are open late.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Nous avons apprécié se logement. C’était suffisamment spacieux pour 5 personnes. L’appartement était propre. L’hôtel est bien situé pour se rendre sur l’île de Miyajima.
Il y a de la vaisselle mais pas assez d’équipement pour cuisiner. L’hôtel est situé près d’un chemin de fer, ce qui est bruyant la nuit ( malgré les boules quies fourni par l’hôtel).

Mais on était très content de ce logement car pour visiter Hiroshima, on a pu prendre le train quasiment en face. C'était pratique. Pareil pour l'accès aux ferries pour visiter l'ile Miyajimaguchi. La literie est basse comme dans beaucoup d'endroit au Japon. Place de parking(payantes)devant le bâtiment. Pas beaucoup d'ustensile pour cuisiner, donc on n'a pas fait de cuisine. Pas de micro onde. Le canapé était très confortable.
On aurait peut être apprécié un micro onde et un couteau dans la cuisine.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025パーキングが、目の前。12/29.30で駐車場を借りました。1100円でした。 ６人家族での宿泊でしたが、広さにも問題ありませんでした。友達となると、また話は変わってくると思います。
扉が壊れていました。 壁が薄いので、上だけではなく、横の足音、話し声も聞こえます。内容までは聞き取れませんが，聞こえます。 地震かと最初は思いましたが、電車が通る音が頻繁に聞こえます。 チェックインは、事前にスマホから登録していたのでスムーズかと思いましたが、結局タジタジでした。分かりづらいですね。

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025宮島口から非常に近く、朝一の便に乗れてとても良かった。部屋も広くてキレイでした。 電車は頻繁に通るので、神経質な方は気になるかもしれませんが、疲れていたので熟睡できました。 駐車場無しとの事ですが、目の前のパーキングに停めれたのでとてもラクでした。

Puedo concluir que, leyendo detenidamente las instrucciones que comparte el anfitrión, no pasas mayores inconvenientes. Mi pareja y yo llegamos cerca de las 8:30 pm y pudimos hacer check in en menos de 3 minutos. En cuanto al apartamento, es bastante amplio, el más bonito de toda mi estancia en Japón y con buen equipamento. Me atrevo a concluir también que la gente con sueño pesado (como yo) no tendrá problemas para dormir.
Sin embargo, creo que hay algo a destacar, aunque la administración no lo controla. El hospedaje está cerca de la estación de JR, pero los 15 minutos de camino pueden sentirse intranquilos por ser una vía principal y sin buena iluminación en la noche. La ubicación es estratégica, pero siento que la zona en donde está carece de comercios u otros sitios que te inviten a caminar por ahí. En general, Miyajimaguchi no es para quien quiera una vida nocturna, pero al estar junto a las vías del tren acentúa esa atmósfera de soledad.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025部屋の広さや設備については、申し分ないほどでした。また、口コミで(線路そば)、列車音が気になったということが気になっていましたが、私は、気にならなかったです。 洗濯機を利用して、室内干しで翌朝には乾いていたし。お風呂は、自動お湯張り機能で便利で、バスタブも大きめでしたので、ゆったり過ごせました。
私は、少し几帳面なところがあるせいか？ ソファーなどの布ファブリックにシミがあるのが 気になったくらいでしょうか。個人差があるかもしれません。駅からGoogle案内では、少し遠回りな案内でした。駅を出て最初の道路を左に曲がり、線路沿いを歩いて3つ目の踏切を渡り、直ぐ右へ歩くと少し距離も短かったと思います。 周辺には、飲食店やコンビニ等はありませんので、駅やフェリー乗り場で飲食や買い物を済ませた方が良いと思います

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025清潔感のある広いお部屋で、ベッドが大きくてソファーベッドを含めると3台もあるところがとてもよかった。 駅やフェリー乗り場まで少し距離はあったが、風景や土地の雰囲気が味わえて楽しかった。
線路がすぐ横で、ただ響きのような揺れが少しと音がすごかった。貨物列車が夜中や早朝も割と走っていたのでけっこう気になった。 上の階の物音がすごかった。起きている時間帯だけだったからまだよかった。隣の話し声も少し聞こえてきた。

the rumbling and the noise from the train that runs right near the unit. also I could hear the upstairs neighbors every step, etc. Even with the earplugs provided by the host, it was too noisy.

Es 100% autoservicio. No tuvimos contacto en ningún momento con ningún anfitrión, más que por correo electrónico y la App. Al estar al lado de la vía de tren y la carretera, llega bastante ruido al interior de la habitación (hay tapones de regalo), aunque para nosotros no supuso un problema.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025Ce n'est PAS un hôtel...enregistrement sur le pas de la porte , dehors , dans le froid(novembre) et de nuit (dés17h ici),avec éclairage intermittent, sur une tablette sale et qui se déconnecte...sans aucun accompagnement de quiconque...le seul accompagnement sera celui des trains qui passent au pied du lit sans arret. A eviter...dommage car l'appart est sympa et bien aménagé...

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025A 5 minutos andando de la estación de Ferry para ir a la isla. Apartamento súper amplio donde daba gusto estar descansando y pasando el rato, camas muy amplias.
Al estar al lado de las vías de tren, el ruido dificulta eventualmente el descanso, nada muy grave pero a tener en cuenta en caso de personas con sueño difícil. Las camas eran espaciosas, pero no demasiado cómodas, al igual que la almohada.

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli erittäin hankalaa. Esim. kysyttiin s-postiosoitetta, mutta näppäimistössä ei ollut pistettä (.) Toinen näppäimistöstä oli pahasti tahriutunut kärpäsen paskasta, jos mahdollista voin liittää kuvan tähän tekstiin. Junarata 20 metrin päässä ja junaliikenne jatkui likimain koko yön. Yläkerrassa metelöinti, huonekalujen siirtely aloitettiin aamulla anivarhain, noin klo 5:50. Joku juoksi klo 5:50 alkaen tömistellen koko ajan lähtöömme klo 11:00 saakka. Seinänaapurin kuorsaaminen kuului koko yön. Nukkuminen oli siis kaiken kaikkiaan todella hankalaa.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025自分達だけの空間で、普段に近い生活をすることが出来るので、私達も、子ども達もストレフリーで過ごす事が出来ました。 貨物列車が通過する時は、深夜でも大きめの音はしますが、私と子ども達は気にならなかったです。 神経質な人は若干気になるかもしれませんが、疲れて帰ってくるので『寝れない！』なんてことはないと思います。 お風呂がとても広かったので快適でした。 ３歳でも自分で跨いで入れる高さだったので嬉しそうでした。
リビングの机のフチ裏に前の方の汚れが残っていました。 においなどはありませんでしたが、自由に過ごす子ども達が机をくぐったりするので気付いてしまいました。 見える範囲はとても綺麗にしてくださっていたので、とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

Chambre a 5m de la. Voie ferree donc même avec des bouchons d'oreilles ( fournis !!) il est difficile de dormir. De plus il n'y a pas de réception et les instructions pour le code d'accès étaient tous en japonais. Heureusement que des personnes déjà sur place nous ont aidé à comprendre comment entrer.
