I would say it’s the best view of the caldera. Hotel is very nice, breakfast is decent, there is a pool, but above all the stuff of this hotel. You are the best! Very helpful and always smiling and nice, great professionalism and just very good people. Thank you, our stay was just great!

В первую очередь хочется сказать большое спасибо персоналу. Все были максимально приветливыми, доброжелательными и всегда готовыми помочь. В целом у отеля очень спокойная, домашняя атмосфера. Завтраки достаточно скромные, без большого разнообразия, но всё выглядит уютно и по-домашнему.

Из существенных минусов для меня оказалось расположение. Несмотря на название и привязку к Ое, до самой Ои нужно идти примерно 10–15 минут. Путь проходит либо вдоль дороги, либо по тропе вдоль обрыва, которая ведёт из Фиры в Ою. Если вы любите много ходить, это, скорее всего, не станет проблемой, но стоит учитывать, что отель находится не в самой Ое и дорога местами не самая удобная. Для каблуков точно не лучший вариант. Сам отель уже не новый, и особенно это чувствуется в номерах и ванных комнатах. В нашем номере кровать находилась на втором уровне. Наверху было очень душно, особенно ночью, а потолки довольно низкие. Самым слабым местом номера для меня стала ванная комната. Она расположена под вторым уровнем, поэтому потолок там очень низкий. Высокому человеку приходится нагибаться даже при входе. Кроме того, сама ванная и туалет настолько маленькие, что даже хрупкому человеку сложно нормально развернуться. Душевая зона тоже очень тесная, а вода после душа плохо уходит, поэтому пользоваться ванной комнатой не особенно комфортно. В целом это тихий, небольшой отель с очень приятным и отзывчивым персоналом и домашней атмосферой. Но при бронировании я бы обязательно учитывала расстояние до Ои, довольно скромные завтраки, возраст номеров и особенно очень тесные ванные комнаты.

the location was an A+! I love walking, and everything was within walking distance, which was perfect for me. The breakfast was also an A+—I really enjoyed it!

The only area that could be improved is the restaurant service. I had breakfast there twice, and unfortunately, I was not very happy with the way the two ladies working at the restaurant reception treated the customers. I think they could be a little more welcoming and friendly. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I would give the reception staff a 100! They were all very nice, helpful, and friendly, and I really appreciated their excellent service.

מרחק הליכה של כישר דקות ברגל מאויה. הבריכה היתה גדולה וגם החדר היה גדולה

הגקוגי היה קר . באחת מהאמבטיות בחדר היה ממש ריח של ביוב חזק. גם בארוחת הבוקר וגם בכלליות פחות שירותיים. ( לדוגמה לא נותנים מים כל יום כמו במלונות אחרים בסנטוריני)

Il personale era davvero accogliente , si sono messi a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa . Di una gentilezza e cortesia senza eguali. Davvero super

Forse la posizione non è proprio delle migliori e l’albergo avrebbe bisogno di un restyling perché un po’ datato però il personale ha fatto del suo meglio per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Excellent séjour. Personnels accueillants et très gentils. Petit dejeuner très voir trop bon... L emplacement est idéal et vue sur la caldera à couper le souffle. À 10minutes à pied de Oia.

Theres a little bit of a walk to Oia. But loved the views and scenery on the walk to town.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, qui n'était pas loin du centre de oia. L'hôtel avait une belle vue sur la mer avec une crème piscine. Les transats de notre chambre étaient très confortables. Dans la chambre de l'hôtel on avait une très bonne clim et c'était tout en propre. L'équipe, au service était très serviable et très à l'écoute.

J'aurais aimé. Qu'il y ait une amélioration pour le petit déjeuner le matin, car ? Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix, deux variations et surtout de fruits. J'aurais plutôt préféré qu'il y ait plusieurs fruits tous les jours, et des variations d'aliments. J'aurais aimé savoir, dès le début que le bar est dans la chambre d'hôtel est payant. Parce que j'ai bu les bouteilles qui étaient dans le bar et à la fin de mon séjour, j'ai dû payer en plus. On ne m'avait pas prévenu au début de mon séjour à l'hôtel que les boissons étaient payantes. Je pensais que c'était compris dans le prix que j'ai payé pour l'hôtel.

Staff adorable, emplacement parfait, vue magnifique, c'était propre et le pdj était très bien !

Tout était parfait sauf la salle de bain qui était vraiment trop petite et les transats de piscina et de notre terrasse dans un viel état.

Le personnel très attentionné, la vue est magnifique !

Nagyon kedvesek voltak, mivel rendkívül magas vagyok és jellegzetes barlang szobát foglaltunk, ezért hogy még kényelmesebb legyen, szó nélkül felajánlották, hogy átraknak egy még szebb és még exkluzívabb szobába! Külön köszönet ezért Thanos-nak, kíváló házigazda és minden munkatárs mindkét helyen rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. Felejthetetlen élmény és nagyon jó ár-érték arány. Köszönjük!

Soo close to Oia centre, amazing staff.

Some parts of the room were tired - curtain rail in superior room hanging off wall, the bin in bathroom rusty, shower needed reflooring as black in parts and pool towels need a refresh

Great staff, location, rooms, pool, views!

The aircon in the rooms are on the lower floor. The upper level, where the bed is situated, barely gets any cold air and was very hot at night and in the day. Other than that, the Accomodation was great.

Subito fuori Oia, vista meravigliosa, personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo avuto un problema serio con il bagno, in parte anche per colpa nostra, ma l'addetta alla reception è stata fantastica ed ha chiamato l'idraulico a mezzanotte che ha risolto.

les installation extérieurs mériteraient un changement (parasol, sofas extérieur et piscine) très très glissant. Je ne suggère pas cet hotel pour des gens très âgés. les escaliers de la chambre sont également dangereux surtout la nuit.

Staff were amazing but especially Sasa Best customer service I hate re experienced. She could sense the needs and always delivered. Truly great !

The view is incredible. Wonderful to Have two pools. Excellent walking track to oia and the rest of Santorini around the caldera. Rooms are super lovely and modern. The Staff is super nice and the food is terrific. Many times we ate dinner there because oia is too busy and too touristy. It’s a must to stay here.

La tranquilidad del hotel, la zona, muy cerca de Oia pero no en eñ bullicio. Vistas preciosas. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, la zona de delante con la piscina super relajante. Zona de parking. Muy limpio. El desayuno excelente con vistas espectaculares

Beauté de la vue et tranquillité! À distance de marche de Oia, le parcours permet d’admirer le paysage. Les déjeuners sont délicieux.

Nagyon hangos a szállás( vékony falak ). A 4 csillagos besorolásnál a nagyon nyikorgó ajtók nem tetszettek ( 301es szoba)

Es gibt kaum Schatten am Pool. Die Schirme decken nur 1/3 der leider schwarzen Sonnenliehen ab. Eine Veranda waere eine Loesung

The staff were extremely friendly and the attention to detail was incredible. We stayed there or a friends birthday and staff made our stay unique and incredible. Staff remembered our names, our regular coffee orders and our friends birthday. The location was stunning and the room had everything we needed. All hotel rooms seemed to have stunning views.

Shower trays not fit for purpose, the water runs away from the drain so you end up with a pool of water. When we arrived in the room, there was no toilet paper so we had to walk back to reception to request some as the telephone wasn’t working.

Todo pessoal desde a recepção aos funcionários do bar e limpeza são super atenciosos em especial os da recepção. Quartos cómodos e espaçosos com vista deslumbrante sobre o mar. Localização excelente a poucos minutos a pé ao centro de Oia. O pequeno almoço é variado e rapidamente reposto quando necessário, adorei os croissants, os queijos e os café latte. Recomendo vivamente e voltarei com muito prazer.

Comparando com a qualidade de todo o resto, o pão do pequeno almoço (de fabrica), não estava ao nível. Faltou uma baguete ou um pão escuro caseiro ou de sementes. Pouca fruta.

Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful rooms and pool, view across the caldera and only a 15 minute walk in to Oia. Staff are amazing so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay totally relaxing. Breakfast is included in the price and there is so much choice (buffet style). Evening meal again relaxing and beautifully made.

Reception and staff were excellent. It was relatively quiet in early May. Very nice breakfast and onsite restaurant. We were upgraded to the room at the top with a magnificent view of the whole caldera. Split level accommodation (may not suit some) with a huge balcony with 180 degree view and wonderful sunsets. Being in Oia we had a car and used the private onsite parking. Lovely pools and the weather could not have been better.

The views are spectacular and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. From reception staff, cleaners, breakfast staff and maintenance everyone was brilliant. Beautiful pool with day beds and second infinity pool overlooking caldera. Great choice for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily with large balconies to take in that view.

The first part of the coastal path was a bit dangerous. There had been a lot of rain so it was flooded in parts, and very rocky. Don’t take it to town at night as it’s not lit. Very easy walk to town by road.

Beautiful views, clean room, and a fantastic breakfast. Everything you need for a holiday getaway!

Gentillesse et professionnalisme du réceptionniste Hôtel conforme au descriptif. la chambre simple vue sur mer et équivalente à la chambre supérieure vue mer (mezzanine en plus) mais salle de bain bien plus petite …

Accueil au petit déjeuné mitigé une personne très agréable une autre franchement désagréable et incompétente attente des œufs qui ne sont jamais venus lorsque nous l’avons mentionné oups oubli même pas un mots d’excuse. Une des deux chambre sous la terrasse du petit déjeuné… très très bruyant des 7h du matin ..

Une vue exceptionnelle de la Baie de Santorini. Les déjeuners étaient délicieux.

Man konnte die Nachbarn im Nebenzimmer hören bzw. jedes Wort verstehen und auch als das Licht im Nachbarzimmer anging war es bei uns im Schlafzimmer hell beleuchtet.

Le petit déjeuner avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la caldeira ! La gentillesse du personnel et la belle attention pour mon anniversaire ! Super hôtel, magnifique vue mais à une petite distance de marche du centre de Oia, mais qui n'était pas dérangeant !

Las vistas impresionantes. El desayuno maravilloso en un lugar Increíble. Las piscinas y la terraza de la habitación son una gozada. Precioso camino paseando hasta oia. El personal es muy amable. Repetiria sin duda.
