The hotel is absolutely stunning. The views are amazing and the facilities are super comfy and nice (gym, pool etc…). If you’re staying in Oia the location is perfect!! The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the staff couldn’t be nicer :)

HOM Santorini è una struttura davvero speciale. Le camere sono eleganti, curate e con una vista meravigliosa sulla caldera. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dalla strada principale di Oia ma abbastanza defilata da garantire pace, silenzio e privacy. Si respira un’atmosfera rilassante in ogni momento della giornata. Un posto ideale per godersi Santorini lontano dalla confusione, senza rinunciare a una location spettacolare.

המלון היה פשוט מושלם!!! באמת שאין לי דבר אחד רע להגיד. הארוחת בוקר הייתה ממש טובה, הצוות היה אדיב בטירוף! הנוף היה מושלם, המיקום מעולה! קרוב ממש לכל הטיילת המרכזית של Oia, אבל מי שרוצה להיות גם ב-Fira צריך לנסוע 25 דק׳ בערך, אנחנו ישנו ב-2 האזורים אז ככה שנהנינו משניהם. ממליצה ברמות לכל מי שמתלבט!!! המלון הכי מושלם שתביו בו!!!!

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit kompetent. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen, leckeren Speisen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Das Hotel befindet sich am Anfang der Caldera, sodass die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

We had a fantastic stay at Hom! All of the facilities were exceptional (the pool, pool area, fitness centre, breakfast area, bar etc) and all of the stay were so nice and attentive. The hotel is a 10min walk from the centre of Oia, so very easy to explore but also enjoy the quiet and privacy of the pool area when you’re at the hotel! My husband and I would definitely rebook if we were coming back to Santorini 😊

Nothing, we had a truly exceptional stay.

The rooms are excellent. The sunbathing area is very nice. My room was ready very quickly, which I was very thankful for because it was hot, I was tired and really wanted to take a shower and sit down already. Very helpful man who carries the heavy luggage, he's doing a wonderful job and deserved the recognition.

Staff is very mixed - some persons were nice, e.g. excellent guy who helps with the luggage. On the other hand, a person from cleaning service woke me up in the middle of the day for no reason (it was not the time for cleaning or anything, there was no reason for her to come to my room at that time) and she kept opening the door, even though I have intentionally placed my suitcase next to the door. On the last day, there was a woman from the staff screaming and shouting, I don't even know about or to whom or for what reason, I just heard staff from the hotel screaming, which stressed me out. I did not travel by plane from another country to listen to someone being unprofessional and aggressive. What was the most surprising to me os the fact that I reported this situation (and she screamed for like 10-15 minutes, not a few seconds) and all I was given was "we are sorry". No-one even tried to make up for the unpleasant and stressful situation, which was very surprising to me because normally such hotels would probably try to do something to keep a good PR. Not even a drink was offered to me, not to mention any bigger effort. I guess this is normal to have hotel staff shout aggressively in the local language, so that guests need to worry and guess what is this about - and it could be anything, from a danger, hotel evacuation to some other problem. I wrote to the hotel about it and then told the reception in person as well, but they did nothing. Because of this situation and the fact that no-one tried to make up for it, I give a low score. I am extremely unhappy with this, because I did not fly to another country to have such stressful experience. / Other than that, showers need to be cleaned properly, because my shower was dirty when I arrived.

From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was great. The reception was very helpful, the staff very friendly, everything was very clean, quiet, comfortable and the hotel is perfectly located to explore Oia without being crowded. Short walking distance away from the center. Stunning view from the hotel.

Hom was everything we hoped it would be and more. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and could not have had a better experience. The staff was exceptional, the room was beautiful, and the property itself was clean with gorgeous views at every turn. It was hard to leave!! The chef, Fabio, and MJ were amazing and so helpful with my food allergies. I am so grateful for our time at Hom and cannot wait to return!

Absolutely incredible views! Perfect location just on the edge of Oia old town, perfect walking distance but away from the crowds. Mini-market 1 minute away. Gorgeous design. Rooms comfortable andstocked with everything you could need. Breakfast was delicious with quick and friendly service. Great poolside snacks and drinks. Staff all very helpful and nice. Small but well equipped fitness room with reformer Pilates bed.

Hot tub a great addition to the room but it was a little cold to use at night (End of April), also safety around hot tub (low wall) wasn’t ideal.

Breakfast was great and the staff were very nice. We loved the room, though the layout with the chair and jacuzzi felt a bit unusual, as people could walk by while we were using it (room no.9). Next time, we would choose a different room. We love Hom and hope to come back again.

Our 2-night stay at Hom Santorini was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The highlight for us was definitely having our own private jacuzzi—it made the whole experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and everything tasting incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff truly made our stay even more special—they were always polite, warm, and genuinely friendly, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary welcome drinks and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Everything about our stay was just perfect, and we would highly recommend Hom Santorini to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

This hotel was everything we hoped for and more! We stayed at Hom for our honeymoon. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. We were generously given a room upgrade and greeted with freshly made mocktail, popcorn and fresh fruit for us on arrival. The hotel itself is beautiful with the most incredible view of the calderra. The breakfasts were excellent and they catered well for gluten free food. Excellent location quick easy stroll into the centre of Oia. Highly recommend.

Our room was probably the smallest and didn’t have anywhere to sit outside without being in a ‘shared’ space; and while getting the cheapest room meant we could stay in a fabulous place it didn’t feel ‘value for money’ It was a ‘semi-luxurious’ cave.

Just finished a fantastic stay with my wife at this wonderful hotel. All the staff are a joy, so friendly and helpful and Fabio warrants special mention for his generous assistance to us. The whole hotel is stylish and well appointed and the rooms and beds are comfortable. Housekeeping visit twice a day and the bedroom was kept spotless. The gym, which is air conditioned, is small but fitted with good quality equipment including a bike, treadmill and Pilates reformer. The breakfast, served in a small restaurant overlooking the pool, starts with croissant and breads followed by eggs, pancakes and healthy bowl courses, all accompanied by good coffee. It makes for a great start to the day. Highly recommended hotel.

WiFi in the gym is flakey resulting in failure to connect to the iFIT App which controls the bike. It would be great to get this fixed.

Our stay at Hom Santorini was fabulous. Everything was perfect – a cozy room with our own private pool, breakfast on our balcony, always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Kornilia from the front desk and Fabio from the bar, who always made sure everything was perfect. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and the pool area is really comfortable, with excellent service provided by Fabio. We highly recommend HOM Santorini – the most fantastic hotel we have ever stayed at.

Bästa och mest fantastiska stället vi någonsin bott på. Blev uppgraderade till en master suite, sååå serviceminded och trevlig personal som gör sitt yttersta för att man ska få bästa upplevelsen. Bättre service än på 5-stjärniga hotell. Rent, fräscht, utmärkt frukost, lunch. Bra utbud av viner, dryck och drinkar. Perfekt läge, promenadavstånd in till oia men ändå lite vid sidan av så man slipper det värsta kaoset. Utsikten är makalös från morgon till kväll, vi bodde på fler ställen på Santorini men här hade vi absolut bäst utsikt av alla restauranger och ställen vi bodde på. Har bara gott att säga om Hom. Hade vi kunnat ge ett högre betyg hade vi definitivt gjort det. Bo här om du ska till Santorini, du blir inte besviken!

This is an amazing hotel full of charm, with a very helpful and efficient staff. From the arrival to our departure, we were met with high professionalism and kindness, making our stay in Santorini more enjoyable than we would have hoped. The hotel, from its beautiful architecture, splendid room design and comfort has everything anyone could ask for. The breakfast options were sumptuous, the sunlounge areas sidepool were very well organized, with impeccable service. The hotel is located in a beautuful area of Oia, full of small streets and shops and next to some must-see places. We had a great time at the nearby restaurants and took some amazing pictures. The room was really comfortable and full of excellent amenities, it truly was a magnificent stay.

There is absolutely nothing we did not like about our stay at Hom Santorini, except that we would have liked to spend more nights there, that we will be sure to do in a future visit.

Hom Santorini é espetacular. A vista é a mais linda que já tive e inesquecível. Todos foram muitos atenciosos, principalmente na recepção e no Bar, com comidas, desde o café da manhã, as entradas ou petiscos e pratos principais maravilhosos, com lindas apresentações e explosão de sabor. Realmente me conquistou. Quartos bem decorados, aconchegantes, pensados a cada detalhe, sem com tudo a mão e o que fosse necessário. Limpeza a todo tempo. Exatamente como nas fotos. Maravilhoso. Super Recomendo.
