Die Lage, das Essen, auch für später Kommende wurde immer aufgefüllt, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, wir hatten zweimal ein Problem, um das sich umgehend gekümmert wurde. Bequeme Betten, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Größe des Zimmers, große Dusche, W LAN funktionierte top,

Kaution für Fernbedienung und Tresorschlüssel (Hatte ich noch nie), kein Restaurant oder Bar, wo man abends noch sitzen kann, Fernseher etwas speziell, zeigt viele deutsche Programme, es kommen mit viel Mühe 4,

La stanza al piano sotto la piscina con vista muro: la peggiore camera dell'albergo. Priva di tende semitrasparenti: si doveva tenere chiuse le tende scure notturne, la camera era sempre al buio. Colazione e cena fatte in economia con poca varietà. Il buffet era sistemato in modo da rendere difficile i movimenti: tutto l'ambiente risultava rumoroso e affollato. L'aspetto estetico ricordava le pensioni degli anni ottanta in riviera romagnola ma senza la qualità del loro cibo. Il parcheggio non era disponibile.

Hotellets bemötande när vi påtalade brister var otrevligt och avvisande, vilket inte är acceptabelt mot betalande gäster.

Az Europalace Maspalomas egyik legjobb fekvésű szállodája, szinte minden ablaka az óceánra néz. A családommal két nyolcadik emeleti lakosztályt kaptunk, a kilátás gyönyörű volt. A szálloda nagyon tiszta, a szobákat kérésre takarítják akár naponta. Az ételek sokfélék, változatosak és ízletesek voltak. A személyzet barátságos, segítőkész. Elutazásunk reggelén taxit rendeltek nekünk, becsomagoltatták a reggelinket. Ez egy háromcsillagos hotel, ezt tudtuk, amikor foglaltunk. És a háromcsillagos színvonalat kissé talán felül is múlja. Ár/érték arányban kifejezetten jó. Aki tehát négycsillagos szolgáltatást vár, az négycsillagos szállodában foglaljon szobát, ami persze jóval drágább.

Az ágy kissé csúszkált, de nem volt vészes.

The room was perfect – spacious and comfortable. Although there was no air conditioning, a large fan provided a good alternative. All rooms have a sea view, which was absolutely stunning. The room also included a fairly well-equipped kitchen, so it was possible to cook. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent: rich, varied, and delicious, with plenty of dishes to try at the buffet. They even had lactose-free milk at breakfast. The beach was right next to the accommodation.

The only thing we missed was free Wi-Fi in the room, but it was available around the reception area.

-Gute Lage sofort am Sand-Strand, -geräumiges Zimmer, Balkon mit Pool-und Meerblick und Sonne den ganzen Tag, (im Januar ein Genuss) -üppige Frühstücke und abwechslungsreiche Abendessen mit viel Salatarten und mehreren Auswahlmöglichkeiten (Fisch, Fleisch, Pastas, Gemüsen, un fettige Pommes.. ) -bequemes Bett, einfaches aber gutes Sofa, 2 Sessel -viele Steckdosen -Pool und Sonnenterrasse

-zu viel alles in Weiss, wenig Farbe im Zimmer und Hotelkomplex -keine TV vom Bett aus -Diskogedudel vom Nachbarhotel ( ok 22.30 war immer Schluss:-)

The room was very dated (1970's) and the beds uncomfortable. One morning dirty sheets weee put on our beds. The staff refused to allow our son and grandson (aged 1 year) jnto our room

Das Hotel ist echt schön, die Lage und die Aussicht auf den Ozean sind super. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut uns hat es geschmeckt. Im Speiseraum war es etwas eng, aber noch okay. Leider gibt es keinen Fitnessraum ebenfalls keine Tischtennis Platte, auch eine Bike garage gibt es nicht. E bikes dürfen gar keine abgestellt werden und das Rennrad meines Mannes wurde von den Mitarbeitern in einer Garage untergebracht. Hat aber geklappt, mein e Bike hat der Bike Vermieter über Nacht beschützt 😉.

Loistava näköala, hyvät ateriat, erittäin siisti.

Hotellin esittelysivuilla luvataan parkkipaikka autolle! Sellaista ei ollut vuosi sitten eikä myöskään nyt! Olimme lähettäneet paikkapyynnön etukäteen ja hotellista vastattiin, että paikan voi varata receptionista sisäänkirjautuessa! Parkkipaikka oli koko viikon lähes tyhjä!

Nous venons pour la seconde fois dans cet hôtel. Nous y apprécions son confort le calme de l'établissement, la gentillesse du personne et la très grande propreté. Nous aimons également le service de restauration car Il y en a pour tous les gouts et il ne manque rien même en arrivée tardive pour le diner. La plage est a proximité, petite supérette et location de voiture aux pieds de l'établissement.

Camera senza aria condizionata e cibo pessimo

Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel EUROPALACE nella settimana dal 6 al 13 di settembre 2025,Struttura magari un pochino datata in alcune zone dell'hotel, ma comunque OTTIMA, ben organizzata PULITISSIMA ed ORDINATA, mangiare buono e staff moto gentile e solare. Posizione perfetta a pochi passi dal mare, e dal terzo piano in su SPETTACOLARE panorama sul mare. Ci torneremo più che volentieri. .

NO HABIA NI UNA SOLO SERVICIO A DISPOSICION DEL CLIENTE PESIMA LIMPIEZA HORARIOS IMPOSIBLES ESCASEZ DE COMIDA

L’hotel est bien situé,propre et calme. La suite junior est spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la piscine et la mer. La bouffe est bien mais ça peut être améliorer. Staff gentil et serviable. Parking extérieur gratuit.

Pas de wifi au 7 eme étage (nous avons passé notre séjour sans wifi),plusieurs réclamations ont été faites,mais malheureusement le problème n’a pas été résolu pendant les 7 nuitée passées à l hotel. Comportement non professionnel de la part du proprio de l hotel:j ai perdu un objet (sans citer ce que c’était )dans la chambre et que j ‘ai réclamé à la dame d’accueil en disant svp demandez à la femme de ménage est ce qu’elle a trouvé cet objet et l ‘a mis quelque part . 2 jours après deux responsables sont venus avec une femme de menage et ont bien fouillé la suite mais sans rien trouver . En sortant de l’hotel,nous avons croisé un homme,un peu âgé qui n’a même pas pris la peine de se présenter ou parler d’une manière professionnelle ,il m’a blamé du faite que j’ai réclamé la perte de l’objet et qu’il a confiance en son staff.

Rooms had black hairs all over. Towels taken away and not replaced. There is no hot water in the mornings. Food terrible, no vegetarian or vegan choices. Most of the rooms face a wall. Glass door on bathroom with inch gap all way round, so not private at all. The swimming pool is not heated No bar other than during evening meal Not worth money don't botger

Perfect location, very close to the ocean - you can have a swim, wrap yourself in a towel and be in your room like in 5 min. Well maintained place, clean, staff very nice, polite. Very good shop right in the hotel. Views from the rooms are amazing. And there is little kitchen in the room.

Most of the guests are above 60 years old, or even more, no playground for children. There is no evening programs which is ok, but the music from nearby hotel in the evenings is extremely loud, and it comes in through the door so nothing you can do about it.

The hotel is located on the promenade in front of Veril Beach, which was the most important thing for me.

Food plentiful but not suited to our palates. Not possible to get a cup of tea or coffee after dinner. Paid too much for half board when food so boring. 70 steps to go up and down to get to property. Had to pay 10euros deposit for a remote control that had 1 English speaking channel. Jacuzzi was ice cold and it didn’t work properly. Only 2 electric rings to cook on- no oven, microwave or toaster. No iron or facilities to wash or tumble dry clothes. Drinks dispenser was faulty on floor-1. Had to go to supermarket up the road on arrival to buy water as supermarket on site was closed. No fan in bathroom. On morning we were leaving, check out was at 12 midday. The maid knocked on the door before 10am. I checked that check out time was midday and she gave me a note stating 12 midday was check out time. At 11.40 am, the maid knocked again so we left the room. When leaving property, we returned keys to room, safe key and tv remote control, we were handed back deposits of 20 euros. I said ‘Thank you’ and nothing. Never said ‘Thank you for staying with us, we hope you enjoyed your stay’ NOTHING. This really annoyed us.

Excellent location just in front of the beach. Nice view over the ocean and the dunes. Varied breakfast and dinner.

There was no door at the bedroom, so all the snoring was going out. And a glass door at the bathroom, which made the bathroom less private. The 9th floor was a bit too high.

Great location, a very short walk to the beach. Taxi/car stop is just a bit away from the hotel entrance. (As for the bus, the stops are much harder to reach.) There's a supermarket in the hotel lobby with everything necessary. The room was very spacious and looked great. The staff was helpful. The was plenty of food, and the prices for drinks in the evening (not included in the stay) such as a bottle of wine were suprisingly very pleasant.

The food (esp. breakfast) was a bit repetitive every day (though still quite satisfactory). Beds and pillows were somewhat uncomfortable. The room had a smart TV but the TV wasn't connected to the Internet at all, so, it wasn't possible to use it for e.g. Netflix or YouTube. The Wi-Fi connection in general worked, but sometimes was problematic.

Very nice and professional staff, good food and plenty of it, not very busy location right by the beach.

There is a problem with parking if you have a car. You can park in nearby street by the hotel but its usually very busy. They have offered me parking at the hotel and it was not expensive (5€ by night) but it is on a big hillside and not easy to park your car or get out of the parking. But everything else was very good, which make our vacation unforgettable! So Bravo!!! Just go on like that and make up some things about guest parking. We will definitely be back and reccomend you.

Very nice and clean hotel. Yes its not the newest one but very dicent. It has a great view on the ocean and big pool with big area with sunbeds. Food is ok. One thing I never seen in any other hotel is how cleaning is done. Hotel Crew is basiccally cleaning all day.All sunbeds, floors, every window.

A lovely spacious room with a view. The staff was very friendly, the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional assuming you stay in a 3-star hotel.

Parking in this area was a challenge - most of the time all the places nearby were busy. Otherwise, there is not too much to tell here!

The hotel is located right next to the beach. We upgraded our room to the 9th floor, that had the best view we have ever had from a hotel room. Breathtaking every time. The rooms are big and well separated, you have a big balcony, a big living room with chairs and a sofa, a small kitchen and a good size bathroom/bedroom. There's a sunbathing balcony with a beautiful view over the ocean and a pool that was always clean. The hotel is very clean all in all, if you get up early enough, you will see the cleaning ladies go through everything. The food was good, the breakfast is a bit monoton, but in our 2 weeks there, we didn't get bored with it, the dinner was different every time, we didn't have the exact same menu in 14 dinners. Individual taste can vary, but I think everyone will find something to eat. The hotel's own supermarket is small, but you can get everything to an acceptable price, a (small) Spar is just 5 minutes walking away for bigger shoppings. Parking on the street is free. Highly recommended hotel!

We had to pay 11 euros/night to upgrade from the 2th floor to the 9th. It was a no brainer based on the beautiful view we had for 2 weeks, but there are no discounts for the this extensive period, this we didn't like. If it was stated more obviously on Booking.com, we would have picked this in advance. It would be great if it was better displayed in the room options. The beds were a bit uncomfortable after a few days, too soft for me, but that's and individual thing. The wall a bit too thin, we could hear a phone buzzing in the other bedroom, but you spend most of your time in the living room on the sofa with the view. The fitness is unfortunate borderline unusable, there are no weight, the bicycle are not really working, nor does the elliptical trainer. They are also loud and places outside below a roof, next to the swimming pool.

Disappointed that there was no social space, like a bar, to sit & relax after dinner. Dinner was served until 21.00 hrs, after which we either went to our room or left the hotel to find a nearby bar/cafe to enjoy some music, company etc. Although the food was very good, plenty of choice, the dining area was like a canteen - big & noisy. We felt that dining hours could have been extended, as it was a holiday location - breakfast finished at 10.15, dinner at 21.00 hrs - at which time everything was promptly cleared & closed.

Excellent value for the price. Hotel is perhaps a touch dated, but is clean, staff are friendly and food is good. Location is right on the beach.

Lovely friendly staff great service the reception staff on our arrival were courteous and in our room was water and a selection of food in the fridge as we got in late. The food was excellent the chef's were great the catering staff were very helpful polite to our requests. The food was varied daily from hot food to cold meats to salads the desserts were good as well loads of selection for us to choose from.

Bad vibe! Bad food! Clinical! Needs finishing touches! No air conditioning. Tried but could not eat the food. Raw liver and hotdogs as opposed to sausages for breakfast. Shower leaked. Reception woman rude! Whirlpool never worked! Bad bad value for money. 5 star price over €200 per night… for j hotel alone out of season, was hopeful based on reviews and updated room. Hotel was drab, people looking down their noses at you and as a paying guest I expect a warm welcome!

Spacious room, very clean. Excellent location on sea front. Staff very friendly and helpful. One day the cistern on the toilet broke and it was repaired immediately.

The food was nothing special. It was adequate with plenty of choice but fresh fruit would be appreciated.
