We were welcomed by Nazareth's beautiful smile and great sense of humour during check-in; other staff were also very helpful and courteous. The food was delicious, diverse and sufficient. The hotel is very close to the beach and a bus station for public transport. It was mango season, so there were delicious mangoes at the snack bar and in the fruit section throughout our stay.

The pool facility was always crowded.

El gimnasio deja mucho que desear. Y el parque infantil deberian ponerle ina pergola ya aue durante el dia era imposible que los niños estuvieran en el.parque.

La habitación estaba muy bien, creo que estaban recién reformadas

Era una reserva de dos habitaciones, una de ellas con un bebé de 7 meses, cuando nos íbamos a duchar el agua se calentaba al máximo y se enfriaba sin tocar nada, tanto nosotros como el bebé nos quemamos por esos cambios de temperatura. Además la piscina está muy abandonada tenía limo en los bordes y la comida del bufet era un poco pobre

Me gusto el bufet sobre todo los trabajadores la atencion porque no habia atun esa noche para prepararme una ensalada y entro y me dio atun sobre todo esa generocidad.

Lo que no me gusto que le pedi en recepcion de quedarme a disfrutar solo de la picina y que por 2 horas que le pedia me pidio que si queriamos quedarno teniamos que pagar 33€ por cada uno donde solo le pedia disfrutar de la picina no del todo incluido esas 2 horas que me quitaba la pulsera y solo era disfrutar de la picina me parecio mal

Muchas colas para el buffet porque toda la comida estaba en el mismo sitio, no pudimos encontrar unas hamacas para mi pareja y para mi para poder dejar las cosas. No habia sitio para poder apacar en el Hotel y perdimos mucho tiempo buscandolo fuera.

El suelo alrededor de las piscinas resbalaba mucho si ibas sin chanclas y con los pies mojados, posibles caídas. Insonorización de los cristales de las puertas del balcón. Se oía mucho el tráfico de la calle, mi habitación daba a una carretera.

Me gustó mucho el personal, fue excepcional y extraordinario en cualquiera de los servicios a los que asistieras.

El gimnasio estaba sin aire acondicionado y las máquinas algo estropeadas. Por otro lado, algunas actividades programadas luego no eran las que se realizaban.

Nous venons de Paris et j’étais accompagnée de mon frère et de ma mère. 🏊 Côté animations, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts et tous les âges ! Des activités aquatiques sont proposées au minimum une fois le matin et une fois l’après-midi. Mention spéciale à « Ludska », qui a su mettre une vraie ambiance à la piscine et créer de superbes souvenirs 😊 Elle est vraiment géniale, merci à elle ! Les spectacles du soir sont variés et agréables à voir, surtout si vous êtes bon public 😄. Ils proposent également des duels, des animations et des prix à gagner ! 🍽️ Côté restauration, le buffet est délicieux avec beaucoup de choix, aussi bien le matin que le soir. Les dîners thématiques (espagnol, mexicain, international, asiatique et gala) sont un vrai plus. Les horaires des repas sont également très bien adaptés aux activités. Les chambres sont confortables et la climatisation est très appréciable, surtout avec les températures de l’île. Une très belle équipe, souriante, dynamique et toujours de bonne humeur. Merci à eux pour leur énergie qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable !

Bra pool som vi gillade med poolbar, bra tillgång till dricka under hela vistelsen. Varierande god mat. Underhållningen var bra. Städet var jätte duktiga och städade noggrant varje dag. Större delen av hotellet var fräscht och modernt utom hotellkorridorerna och rummen som var lite föråldrade och slitna men ändå dugliga.

Kostade att använda kassaskåpet i rummet och samtidigt säger hotellet att dem inte ansvarar för stulna saker men tar betalt för lösningen. Få parasol vid poolen och det flesta trasiga på ett eller annat sätt.

La comida rica pero no destaca por su enorme variedad al menos al llevar bastantes días allí. Pero estaba todo muy rico.

El desayuno y la cena , la limpieza y el personal

La cena es muy pronto, empieza a las 18:30 y acaba a las 21:30, está orientado a horario guiri, y lo entiendo porque es su público pero tendría q ser desde las 19:30 hasta las 22:30 un poco para todos. El horario de los espectáculos nocturnos muy prontos ya que entrábamos a cenar a las 21-21:15 y no les veíamos. La chica llamada Michelle de la barra muy desagradable, en cambio un chico José Luis que nos tocó en la piscina y en el comedor súper simpático, y el resto de personal en general muy muy bien. También la animación de la piscina escasa, el mejor día fue el lunes con el dj. Pero le falta un hilo musical constante.

Me and my partner came to stay for the first time and didn’t know what to expect but we had a very good experience. The animation team in the day was very fun to get involved with and the night shows were very good too

Las piscinas eran grandes, pero la verdad que no estaban muy limpias. Las chicas de la limpieza eran agradables. Las habitaciones estaban limpias

Las habitaciones a pesar de estar limpias tenían los bajos de las puertas rotos, la puerta del armario también y el techo tanto del baño como de la habitación con humedad. La comida del buffet muy pobre, a diferencia de otros Abora donde nos hemos quedado. La comida siempre era la misma, las cenas tenían temáticas pero tampoco había mucho donde elegir, por lo que si eres un poco especial para comer este no es tu lugar a no ser que quieras comer macarrones todo el tiempo. La zona de hamacas limitadas, por suerte los dos últimos días había un señor retirando las hamacas que la gente reservaba, pero hay más personas alojadas que hamacas disponibles en la zona de piscina. La relación calidad precio deja bastante que desear en este hotel, nos vamos un poco decepcionados con la estancia porque precisamente barato no ha sido.

L’hôtel est à taille humaine et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Pour un 3 étoiles, je le trouve vraiment très correct. Il y a deux grandes piscines, une troisième pour les tout-petits, ainsi que des jacuzzis. La formule all inclusive est excellente à mon goût : il y a beaucoup de choix, et tout est très bon. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, souriant et fait un véritable effort pour parler français. Enfin, la plage est à seulement 3 ou 4 minutes à pied. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

The location is great, not far from everything. The hotel was spotless. Bedroom/beds were very comfortable. The pools are not saltwater and are great. Unfortunately they have very very keen bed police. Two tickets on your towels and everything is removed. They come round half hourly. We had tickets from going in the pool, doing activities with staff and even going to the bar. The food choice 95% of the time was great, picky eaters might struggle for the odd meal but on the whole it was good food. The money we paid was good value for all inclusive, the beer was amstel, the cocktails were premixed, NOT so good, and in the daytime everything came in small plastic cups. We upgraded 14 euros each per day to get the branded drinks and a pint pot for the other branded beers. Well worth it. You only got one paper cup each and a wooden spoon in your room, for the first day only and nothing was topped up all week. Unfortunately the staff at this hotel were awful. They made us feel like something someone had stood in. NOT a nice feeling and we have travelled all over Spain in different hotel brands. Our drinks were banged down on the bar top, not being served in turn, no friendly chat, minimal eye contact, huffing and eye rolling when we spoke to them in Spanish, then friendly chatting away to other guests in Spanish right next to you to name but a few instances. This was our first time with Lopespan Abora so we can't comment on other hotels but this is definitely one that we will not be returning to simply because of how we were treated by the staff.

We have just returned from our stay at Abora Continental and, unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed. While there were some positives, particularly the entertainment team, several aspects of the hotel fell well below what we expected. One thing that should be made much clearer is the hotel’s star rating. TUI markets this hotel as a 4-star property, whereas the hotel’s own website describes it as a 3-star plus hotel. We only became aware of this after arriving. Looking back, the hotel felt much closer to a 3-star standard than a 4-star one, particularly in terms of housekeeping, food quality and the overall condition of the facilities. Had we known this before booking, we would likely have chosen another hotel. On our final day, while waiting in reception for our airport transfer, a guest was openly vaping inside the reception area in full view of reception staff, who did nothing to intervene. This was particularly frustrating because earlier in the holiday my partner had been told by hotel staff that vaping was only permitted in the designated smoking area. Housekeeping was another area that let the hotel down. We ran out of toilet paper twice during our stay and had to phone reception late at night on both occasions to have more delivered. Once could perhaps be overlooked, but twice suggests a lack of attention to the rooms. In addition, our bed sheets were not changed once during the entire stay. The pool area is looking tired and would benefit from repainting and general refurbishment. The music played around the pool throughout the day was also far too loud if you simply wanted to relax. The hotel’s sunbed policy was also applied inconsistently. We completely understand and support the rule against reserving sunbeds. However, we left our towels on our loungers while we went to the designated smoking area for around 10 minutes. When we returned, our towels had been folded with a note left on them, despite us only being away briefly. Meanwhile, many other sunbeds remained reserved with towels for much longer periods without any action being taken. The restaurant was another disappointment. The food was rarely hot, usually only warm, and the choice became repetitive very quickly. If you’re a fussy eater, your options are extremely limited, with pizza or chips often being the safest choices. There was only one fish option available each evening, and pork appeared to be the main meat served night after night. They also label the foods on the buffet but this is inconsistent, as not everything is labelled. Another rule we found unusual was that guests were not allowed to approach the pool bar unless they were completely dry, which wasn’t always practical when spending the day by the pool. One of the biggest disappointments was discovering after arrival that there is an All Inclusive Plus package. This option was never mentioned or offered to us by our travel agent. Guests on the standard all-inclusive package are limited to pre-mixed cocktails poured from bottles, while branded spirits and freshly made cocktails are only available if you pay to upgrade or purchase them separately. This is something that should be made much clearer before booking. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and unreliable throughout our stay, regularly disconnecting and making it difficult to stay connected. We were also disappointed that bottled water was not included. If you wanted a bottle of water, you had to purchase one from the bar. The water was served in a glass bottle with a metal cap that had to be removed using a bottle opener, meaning it could not be resealed. This made it inconvenient to carry around the hotel or take out for the day. The entertainment team worked incredibly hard every day, were enthusiastic and friendly, and genuinely made an effort to involve guests of all ages. They were the highlight of our stay. The only downside was that if you wanted a seat for the evening entertainment, you needed to arrive quite early as seating filled up quickly. Overall, we expected a much higher standard based on the way the hotel was marketed. There were too many issues with housekeeping, maintenance, food quality and inconsistent enforcement of hotel policies for us to consider this a 4-star experience. While the entertainment team deserve a great deal of credit, the hotel itself has significant room for improvement, and unfortunately we would not choose to stay here again.

Great location have always loved staying at Abora Continental, always managed to find something we can eat and the cakes are delicious, but on this occasion we were not informed of building renovations happening to the shops below the first floor, waking up to drilling and banging was a little uncomfortable, and informed choice would have been better for us

The hotel is in a great location, close by to the bus station and only a 2 minute walk to the beach , however there is quite a lot of steps which is fine going down, but could be a struggle getting back up in the heat! The hotel itself was always very clean, rooms got cleaned daily with fresh bedding and fresh towels in the bathroom. Rooms are spacious, we stayed in a deluxe sea view room on the 6th floor and had a lovely view. Aircon was hard to work out in the room, we never really fully got it working. Food was nice , lots of options however we found lunch to have more of a variety and more relaxed than dinner. The 24 hour drink selection was a great addition however the cups are small. Reading reviews we were interested in how the sunbed situation would work with reading people having there towels taken whilst being in the pool, however we did not find this to be the case, the towels which got a warning were towels which had been on sunbeds that had not been occupied for a long time, the man in charge always seemed pleasant and checked with surrounding people asking if they had seen the people, we were in and out of the pool most days and never felt nervous to leave the beds and never had a problem with leaving our towel. There isn’t a large selection of sunbeds, especially around the pool areas, the best place to find one is near the kids club or in the late afternoon. Daytime entertainment was average, aqua aerobics was good fun, bingo was available most days as well as other activities such as kicking a football into a small goal or darts. Evening entertainment was busy and we struggled to get a seat outside, people would save seats for the rest if there family from early so if you want to see it/be involved I would recommend to get there early. We did manage to get a seat around the corner which is nice if you are not bothered about seeing the entertainment. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend

Overall we had a pleasant stay, but there are some areas where the hotel could improve. The biggest positive is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone we encountered was excellent. Hard working, friendly and approachable. The restaurant waiting staff, cleaning staff, bar staff and entertainment team all worked tirelessly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was also kept spotlessly clean throughout, and the pool was the perfect temperature, making it enjoyable to use at any time of the day. Unfortunately there were a few disappointing aspects. The food was quite hit and miss. The fish was sometimes overcooked and also sometimes contained a lot of bones. There wasn't a great deal of choice for fussier eaters. Snack options between meals were also limited, and it was disappointing that ice cream wasn't available throughout the day on the all inclusive package. The wine from the tap was awful. The showers were frustrating to use, as it was difficult to get the water to a comfortable, consistent temperature. The pool was also noticeably smaller than it appears in the brochure. Overall, the fantastic staff and cleanliness made an enjoyable stay, but improvements to the food and drink would make a significant difference.

Naprostá spokojenost.. Od první chvíle jsem se v hotelu cítil skvěle..Všichni zaměstnanci všímavý usměvavý a velmi nápomocní.. Nepamatuju si kdy bych se na hotelu tak skvěle najedl jako tady.. Široký výběr skvělého jídla a pití. Odpolední snack bar přímo u bazénu taky skvělý. Pokoje moderní a čisté.Klimatizace tichá a velmi účiná. Jestli se budu vracet tak už jedině tady ❤️

-La comida del buffet muy poca variedad ,solo pasta y ensalada . -El minibar del apartamento estaba vacío ni una triste botella de agua y tampoco fuimos informado sobre eso. -Las vistas del apartamento no eran las mejores ,porque las vistas deberían haber sido a la piscina y no a una obra o reforma. -Piscinas sin ninguna hamaca vacia ,todas ocupadas con toallas de otros clientes que ni siquiera estaban en ningún momento dando uso de la piscina y ni de las propias hamacas.

For the money paid and for a 3 star hotel, you can't really go wrong. The location is excellent, right next to the bus station which can take you litterally anywhere and for excursions etc. The rooms and overall hotel is spotless clean and maintained daily with fresh towels, bedding etc. There's no flies or mosquitos anywhere which is nice and refreshing. Food is well presented, normally a good temperature and was a good quality. It has the usual variety of an all inclusive hotel. Also no reports of any illness or poisoning associated with the food which is very good and shows the hotel have good standards of cooking and food hygiene. The all inclusive drinks are also good but recommend to see what drinks are actually included as you may want to select the plus option if you want branded drinks and more cocktails etc. The negatives. Like a lot of hotels around peak season, this hotel tries to accommodate beyond it's capacity which leads to, not enough sunbeds, chaos at the buffet restaurant and not enough chairs for the entertainment at night. Multiple times we couldn't get a sunbed or sit outside which was very disappointing to us. The other issue at the poolside was the fact so many women had there breasts exposed, not just when lying down, but whilst walking around and in the pools. It seemed to not make sense for the staff to police this since there other rules are so strict. The colleague monitoring the sunbeds is very questionable. We think it's good that there is a system in place to remove towels of those who leave for long periods. However what we witnessed was him removing towels from guests who had litterally gone in the pool or were having a snack at the snack bar which was unnecessary and just annoyed guests and left us constantly on edge every time we left our sunbeds. The real issue is again, too many guests however, I do believe you could easily fit another 50+ sunbeds in the outside area as it's very spacious. Staff are mainly very friendly and approachable, although the recent review about staff stealing a guests jewellery just before their departure as well as other thieving incidents is a bit unsettling. Overall our experience was good and would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, good stay worth the money. However wouldn’t return. Start with the good points. Location Cleanliness Nice pools The all inclusive is great and definitely recommend upgrading your band. (Branded beers and spirits) Food is very good and Bad points It is too strict, go for a dip in the pool and you receive a card left on bed asking you not to reserve sun beds, they pay someone a wage to police this, I get that reserving sun beds isn’t good but it’s far over the top. I think the all inclusive bands is unfair as good as the gold is, we was given one too many daquiris as the server made too many we then gave this to a friend on purple band and we received a telling off for it. If you have booked? Don’t worry you will have a great time Thinking of booking? If the price is reasonable book it, you won’t regret it

Hotel was okay and food was good. Only negative was that we had a bottle of Grey Goose vodka stolen from our room. We reported it to reception who spoke to the cleaners who denied having it!! Luckily our valuables were in the safe. Be careful.

My full review and information... We are just back after a week there. The rules of the sunbed I spoke to the gent the other day about this as their were the usual sunbed hogs that placed towels but was never there all day apart from the odd 5 mins later in the day!! Which isn't fair!!! The rules are every half an hour the gent comes by, if you aren't on the beds then he waves and looks around to see if you are in the pool or area. If you are and wave back he leaves it.. If you aren't the stuff gets rolled up and you get a warning leaflet. On the next 30 min check, if the stuff is still there and you aren't back then the items get removed. Simple and fair!!! The only downside is there is one lifeguard who isn't there from the start of pool opening til close. He will check on the other pools when he can be bothered to get up! To my review... is that the staff were very kind and helpful. Clean and well looked after hotel. There wasn't huge amounts of food but the food was nice and they did themed evenings. My very fussy son even ate, so this was a fab sign!!! The only issue noise wise was we was bang opposite the lifts/stairs and there were the odd rude people who didn't respect that people were still in bed. You can also hear the evening entertainment but it's normally done by 11pm so wasn't too bad. Good location for transport to other areas of the island. You can hire beach items from reception which we didn't know until it was too late like a parasol. They have just swapped out the Pepsi brands for Cola. Unless you are a big drinker when away, there isn't a need for AI plus. A downfall is the closest beach to the hotel is the amount of stairs.. For those with bad mobility I went to Maspalomas for accessible beach. The entertainment staff were kind and tried their best and we had a blast with some of the evening entertainment. Haven't laughed so hard in ages. The area for evening entertainment is very small and if you aren't down early, you won't be seated. They even take the chairs from the restaurant. The pool water was gorgeous, not freezing or where you can't take a breath. There isn't much room for drying clothes on the balcony, if you try to put it over the railings you get a note through saying to remove it. There was plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. But not much storage space for cases. We put ours under the bed. The safe is €2 a day. Decent size. If you love a great meal steak, burger, pasta then a place called Papis in Maspalomas was gorgeous!! We hired a car from Avant just about a 5 min walk from the hotel and we are glad we did, nervous to drive the opposite side of the road, but loved it when got into it as we got to explore more. Have to admit we were let down with the Waterpark at Maspalomas. Very expensive and to be honest we didn't think was worth the money. Long waits and even had to pay for the sunbeds there!!! Again if you have mobility issues with all the stairs upto the main slides etc it's not the place to go. Puerto Mogan was stunning, gorgeous sea and area. Most of the water experiences are from here... The old/ new shopping mall at Puerto Rico had a mixture of brands/typical holiday stalls and pubs/ restaurants. The beach there was nice but got very packed by midday. There is a good adventure park for little ones too. If you are wanting fakes, this isn't the place!! I could go on and on, but honestly one of the best holidays I've had. We shall definitely return to Abora and the Island.

La cena termina a las 9/30 Las bebidas que están incluidas en el precio sabes a … La verdad que siento que pague el nombre del hotel,ya que lo demás dejaba un poco que desear. Ah y el desayuno dos bandejas de tortilla,dos bandejas de baicon,dos bandejas de judías como que por poner dos bandejas de cada pues rellenamos. No volvería a repetir ni en sueños. Gracias !

Stayed in this hotel holiday was lovely up until the very last day. Our luggage was put with security in a holding room, and was gone within two minutes and our Jewellery had gone missing which was x2 watches! The only people who have access to this room is security. We requested to see cctv and to call the police and for staff to be searched and the hotel refused. When I say we had left the room two minutes, that’s all it took literally, and one hour before we left for our transfer so we were unable to stay and sort it out. This was very upsetting, and stressful just before we had to leave after what we thought was a lovely holiday, turned into our worst nightmare. The manager and reception staff were rude and not willing to help. So to all British holiday makers beware, don’t leave anything in the luggage room or in your rooms the security who you think you can trust are thieves

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is well maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. Although it isn't particularly modern, everything is in excellent condition and well cared for. The beautiful gardens surrounding the pools are especially impressive and give the hotel a lovely, relaxing feel. It is clear that the property is maintained to a very high standard. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the restrooms—they were absolutely spotless at all times, which says a lot about the hotel's overall standards. The service was friendly and efficient throughout our stay. The food exceeded our expectations and was consistently of a very high quality, with plenty of variety and excellent flavors. The drinks were also excellent, making the all-inclusive experience feel well worth it. The only real downside was the music played around the swimming pools during the day. Much of it consisted of hard rock and classic rock, which didn't really match the relaxed holiday atmosphere. We felt that more carefully selected music would have created a warmer, more enjoyable ambiance. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The excellent food and drinks, outstanding cleanliness, beautiful grounds, and attentive service made this a hotel we would happily recommend.

Everything was perfect except few exceptions : 2 persons from pool bar should learn to treat foreign people with a bit more respect and learn English, the pools needs maintenance especially the kids ones and they need some anti slipping paint i saw 2 kids smashed their heads and the water was filthy needs more chlorine or treatment on all of them , food was great , animation great especially the midnight pool party with foam! Big rooms and clean , would definitely recommend to my friends and will 100% return! Thank you Abora Continental!

We had a very disappointing stay at Abora Hotel Gran Canaria. The bathroom had visible mold, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. It felt dirty from the moment we arrived, and the hygiene standards were far below what we expected. After we complained, we were offered another room, but unfortunately it had the same issues with mold and cleanliness. The problem was clearly not limited to just one room. We also felt that the hotel did not look like the photos shown online, which was very disappointing. The hotel was also extremely overcrowded. The pool areas, restaurants, and public spaces were constantly packed, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our holiday. The food was fine and there was enough variety, which was one of the few positive aspects of our stay. What made the experience even worse was the way the manager handled our complaint. There was very little understanding or empathy, and we did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, we felt dismissed. The situation became so unacceptable that we decided to leave the hotel and book another hotel at our own expense so we could continue our holiday in a clean and comfortable environment. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel. Cleanliness, customer service, and overall comfort need significant improvement.

We came to this hotel on 15/06 late that night and when we booked it said there is 24/7 snack bar and drink. The drink is available but the only thing in the “snack bar” is cheese and ham sandwiches without butter in a little fridge. We were also not told about where you could smoke so when we had a cigarette on the balcony, the security had seen this and then send a letter though the door attempting to fine us €100 when we hadn’t been told. The only two places that you can smoke are in right out the front of the hotel or out the back the other side of the hotel that at night I wouldn’t want to smoke there as it is pitch black. The food is okay but three day out of ten days we had to eat out as nothing appealed to us. The location is very good near most things you would need and there is a bus station within a two minutes walk that gets you to most places. The tv doesn’t have anything on really just the hotel channel. On the second to last day we received another letter moaning about us using sun lotion in the room. It was a spray suncream which we used in the shower only so to me it just seemed as though they didn’t want to clean. We paid extra for deluxe double bedroom that ended up being to two singles pushed together. The cleaner mostly would only make the bed and walk out, no clean bedding and would moan about the bag of rubbish we left but they provided no bin in the room. We also found small bits of glass on the floor that got stuck in my foot. There was only one glass cup in the room and it wasn’t broken which makes me feel like they mop all the rooms with the same mop and water on the floors or even that they smashed the glass and hadn’t cleaned up properly. The bar staff were very nice and kind. I would only stay here again if the price was right. I wouldn’t pay more than £100 pp/pn anything over that is wrong. The whole hotel needs some love and redecorating with water marks on walls and roof, broke tiles around the pool that is very dangerous. The cleaners woke us up most mornings early to see if we wanted our room cleaned and took our do not disturb sign so we didn’t have a choice. The best thing which I cannot fault at all was the entertainment team. They have been the best part of the holiday as they get to know you by name and are very encouraging to join in on activity. They put on amazing shows in the evening and really are very nice and welcoming. The entertainment team are not here on Mondays that leaves you with a dj during the day which was good. However the evening show that was there on Mondays were quite bad as she said she was a singer but just danced most of the time as it seemed she didn’t know the lyrics. We cannot thank the entertainment team enough as I feel they really made our holiday great considering

El personal muy atento, el equipo de animación, la habitación muy cómoda, buenos colchones, el bufet estupendo mucha variedad, en el bar piscina variedad de comida además tenían una pequeña despensa en donde podías picar algo. Sobretodo para la gente que salían y volvían tarde aunque todo el día había para servirte.

En plenos mundiales que estamos que no pongan una televisión panorámica para ver los partidos en las zonas comunes…Luego le falta un poco de mantenimiento, hay que arreglar el área de la piscina además el suelo es resbaladizo.

Lo que menos, la comida, muy repetitiva. El desayuno muy bien , pero la comida del mediodía muy repetitiva y la cena había mucho de lo que había quedado de la comida, con otra presentación .

La comida es de calidad, son limpios, los empleados atentos y muy trabajadores, los admiré como trabajaban, con una sonrisa,, y muy amables.

Muy pocas hamacas, para la cantidad de clientelas que son. Aunque la gente no reserva las hamacas, siempre te quedas sin hamaca, practicamente la pasé en el snac bar o en la habitacion. Cuando cogía hamaca era a ultima hora de la tarde.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and were so impressed with the staff and hotel overall that we went back again last week. We had 3mailed and requested a high room , which we were given, room 749 which had a side view on the top floor. The room was cleaned every day and the cleaner was very friendly. In the bathroom is shampoo and conditioner, and there’s a soap dispenser by the sink. It has a shaving mirror and hair dryer. The tv has a few English channels. The road outside is quite busy but we hardly heard a thing as we were high up. Pool towels are free but if you want to change them for fresh ones during your stay it’s €1 a time. The safety deposit box is €2 per day. There’s plenty of choice of food in the restaurant and it was always being monitored and refreshed/replaced when each item got low. We went for a walk each morning and had a couple of hours sunbathing in the afternoon. We found loungers on the left hand side sunbathing area by the kiddies hut. The hotel was pretty much full and towards the end of our stay it did get annoying when we’d got our seats early for the evening entertainment only for some ignorant ladies to come and stand directly infront of us blocking our view and refusing to move. The evening entertainment is predominantly performed by the hotels entertainment team but they do a great job and narrate everything in multiple languages . We walked to the yumbo centre a few times as they had a massive free stage and area for tourists to go in and enjoy the acts FREE . I think it was called MMT (music meets tourists) and the bars around weren’t dear (some were €2 for a big beer) and there were plenty of places to eat. It’s about a 25 minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed a leisurely beer or 3 in the Mardi Gras bar where it’s €2 for a big frozen glass cold beer . There is a free bus to mogan mall in Puerto Rico. You can get it from the hotel bull, just down the road from our hotel. The pick up times are clearly displayed on several bus stops in the area the shopping centre is huge and after we had been around it we walked to to the beach and harbour area of Puerto Rico and had a few beers in a lovely rooftop bar for €1.50 each and relaxed and watched the world go by before walking back to the mall bus stop (about 30 mins). We had a late flight home so weren’t being picked up until 6:40pm but when we asked to keep the room on we were told it was not possible (for a second I thought I heard him say it was €20 per extra hour, but then he said it was not possible) but because we arrived late (around 11pm) he said we could use the all inclusive facilities all day and use their shower rooms downstairs before we left. Overall there were a couple of little things that could have been improved on but that’s not stopped me from giving this honest 5* review. Yes we would come back again but maybe in March or September when it’s not quite so hot.

Amazing location food and staff it’s a shame there is not lot of places in the hotel you can smoke and I noticed that people were vaping around the pool could do with a few more chairs for the entertainment in the evening which was amazing

Piscinas con el agua muy fría, sin climatizar. La política del hotel de cobrar por todo. Parking, 10 euros al día, exagerado. Comida de poca calidad en el bar piscina. No había cocina en vivo en el buffet. No se reponía la comida cara, solo el arroz y la pasta. Así, como los fritos.

Just came back. Location is good and the rooms are lovely, the food was excellent and the pool area absolutely superb. Serbo and Bobby on reception were lovely, helpful warm and friendly as was Gabriel aka "Batman" who kept a strict patrol on sunbeds being reserved with towels and people not being there for hours which was really good to see this being controlled. Other staff - apart from a few housekeeping staff saying hello and giving a smile I found the majority of staff not particularly friendly. My main problem was the "pool bar" situated next to the main pool - you cannot get a drink unless you are dry!!!! I don't understand this as they could just put mats round the edge of the bar and you can get a drink when you get out - the sun loungers are spread out over a large area and if you are away from the main area it is a pain to have to dry off at your sunlounger before getting a drink. Good value for money for food and drink and pools wise but will not go back to this hotel
