Really enjoyed my stay here. I suka sebab from the carpark boleh terus naik lift, very convenient especially bila bawa banyak barang. Security pun good sebab tak boleh simply access each floor, so rasa lebih secure.

The design & concept. Tooo cozy. Suitable for staycation as u can sleep comfortably without need to go anywhere.

The location is not suitable. However, thanks you as there parking at the basement. The breakfast is so so. We found chicken part that not clean properly at the butt area.

So many people around the property that make me feel scary. Along the way i go to the property so many foreign workers😵‍💫😵‍💫

Clean and comfortable!

Relatively clean surroundings, easy to navigate around, rooms were well maintained, staff were very helpful, the food was quite tasty despite it being a smaller/budget hotel. My wife hated the 3-in-1 hair, face, body shower gel but I think it's the best thing ever.

I just didn't like the view. I understand that this was a budget stay and was aimed for business travel so outside view is not really the utmost importance, but since it's facing many foreign workers hostel, I'm quite wary of opening my blinds. The other day I saw a naked foreign worker in his hostel from my hotel room window. Plus, my wife and children was a bit scared to walk outside and look for a convenience store at night.

The Room: The room was very spacious, new, and considerable clean. Amenities: I appreciated that the TV came with VIV TV channels, which offered a decent selection of English movies. Having a water machine available to refill water bottles and free lemon water in the lobby were great, thoughtful touches. Service: The security guard uncle was incredibly polite and friendly, making us feel welcome whenever we walked in.

Front Desk Service: Check-in was a bit disappointing. One of the front desk ladies was quite slow, and while I wouldn't call her rude, she was definitely not polite or friendly. Room Maintenance: I found some ants on the wall right next to the writing table in our room. Location: The hotel is located in an industrial area and is a bit far from town. There are very few restaurants and shops nearby, so if you return to the hotel early, there is really nothing to do at night.

My stay at this hotel is wimderful. Everythimg is well maintained and clean. All the staffs are super friedntoo, especially Front Office Manager, Mr Harris who kindly assisted me with my stay. He even memorised my name and assisted me with my late check out due to a business training. Very enjoyable stay overall.

Booked the hotel for nearby work. The hotel is generally clean but it can be better. Breakfast is above average. The staffs at the check in check out counter, and the restaurant are friendly and helpful.

There is no table and chair for work in the room, no hanger inside the shower. Hope the hotel can take note of the cleanliness at the corners of the shower and toilet, and the slight smell at the toilet.

Bilik bersih dan wangi. Selesa untuk tidur.

Keadaan toilet yang agak terbuka, kurang privacy sebab boleh dengar orang buang air. Tapi saya okay sebab saya tidur seorang sahaja. Kalau ada orang lain, tak selesa.

Everything was great! The very first hotel that provide individual bloster for visitors. Had buffet breakfast it was 7/10. Can improve on that. Otherwise all was good. Will repeat my stay there again next time 💗

The breakfast variety was good, but some of the food did not seem fresh. A few items that were supposed to be served hot were cold.

Everything about the i really satisfied. From the day I checked in until the day I checked out. Everything was perfect. Hopefully i can come back soon. The lady at the frint desk was really helpful and patient with me. Please give her and her partner a credit. The breakfast is okay. The room really clean which i really like it. Overall i satisfied with my stat there.

+ Basement parking; plenty of parking; big parking spaces (some) + Guard/ staff often near door to basement lift; feels safer with their presence + Filtered water station to refill your water bottle + Cozy and bright room + Comfortable enough bed and pillows; no complaints

- Nothing much within a 5km distance. Just a gym and a badminton complex. If you drive, the location is not an issue. Plenty of good food and shopping near Bukit Indah/ Eco Botanic. There are a lot of foreign workers, but generally they are just people living their lives, working, resting. - Tiny insects (~1mm in length) in the trash bin. - Bolster cover had some yellow stains.

The room’s simple yet efficient design—highlighted by a family area with a bunk bed in an extra section—adds great functionality. Still, availability can be an issue during peak seasons due to the limited number of units.

My family once experienced a stained pillow cover, but that was the only time we encountered such an issue.

Good location to visit Legoland. Cool room with the bunk bed for the kids. Lovely breakfast with loads of options - eggs made for you on order. Very clean and everything you need for a short stay

I don’t think it had a pool? We only stayed one night after crossing the border and before heading to Legoland

This was my first stay at ibis Styles hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and the lobby lemonade was a nice touch.

The building construction was ongoing on Christmas Day. It was nearly 6pm, the sounds (noise) of construction and slamming doors (occasionally) made us hard to rest in the room, which was disappointing...

Affordable.

The location and the breakfast was disappointing. During our visit, the dining hall was crowded with a large tour group, and the staff did not keep up with refilling the food, which affected the overall experience.

The room cleanliness

The location. It's a bit out of place and the nearby shops are mostly vacant. There's a lot of foreign workers staying near the hotel.

Fast check in even though we checked in after 11pm. Staff was friendly, Value for money.

Nothing negative to comment. Was a great stay although the nearest eatery is about 7mins drive away. Room service ends at 10pm (cafe closes at 10pm) so its best to eat before check in.

The staffs were very friendly and informative. Felt the warmth and welcoming. Room was basic but yet very clean, we were happy with it.

- Outskirt location, but not a problem if you have a car to drive Nothing much else :) this hotel is pretty good
