The hotel was old and facilities are almost aging, the toilet room water pressure was low, aircond was not cold, overall room experience was not as expected as a 4 start ranking hotel facilities.

Hotel Granada Johor Bahru is a comfortable 4-star hotel in Bukit Indah, directly opposite AEON Mall, with buffet breakfast included and clean, practical rooms suitable for a short JB getaway. The biggest advantage is the location near AEON Bukit Indah and plenty of eateries.

Nothing major to complain about; overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Very old bed & it's low. The towels are not washed properly. The Iron is stained.

The receptionist took my credit card for a rm100 and then later told me it would be refunded 2 weeks later. Had I paid cash it would hv been immediate refund. I asked her why she didn't explain earlier. She said her job is to explain later. For every question I asked, she ran in to get the answer from her manager and it took 10 minutes. I asked her 4 questions and wasted 40 minutes of my time. The bed in booking . Com was large sized but it was just a queen sized bed. What a misrepresentation!!!

I recently stayed here for a short gateway and was thoroughly impressed, for the room the bed was very comfortable, the front desk team was professional and handled my request efficiently, it was a Wonderful stay.

We stayed at Hotel Granada for a short family trip and it was a great choice. The room was surprisingly spacious for all of us, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping everything tidy. What we loved most was the convenience; being just a walk away from AEON Bukit Indah meant we could easily settle dinner and do some light shopping with the kids. The food taste good like home-cooked raya dishes. The manager Rahimah was nice as to even entertained many of our last minute request. We told her that we want it to a lively & memorable raya family reunion event. It was indeed a good choice for us eventhough it was a last minute decision to held the event. Stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions for work related/ business at Johor Bahru. Loved it for the location; quite central for driving accessibility to JB town, Nusajaya and the airport and shops (Aeon Mall, Lotus’) are within walking distance. Only downside are some of the hotel facilities/ amenities which are somewhat lacking: no sauna/ steam room, gymnasium and swimming pool are small and oddly located beside the hotel main entrance on an elevated platform. -

Our Annual Dinner at the hotel was a great success! 🎉The food was good and the manager was very great and helpful. Thank You Encik Adi for the great services. Everyone enjoyed a pleasant evening with delicious food, fun activities, and lucky draw sessions. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event memorable.

1) Certain part of The room floor was popping up. 2) I could not select the hand shower as the lever was missing. 3) the breakfast station for the porridge should have a lid covering all the ingredients. I wanted to have Porridge until I saw a fly sitting on the shredded chicken. I call the staff and showed him the fly and asked him to change the whole offering as I do not Know fi the fly had visited the other ingredients too. He only change the shredded chicken which I showed him. I’m the end, I skip that section and other section where the food if open and not lid is covering. The hotel should reconsider to have their expose food covered

This is my 10th stays with Granada Hotel ..the must hotel to stay whenever i visited JB..not only the location was strategic but most importantly the best sales person Mr Adi always welcome me with open arms and warmest welcome..always giving the best treatment and recommendation of best places to visit while im in JB.. the room was spacious,clean and not to forget the food was great .i had the best iftar yesterday and please you must try the salted egg crab ! The ambience was spectacular and defnetly a very recommended hotel to have iftar with friends and family! To Mr Adi, big thanks and good job and Granada Hotel is very lucky to have such a great staff like you !! 5 stars service as always !!

Great Last Minute decision Booked this hotel last minute and it turned out to be a really good decision. Everything felt smooth and easy. The room was clean, lighting nice, and the environment was calm. Staff were polite and attentive without being overbearing. Location pun memang senang nak ke mana-mana.

Honestly one of the best hotel experiences l’ve had in Johor Bahru. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel very welcomed. Semua staff peramah, professional dan cepat membantu. I made a complain regarding the room air-con. It was blowing directly on my head and I couldn't sleep the whole night. Your staff changed the room without fuss. I am grateful.

I tried to extend for another night's stay. Unknown to me, my secretary paid for the extended night online. 2 days later, your reception asked me to pay again, I settled with credit card. Then I found out that it was a double payment for the same room. I was informed that the refund will take some time.

My stay was selected as Club Deluxe Queen room which comes with mini bar facilities. The dissapointed, sad encounter was that is no mini bar on site. The snacks & drinks are missing. So is this worth it?

We had a school meeting here and the experience was excellent. Mr. Adi assisted us very well throughout the session and was extremely helpful. The meeting setup was neat, well-organised, and professionally arranged. The food was delicious and served on time. Overall, the meeting facilities were complete and met all our needs. Near to Aeon bukit Indah and their massage parlour

The room is small. There stain in the armchair. The tap for the top shower broke when we check in. No hand towel. The towel seem old and need to be replace. Loose fuzzy threads pulling away from the seams

The front desk staff was efficient and able to give all necessary information without being asked. The fact that the room was truly non- smoking The room has some amenities, including bottled drinking water. Room, bath and beddings fairly clean. Facilities working as expected. Location near the intercity bus very helpful and became our biggest consolation.

The corridor has a damp unpleasant odour. The sound proofing not the most conducive, door slams from adjacent rooms was heard many times in the day, even after midnight. Aircon was a bit warm, especially when the energy saving mode kicked off around 2 or 3AM. The breakfast offered was unfit for consumption. The dhal curry was too salty even though the prata was well done, other offerings seems prepared half hearted and mostly over salted. It could have been better.

The services was very good...The room was very clean and the breakfast also very good...looking forward to come again..The location is near mall and restaurant...thks
