Property was in a great location with a coffee shop 0.4mile away and walkable. There was a restaurant on site but music was loud. That was probably the only issue but previous reviews had mentioned it. The hotel was clean, staff very helpful and I did make arrangements for a late checkin and staff was very accomodating. I would definitely stay there again!

We only stayed here because the rental we had booked lost its power. The beds were clean, bathroom TINY, room is okay for one or two people, but three was definitely pushing it. Did the trick for what we needed, which was a place to sleep and shower. The bar and grill next store had some loud patrons, which was annoying.

No limpiaron la habitación, no cambiaron toallas, el TV no servía, el internet no servía. El baño es pequeño.

El lugar muy limpio y bonito. Acogedor, pero lamentablemente el trato de la anfitriona fue malísimo, incluso me dijo que la que estaba equivocada era yo. Apesar de que era bonito nunca me llegué a quedar porque el mal trato me disgustó muchísimo. La habitación tenía capacidad hasta 4 personas y solo me permitían tener 2. Algo muy ilógico.

I loved the cleanliness, and there was a place to park without a problem, what I didn't like is that after check-in there was no one there in case we needed something, and they didn't give us Wi-Fi and the advertising it said there was a laundry when it wasn't true.

The security process for the rooms is great. Everything felt new and was extremely clean. The down sides are the rooms are veruy small. I mean small. So crowded. Abd there is nowhere to put clothing or luggage. As in no place to set luggage except on the bed or floor wher it becomes a major obstical. There is NO dresser or chest of drawers so no where to put things away except a small clothes rod with a few hangers. This was a 4 person two bed room. I CANNOT IMAGINE if you actually had FOUR people in this room. One chair and no where to set luggage and belongings. Garely enough floor space to walk around the bed and thats if all luggae is ON the bed. The staf was very pleasant and attentive. There is a restaurant on the property that we were banking on but it was closed for renovations and that caused unplanned problems. But I do recommend this place, just be ready for the things I mentioned. It is super close to the ocean and everyone is super nice in this entire area.

This hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in. On the day we showed up to register, the front office was closed. The owner/operator eventually showed up and led us to our room. The rooms are located outside of the lobby and towards the rear of the building. A glass door leads you down a long singular narrow hallway. We were handed the keys and advised that we were the only clients and that the owner/operator was going home. This meant we were left alone in a building. Once in the room we realized that there are no windows, phone, microwave, closet or dresser with drawers to store anything. The surrounding area is desolate and caused us to feel unsafe and unguarded. The shower head was broken and sprayed water over the curtain on onto the floor and walls which we had to mop up. A sign above the toilet seat read that if the toilet malfunctions while we are occupying the room and a plumber is called, the plumbers fee will be charged to our bill. The hotel advertises they have a restaurant however, it was not open the following day. Our plan was to stay 7 days but we cut our time short and checked out on the morning of our 4th day. Again, there was no one in the building or office and we left the keys behind and left. We called the owner advising her that we checked out. Upon inquiring about a refund on the remaining 3 days we paid for, we were advised that their policy states that they give no refunds but offer credit for any future stays. Zero concept of hotel hospitality.

A real pleasant stay

8:30 am there is loud music, an it ended last night about 11:30 pm. Overall, rooms are clean.

We rented the family apartment It is definitely in need of renovation Everything is cheap quality There is no housekeeping during your stay limited toiletries no paper towels no blankets no staff at all after 8 pm security only til 12 am then you are all alone it appeared like we were the only ones there

The Hotel was very nice, comfortable and it was convenient because it was what I was looking for!

Clean and checkin was easy. Resturant kitchen music was loud and could be heard in our room. There were no windows in our room. Not much around the hotel. 20 min drive to the beach resturants.

I like everything especially the attention by the personnel.

There was live music both Friday and Saturday nights. If you’re looking for quiet this may not be your place. Shower head sprayed water to the right and left. Just about mist type; didn’t come out the middle. Need a new shower head.

Al momento del check in, el caballero que nos atendió muy amable y en el restaurante la atención fue de primera, pero luego no hubo comunicación. En la promoción dice qué hay desayuno por un costo adicional, no sirven desayuno y para mi es un “must” en mis estadías y más cuando voy por motivos de trabajo. Llamé para verificar si había un microondas que pudiera utilizar, después de varios intentos, me contestaron, me dijeron que le preguntarían al jefe y nunca recibí llamada de vuelta. Al momento del check out, el cual haces solo porque dice que recepción está disponible 24 horas y no es así, olvidé algo en la habitación, llamé varias veces del estacionamiento, toqué el timbre, nadie contestó y tampoco recibí una llamada de vuelta. Entiendo que están comenzando con nueva administración, espero que mejoren la comunicación con los huéspedes.

Clean but not enough towels just two in a room of four Try two times to contact the front desk with not answer. And the bed is not comfortable at all. Besides that was ok.

Was great. The location was outstanding for our golf tournament at El Deportivo. It was close to many good restaurants for local food, awesome time.

Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Too small to fit a family of 4 with 2 small children. No windows at all un the room.

Did not like the self check in no one to ask how to check in and did not receive email or text instructions

No front desk service at checking. Room with no phone service, shower dirty. Pool is next to a lagoon that smells horrible. Not recommended for family.

It was ok. But too expensive for what it offered.

Too expensive for what got to offer, problem with the booking that was already payed, more training requirements for the personnel at the reception. The rooms were clean, but no windows to look out, feel like a jail. Need to upgrade that.

The pool need more attention, the kids pool was really bad. The food was good and the cleanness of the bedroom was really good. The price was to high for the space on the bedroom. Need to be cheaper. Thanks

Great location, great place to relax and rest. Sports Bar is excellent.

What I like most was the cleaning of the place , and the calm atmosphere . On the negative we found the bed small for a queen size bed , that made it uncomfortable.
