Does not feel like a 4stars hotel at some part. The door frame came off twice. WiFi not the must reliable at times not good for doing business/work in the room. location claim on the website is misleading, nothing is within walking distance, everything is at least an hour away forcing anyone to require taxi. Laundry service in the hotel charged over 3times higher than local laundry service. Overhead shower leaking through the ceiling.

Vielleicht im Gym kleine Handtücher und Desinfektspray samt Tüchern um die Geräte zu reinigen die man benutzt hat

Overall okay! Cocok untuk liburan bersama keluarga. Tersedia berbagai macam fasilitas (gratis). Hanya pintu kamar sepertinya harus diperbaiki sedikit karena beberapa kali tersendat. Kunci tidak langsung membuka setelah kartu di-tap. So harus diulang 2x. Sarapannya beragam dan enak. Ada menu nusantara maupun western.

Koordinasi dengan petugas yang melayani massage membutuhkan waktu hampir satu jam..padahal saya sudah request untuk disegerakan karena saya harus check out setelahnya. Konfirmasi dari petugas operator tidak jelas dan tidak ada follow up jam berapa tepatnya petugas massage akan tiba. so saya harus menelpon Operator beberapa kali. Namun masalah dapat segera teratasi, walaupun akhirnya saya harus dengan tergesa-gesa check out.

1. Ketika parkir diarahkan langsung ketempat parkir yang kosong, baru nemu dihotel ini biasanya kita cari sendiri tempat parkirnya, good job👍🏻 2. Pemandangan balkon yang sangat menawan dengan view laut dan gunung😍 3. Lokasi strategis untuk mencari tempat makan yang diinginkan pengunjung👍🏻 4. Harga sesuai dengan fasilitas👍🏻

1. Kran untuk wudu, dikamar mandi hanya ada kran shower biasanya tipe kran ada kran shower dan kran biasa. 2. Proses check in/out yang kurang efisien. 3. Menu makanan yang kurang variatif karna menginap 4n5d lumayan bosan. 4. Pembatas balkon yang kurang efektif menikmati pemandangan dengan posisi duduk karena terhalang tembok, baiknya balkon dari kaca yang aman tentunya sehingga anak saya mw lihat pemandangan tidak perlu digendong.

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere,room I stayed in was not clean,bedsheets were dirty,food in coffee shop was inedible,breakfast was mostly made from food they did not sale day or two before and I could go on…

i love the breakfast, complete, and kids love it : indomie, fondae chocolate, pizza, nasi kuning etc. very complete. there's also kids playground and fitness area

We booked 2 nights at this hotel, the first one in the middle of our vacation, and the last one at the end. The hotel was kind enough to store our surfboards during the days that we weren't staying at the hotel, which was really good. The hotel has a Western modern taste, and the employees are also nice.

The air conditioning on the ground floor is terribly strong, making it a lot colder than all the rest of the hotel spaces. Both times, our room was close to the elevators, so we listened to the elevator "opening and closing beeps" a lot, which was not so pleasant. There's no need to that loud beep at all... The staff informed us that there was a new restaurant at the hotel on the 5th floor, so we tried to go there. Unfortunately, there was extremely loud live music, and we decided not to sit. Giving our advice, it's a small restaurant space, so it doesn't even need microphones, especially not to make the music incredibly loud. The bathroom could also be cleaner since it had staines that would disappear with a deep wash/ scrub. The room floor carpet also has a lot of staines.

The AC in my room was broken and I got upgraded without extra charge.

I was with my family and we did not stay on the same floor. I had to go first to the lobby and let the security tap the elevator card everytime I wanted to visit them. One of our room did not have warm water.

Semua staff nya super ramah n baik, especially ka Nabilla she’s kind n friendly. Kamar bersih, view bagus, semua staf fast respon! Will be back for sure! Amenities lengkap pokok nya super worthhh!!! Kamar nya cakep bangetttt sukaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I don’t mean to be rude, but I want to be honest... this is by far the worst 4-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon entering the room, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the exhaust fan didn’t seem to function properly. The service was just average, and also the food . The hotel building has an odd layout, and the location is not ideal at all. To be fair, this hotel feels more like a 3-star establishment. I chose this hotel because it had a 9/10 rating on Agoda and 5/5 TripAdvisor, but it fell far below my expectations. I honestly don’t understand how a hotel like this can receive such a high rating. It makes me wonder how the reviews could give such a high score because my experience was far from a 9/10. One thing that really bothered me was the fact that I had to pay 50,000 IDR for a 2-liter bottle of water, which I initially thought was complimentary, as it usually is in most hotels. It’s not about the money, but it felt like a trap for guests. The paid water was placed on the table, while the complimentary bottles were hidden in the bathroom. I’ve stayed in other 4-star hotels that offer free water dispensers outside the rooms, so guests can have water anytime at no extra cost. This kind of arrangement would have been much better. On top of that, the bedsheets were stained and clearly hadn’t been washed properly. It seemed like they were cleaned carelessly and not up to the standards you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. I feel compelled to leave this review because I’ve traveled extensively across Indonesia and internationally, and this is the worst 4-star hotel I’ve ever encountered. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. I apologize for my honesty.

Stay in here for a night, we stay at 9th floor the view are okay, room are excellent but I order King Bed because we're couple but what we get Twin. We ordered room service the food are really good especially the fried rice, pizza and gado gado also good. Breakfast are okay the pastry not too good, breakfast buffet also so so, staff helpful and the last one I asked for sunny side up when i get on the table the egg is really cold not accepted very careless and don't have awareness

Thank you for the hospitality, I experienced great service since entering the hotel. The deluxe room was big for the price, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had various option for me to choose. Definitely will come back again.

The location was quite a distance from shopping mall but still convenience to go there as we were travelling by car. However the room level we were given was noisy due to big families having children so it was quite noisy along the corridor. The room was very warm when we arrived and the air con took awhile to get the room cool. Overall the room given was very roomy and clean and the beds were comfortable to stay

The lift service was very slow in the morning cos it was busy with guests with kids so it took while to get to our room
