L'accueil très sympa par la propriétaire. Elle nous a donné le petit-déjeuner gratuitement. Les chambres bien grande et très propre, le bon lit. Salle de bain propre. Il manque seulement les prises pour charger les tablet et portables plus facilement et les lampes un peu plus agréable à côté le lit par exemple.

The rooms, lifts, and furniture feel quite dated and are in clear need of renovation. While the property may still be functional, the overall condition does not match modern expectations and would benefit from significant refurbishment to improve guest experience.

Location was good and staff - excellent.

Could do better with air con at restaurant and guest area. Also with this modern age should do better with your TV and channels. Loke have option to be able to play Netflix, YouTube etc. right now TV channels too old fashioned

the slow Wi-Fi; despite being advertised as high-speed, the connection often lagged, making it difficult to stream, join video calls, or even browse smoothly, which was frustrating for both leisure and business purposes—an area that definitely needs improvement to match the otherwise high standards of the property.

Visit for 5 nights for business trip. Nice hotels, ask for non smoking room but got smoking room (left), got only one room access card and chiller not works. But in overall it's a good and clean room.

The receptionist was polite and the service was friendly. However, the housekeeping needs improvement. The blanket was not changed for three days, and the room amenities were not replenished unless we specifically requested them.

I booked a room through a travel app, but when I checked in, the room I reserved wasn’t available. The receptionist offered me a room on the smoking floor instead, which I had to decline since I’m not a smoker and was traveling with a toddler. Eventually, I was given a room with twin beds pushed together to resemble a king-size bed, but it turned out to be quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The issues didn’t stop there. The next morning, I found out my booking didn’t include breakfast. While I admit I might’ve missed the small print on the app, I still feel that offering a no-breakfast option at a 4-star hotel seems a bit inappropriate. Things got worse on the second night. There was a dripping sound coming from the ceiling that made it hard to relax. And early in the morning, noise from other guests in the hallway disrupted our rest. I called the front desk to complain, but nothing seemed to improve. At this point, I think it’s time for me to reconsider my list of go-to hotels for both business trips and family getaways. It's truly disappointing to have this kind of experience at a hotel brand I used to trust.

When I stayed there was a meeting and a lot of people and cars so the car I used, couldn’t Park supposed there is a car Park for customers who stay there.

Cleanliness, especially at the toilet, is found. Bunch of hair at the shower room, so i ask the hotel to clean it

The sgagf was amazing and the room was as well. The only detractor was that the.air conditioning didn't quite cool the room effectively. We mentioned that upon checkout.

Stay in this hotel for 3 day 2 night, we book 2 deluxe room ( sea view ). The room very spacious 32 m2, very clean, you can view Lampung bay from your room. The staff polite and helpful, breakfast tasten is good and many choice. They have a outdoor swimming pool for adult and kids. Hotel location near the city centre. Good hotel

Great place to stay. Room is generously spacy, clean, neat and also the staffs were helpful with our requests whether they were the hotel's or the restaurant's staff. The restaurant was very pleasant too with freshly prepared food.

This was our first time staying at Swiss-Belhotel Lampung and we truly enjoyed our stay. Warm greetings from Front Office Departement specially for Mr.Gilang, Ms.Bella for helping us upon checkin, room very spacious and clean, breakfast here taste great with special table for us, the hospitality here is wonderful, all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would like to specifically mention to Mr.Ngurah and Mr.Sepri who treated us very nicely. Overall we really enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Thank you ❤️

Loved the breakfast here with great selection and quality, the location is nice as it's a bit out of the way which means you don't hear alot of the traffic throughout the night. Staff are also accodating. Nice Gym and pool also

Room facilities was so so because they don't have the chiller. They said mini bar but not cold at all. Breakfast variance not good enough but the taste was good

The welcoming person front office ( Resa and Bela) during check in is very friendly and polite, I am arrive at 11.30 AM can directly proceed for check in. ( Usualy check in time 14.00). The room is clean , tidy and fresh . It is very recomended for you to stay at this Hotel.

Air conditioning in room was faulty. I asked reception to have it fixed but that never happened. When i went to the restaurant each night for dinner, the only waiter initially ignited both nights as he was busy messaging on his phone. I booked a car the night before I checked out to take me to the airport and the car was 10 minutes late arriving ro pick me up.

We had the best night sleep ever! The lobby is grand and the room was very nice. We would definitely stay here again and the staff were lovely.

We ordered dinner and the potato wedges and lava cake were nice but the spaghetti was bad (the menu said vine ripened tomato’s but it was like ketchup and sugar!). We paid 1.2 million IDR which was quite expensive but this might have been because we booked last minute.

The gym was unavailable because of some gathering. This facility is advertised therefore should be made available...otherwise the rooms are very spacious, clean and confortable and the staff very friendly

Really lovely hotel ideal for families. The staff are very helpful and go far beyond their duties to help guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible. Food is great and the hotel is clean and hygienic. I would recommend staying here. We were particularly impressed by Heri, Dede (7th floor), Choirul, Rusli, Maya, Ditiya , Ficky, Ahmad Yani, Chef Hardi, Novel, Fatmawati, Desinda, Maria, Samwell , Tubagus, Naris, Nabila (Chef), Nabila (restaurant), Iis, Fitri, Maria, Hilda, Bella, Agil, Agus, Dedi, Deni, Hardi, Dora, Syahrul .... and many more !

The hotel is ok, room is ok, breakfast is ok and the hotel staffs are ok. However i booked non smoking room but i got smoking room. The toilet have to be checked because the smell is not good.

The hotel was nice and the staff welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Overall the service was fine, however the breakfast menu could stand a refresh as some items were more for lunch or dinner than breakfast.

Kami sekeluarga kecewa pd Selasa malam pd saat kami pulang kekamar hotel jam 7 malam tgl 27/06/17 dimana sepasang handuk mandi yg di ambil house keeping tidak diganti dengan yang baru, kami sdh menghubungi langsung housekeeping dan resepsionis dg jawaban handuk terbatas (alasan yg tidak masuk diakal utk hotel kelas international) dan akhirnya kami baru bisa mendapatkan handuk mandi pada Jam 12 malam, saat kami sudah tertidur dan belum bisa mandi karena tdk ada handuk hotel.

Overall is a good stay at 7th hotel Lampung, with good wifi strength for internet. The downside is that the room is lacking of electrical sockets (there are only 2 in the room (one at the pantry and one on the dressing table) none of which beside the bed. They have a good range of breakfast foods. Keep it up.

We stayed at the executive suite. The room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with loads of choices. The service was remarkable. Very recommended!
