Bob W Helsinki City Centre

Good location and easy access

Clean and spacious

Excellent location, easy to access with room and luggage storage.

Liked everything

The location is great, very easy to access even without a reception. All services worked well.

Ótima localização.

Não havia ducha higiênica no banheiro.

Thoroughly recommend this accomodation. Great apartments.

Nothing to dislike - it was great.

Amazing location. Great facilities. Loved having the sauna in the bathroom. Had everything you needed.

Could have done with an extra mirror in the main bedroom.

The apartment was very well equipped

The amenities, the location, and the whole apartment was amazing.

Great location, very clean

Washing machine

Location a bit out of the way

This appartment has everything you need to be at home, away from home. Small details like dishwasher tablets, gym membership card, multiple soap/shampoo bottles in the shower, gym mats, washing maching, iron. The place appears to be an old office building where the top floor got converted to apartments. When I took the stairs the two floors below looked unoccupied. Maybe for this reason as well, it was quiet. Maybe some rumbling of the tram was audiable, but nothing else. Windows seal the city sounds, and I could not hear other guests either. The sofa bed in the living room makes a narrow bed for two and as a sofa bed it is not the best. I am picky about beds, and it was a struggle to go to sleep for me. But I should have known this, just a note to myself for the future. Bob was quite helpful, we needed extra duves and it.was in the storage room the next day. Best service. Perfect location. I also added pictures of the breakfast from Fazer cafe which around the corner.

Everything was OK

Centrally located and walking distance to the central station and major attractions

Nothing I didn’t like

Location was close to transit and grocery

Huge pile of garbage outside front entrance. Add showed pictures of sauna on booking.com but there was no sauna.

AC was making some weird noises while working and we did not sleep well due to this fact.

Location was great proximity to services, sites, etc. excellent.

The pull out sofa, was very comfortable to sleep on, but the mattress topper made it hard to fold up the bed to sit on the sofa so we had to use the chairs at the table.

the location is excellent

the light is not too bright

The apartment is comfortable (particularly the bed), and equipped with most things you could need. It is very centrally located. The online customer service is responsive and helpful. What I appreciated most was being able to book the apartment late in the evening, at very short notice when the place I had previously booked was unavailable, and access it almost immediately.

Although the apartment is generally very well-equipped, I sometimes felt that there was more concern for style than practicality, e.g. I didn't need an Instamax camera, but would have appreciated a couple of cooking essentials like oil. I also found it slightly sterile/ impersonal, which is just my personal impression and wasn't a problem for a couple of nights, but wouldn't have been my first choice for atmosphere. However, these are small things, and it was generally a good apartment.

The Lougage room it is too crowded

Keskeinen sijainti, tilava.

Juomalaseja ei ollut kuin 2kpl ja nekin viinilaseja. Juoma/viinilaseja saisi olla 6hlö varauksessa useampia.

Die Sauna war großartig. Das Bett war sehr gut! Die Waschmaschine war top. Der Kühlschrank war top. Netflix lief ohne Probleme.

Love the idea of being close to all transport and restaurants Loved having full size fridge and washing machine.

Bella struttura e posizione molto buona per girare Helsinki. Host molto reattivo

Nulla, tutto ok

Washing machine and rack to do laundry was useful so we didn’t have to find a self-service laundry. Also appreciated the kettle, fridge large fridge and coffee press available.

Feels pretty deserted on the fifth floor of a building

The sauna!

Nothing.

Convenient location

Some temporary construction in the front of the building adjacent

Wonderful location, close to transit, & easy walking distance to attractions & groceries. Laundry machine was excellent, with an extra rack provided on request to do hang-to-dry. Extremely spacious front closet, with plenty of room to keep shoes, smaller luggage, & hang coats/laundry. Kitchen facilities were great, with an effective dishwasher, & decently sized smaller fridge. Separated garbage provided, with clear instructions on how to divide disposables. Super comfortable beds (yes, even the sofa bed was stellar)! Scented products were minimal, & did not trigger any allergies. Strong, consistent WiFi.

The front area is a bit hard with multiple people coming/going concurrently (we quickly learned to open doors slowly). Shower drain backed up slightly when laundry machine was draining simultaneously. AC was marked as broken, but we didn’t need it (window opened easily for a breeze). Could do with a few more towel rails/hooks to properly dry bath/kitchen towels between uses. We had to hang ours in the front closet.

Near Railway Station and Malls. Easy to access without key but using key code.

Luggage storage can be better with racks instead of sharing with storeroom.

Location is good. Walking distance to main train station, a park, and also the library.

Very minimal information on available carpark. As tourist who are not familiar with the place, we had difficulty finding the entrance to the mentioned car park. No point and no use asking the "Bob" as the reply are all generic AI chatbot answer. Not helpful at all. The washing machine was right in front of the shower place, toilet was cramp with the washing machine and a weird pillar in the middle. The sofa bed was overwhelming and took 90% of the space in the living room. Minimal cooking utensils with broken utensils tray. All in all, a business trying to maximise profit, not customer-comfort focused. Also it was no fun to have to drag the luggage and walk with the children to the hotel, in the rain. Would not recommend.

Amazingly positioned, clean and with all amenities. The check in and out was greatly organised and the communication was amazing. Could not say a single bad thing

Bien ubicado y facil acceso

Todo estaba bien

Location was great, walking distance to almost anywhere we want with transport available nearby. Supermarket right below the building

Great location, within walking distance to all main attractions and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is simple, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. Staff were responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

It would be even better if a dishcloth were provided, and if the curtains in the bedrooms were more blackout-friendly, as the summer nights can stay quite bright.

- close to Helsinki central station, roughly five mins walk when you know the way, easy by gps. The track from airport (I/P line) is the closest to the property - quilt comfortable, decent size beds - supermarket next door, operates till 8pm; another supermarket across the street near metro station, operates till 10pm - cafe and a few restaurants nearby - tram station pretty much opposite property entrance, straight to ferry west harbour terminal 2, for those who wish to make a day trip to Tallinn - check out was super easy (close the door then one click on website) - cutlery etc for those who wish to cook, also oven, microwave, dishwashing machine and washing machine - detergents provided - comfortable room temperature for spring, clean - zero human contact for those who prefers that way - elevator pretty quick

- didn't particularly like the online check in link that has to come via email (seems like hyperlink blocked by booking com?) especially given all the scam these days - airbnb style, not sure if cleaning can be requested? Nil complimentary water, slippers etc. but body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc provided - a few stairs between main entrance and elevator - advertised to have video game: saw a sega console but unsure gow to operate, cannot see any game cartridges provided? (But i didnt ask either) - bathroom design is a mystery... Not sure how not to flood the bathroom floor after shower

The location was perfect. The space was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. The host wqs responsive and replied to any messages immediately. I highly recommend this property.

Location. Internal amenities such as tv and washing machine.

Toaster stopped working. Dining table was very wonky. Sofa bed not made up, even though we notified Bob w of our intention to use the sofa bed. Couldn’t find the bedding for the sofa bed until I sent them a WhatsApp message the next day. Dishwasher door was really hard to open.
