ロケーションはヘルシンキ中央駅から徒歩で約15分ほど。他の交通機関を使わずに確実にホテルに着ける点は一定の評価できる。

全てのホテルオペレーションは人を介さず通信でやり取りする方法に慣れるまで時間がかかる。人的フロントサービスを排除した運営には人間味を感ぜす、少々不安すら感じた。アプリ使い方を理解するまで時間が必要だった。

Dejlig central beliggenhed, men alligevel roligt. Virkelig nem ind- og udtjekning og super nem adgang med koder i stedet for nøgle/nøglekort. Moderne og flotte faciliteter samt hurtig og hjælpsom kundeservice. Vi følte os velkomne og vil varmt anbefale stedet til andre rejsende.

La salle de bain sentait très mauvais. Pas de personnel sur place avec qui échanger. On peut juste discuter avec une IA sur un chat. Chambre très poussiéreuse. Pas possible de prendre un petit déjeuner avant 7h30.

Ich war allein in Helsinki unterwegs und habe mich im Bob W Helsinki Kaarti ab der ersten Minute super wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Lage ist genial: Man ist mitten im Zentrum, kann alles sicher zu Fuß erkunden und wohnt trotzdem angenehm ruhig.Mein Zimmer war ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort – modern, hell und absolut sauber. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die Kochnische, in der ich mir ganz unkompliziert selbst Kaffee und Essen zubereiten konnte. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist durchdacht und das kontaktlose Einchecken per Smartphone lief super reibungslos. Für einen Solo-Trip oder zu zweite die absolut perfekte Unterkunft!

Es gab wirklich absolut nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Ich würde sofort wieder hier buchen.

Great location! Easy walk to Market Square, ferry to Suomenlina, canal boat tour, Helsinki ferry terminal and great restaurants and shops. Very clean and accommodating.

Nothing not to like, however next time I would book a room larger than the studio apartment.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was also conveniently located. We were able to get to the ferry and main tourist spots quite quickly. Although it is quite central, it was quiet at night.

La proximité du port

Aménagement de ce qui est appelé" studio" avec kitchenette sans évier. Ils offrent un paquet de café mais il n'y a pas de cafetière. Et le mieux c'est qu'une fois mouillé sous la douche, vousvous rendez compte que la bouteille de savon est vide!!! Tout se fait en" collectif" avec cuisine commune et du 6e étage il est demandé de se servir du lave caissette du 2e ou 4e étage, un vrai gag!!! La photo sur la feuille de confirmation montre la cuisine commune et non pas l'intérieur du studio réservé..attitude très limite! Est ce légal???

The room was well prepared with the essential amenities, and the location was good.

The gym was included, but it was actually at a partner gym elsewhere rather than in the building. The check-in instructions were also not very clear, and we struggled a little to get everything sorted. Overall, a pleasant stay, but there is room for improvement in these areas.

Catena Bob sempre vincente soprattutto per i più giovani. Iper accessoriata, iper tutto. Mancano le persone e un po' questo aspetto dispiace. Ci sono invece i materassini yoga (ma non lo spazio per stenderli in camera). In una qualità media che aiuta a organizzarsi qualche giorno al nord senza esborsi improponibili.

Hotel is good when everything works, but we could not access our room for several hours after our approved check in time (3pm) and ZERO support from anyone. They DONT answer their messages!

We stayed 5 nights in one of the penthouse apartments on the top floor and it had the space we were hoping for. The terrace was a great place for a summer afternoon refreshment, too. The kitchenette was sufficient for us. (Tip: if you are looking for utensils, there is a 'hidden' drawer within the top drawer. We obviously didn't look closely enough when we needed them!) One big plus was the fact that a major supermarket is just a few minutes easy walk up the street. We were also easy walking distance to the harbor, and central Helsinki. Oh, and there was a sauna in the apartment! Highly recommended.

Shower was very low pressure and not very warm. You might want to be quick! But in the scheme of things, it's not too much to be concerned about.

Il manque une éponge pour nettoyer plus efficacement la vaisselle. Avec un feu de cuisson, ça aurait été en plus parfait

Non mi piace il rivestimento utilizzato per i pavimenti dei piani dove ci sono gli ingressi delle camere. Sembra sporco e usurato.

Sometimes hotels have to accommodate their guests in most extraordinary moments of their life, and in hardship. This hotel has not met my needs. While that's well within their right to do so, so is in mine to be disappointed by their customers service lack of understanding, and to be vocal about this. To clarify, due to a personal emergency I had to request a cancellation I didn't purchase and the hotel denied it.

Smokers just outside my window near to "no smoking" sign. When complained it was explained to me thatvis the smoking area (?!). I needed to travel for breakfast (not mentioned at booking when deciding). No history of communication with the support. 4 persons are answering your issue, one does not know what the other said. One says no problem and hleps, hlaf a day someone else replies that it 8s not possible and when I tell him it was already resolved in my favour he sais it is not possible. If it sounds confusing, it is just how it felt. Anyway I changed the hotel in the end and it was smartest decision. Same price, completely different experience

Super Lage, dennoch sehr ruhige Gegend. Die kleine "Küche" ist mit nur wenig Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet. Aber in der großen Gemeinschaftsküche ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden was man braucht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber.
