Total dreckig, überall Haare. Eine Hitze im Zimmer, schlafen nur mit offenem Fenster möglich. Außerdem wurde vorehr geraucht, es stank widerlich. Umgebung laut und dreckig, ständig fuhr der Krankenwagen.

Really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, right on Southall Broadway with loads of shops and restaurants around, and Heathrow T2 was only around 2 stops away by train. The room was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and I found the hotel itself well kept. Reception was always easy to access when I needed anything and the shared kitchen was useful too. For the location, cleanliness and service, I thought it was very good value and I’d definitely stay again.

Nothing really. It is directly on a busy high street so there isn’t a private driveway or large drop-off area outside, but that didn’t cause me any issues and I actually preferred being so centrally located.

The room was at least clean.

There was no actual reception- just a small cubicle and my room was right opposite it/. The shared kitchen was unkept with stuffs looking abandoned and dirty stuffs everywhere. The access to the hotel is just a small door leading to a stairway- no where for a car to park and offload you or your stuff. I was left on the opposite street as the taxi couldn't stop at the corner where the hotel is located- no where a car can wait.

Fresh decoration, clean, new en suite shower and helpful staff rushed to help us with luggage up the stairs, (no lift). No too costly but it is what it is. Elizabeth line only about 500 metres away.

It is on the high street so traffic noise could be a problem. Bit of a poor in financial terms location with people sleeping on the street. Some efforts to improe the area appear to be going on though.

This property has no parking even though it advertises for it.

The location was exceptional. The staff was amazing, they were available if anything was needed. Everything was good. It was definitely worth the money and we would book again.

Me and my girlfriend recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to London in July. Location-wise, the hotel is well placed: it's close to Southall station (about 10 minutes walk) on the Elizabeth Line, which offers a direct connection to Heathrow Airport and central London, and it's also within easy reach of several bus routes. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean (my girlfriend has a dust allergy and had no issues at all during the stay). The staff were kind and always helpful whenever we needed anything.

That said, there were a few practical drawbacks worth mentioning. The shower and sink taps were push-button style, obviously less convenient than a standard lever. The showerhead was fixed, with no way to adjust either the water pressure or the angle, and it produced a wide spray effect that made it a bit tricky to use comfortably. Our room overlooked a fairly busy junction. The windows offered decent sound insulation, but not quite enough to block out car horns or ambulance sirens at times. There was no air conditioning, which became an issue during the hot summer weather, though the hotel did provide a fan. Finally, there is no lift, and the stairs are quite steep, which is worth keeping in mind for anyone with mobility difficulties or traveling with a pushchair. Overall, a conveniently located hotel, with a few structural limitations that are worth knowing about in advance. We stayed at room n.3, so we don't know if the other rooms have the same problems we experienced.

A lot of great restaurants within walking distance and staff were very attentive.

There’s a lot of stairs. I had a budget room with a private bathroom which, although was my own, I had to access through the hallway. I recommend spending extra for the superior room. Although standard does the job and is good for the price.

Bedroom and bathroom were dirty. Clearly the bedroom hadn't even been vacuumed. The bathroom was a separate room down the hall. I'm also not sure if it was private as stated in the details on booking.com. If it was private, then it was clearly not cleaned before I arrived. If it was shared, then the information on booking is incorrect. Either way, it felt like a public bathroom in a train station or something. I never normally complain about places I stay, but this was pretty unacceptable!

It’s was in a congested area on top of other buildings. The surroundings were dirty. It says it’s close to Heathrow but it’s not which is misleading because it says on the app broadway on Heathrow.

Perfect choice for a hassle-free stay. South Hall offers clean, modern accommodation with all the essentials. It is incredibly convenient for transport, and the staff are wonderful. A comfortable bed, peaceful night's sleep, and great hospitality. Will definitely stay again!

location is so congested

We booked 'Superior Double rooms, but to say they were small was an understatement. When there is no room for a chair in the room because the gap around the bed is less than 600mm, and you can't open the shower room door without it banging into the bed, I'm not sure you can call that a 'Superior' room. That said I didn't see a standard double room so maybe it could have been worse. Overall the cost of the room was not bad so maybe we were just expecting too much for the money, but the room was not reflected in the images on Booking.com.

Overall experience was good, The staff was excellent in terms of giving service and room was also very neet and clean. Moreover, there was a common kitchen in the hotel!! It’s gaves us a option to make own food whenever we want. Thanks.

Very convenient location for shopping and eating in the Indian area of Southall. The value for money is good. Near to the Sikh gurdwara. The hotel staff were very helpful. They (Honey) carried our baggage up and again when we left. The room and bathroom had been renovated recently.

No elevator (stairs only) makes it difficult for seniors or persons with disabilities. The bed was crammed up against the window.

Everything was fine for me. Rooms looked the same as the pictures. The staff were there 24 hours and were very attentive, they helped with recommendations on where to go and where to eat, and also provided me with an ironing board upon request. The hotel was on higher floors and it felt like an old London townhouse with high ceilings etc, but modernised. Overall, great experience and will stay again if ever in Southall.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and had a really good experience overall. The hotel is in a great location in Southall, with plenty of shops, restaurants and transport links nearby, which made getting around really easy. What really stood out was the level of service. It’s a smaller, boutique-style hotel, and the team are genuinely attentive and helpful - it feels much more personal than the usual. You don’t really get that everywhere, and it made the stay feel a lot more comfortable and looked after. The room itself was fine, clean and had everything needed. We were also offered an upgrade on arrival, which added a nice touch to the overall experience with slippers etc. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is right next to a busy street which is loud throughout the night, the bed sheets and towels were clean but bath mats and anywhere not immediately obvious were not exactly spotless... I don't agree with the 1 star reviews, at least for the double room with a private bathroom/shower, but it's more of a 5 than an 8.9, so the rating felt inflated, and it is not as spotless as the images at all. It was simply too noisy for us, so after one night we cut our losses and moved to a similarly priced hotel in a more central London area that was cheaper and with better cleanliness standards and no noise issues. The staff are helpful and friendly, but that doesn't solve the fundamental issue of the noise. If you can deal with the noise and have a high tolerance for a little bit of dirt, this may be a good deal for you.

O hotel tem condições suficientes para uma estadia tranquila. O quarto é limpo e confortável. Há amenidades no banheiro (sabonetes líquidos, escova de dentes) chaleira e chá/café no quarto. Quem está de passagem por Londres e utilizará o aeroporto Heathrow é uma boa opção.
