Het bed lag voor geen meter. Daarnaast was parkeren een ramp. Op dag van vertrek zaten we vast ingesloten en konden we amper weg rijden. Na een half uur van draaien met de auto konden we via de stoep er uit komen

Although I encountered a significant service issue with an on-site staff member during check-in, the owners stepped in immediately to rectify the situation. They listened to my concerns, apologized for the employee's conduct, and provided a full refund without further delay. It is rare to find a property management company that takes this level of accountability. I truly appreciate their integrity and commitment to customer service.

Room walls next to the bed had stains, so did the pillow covers, I checked the kitchen where the laundry area is too and the washer dryer stank and had gunk in it. We didn't even bother asking for fresh linen after I saw the washer and the linen stored in the kitchen cabinets and bought our own from ASDA . The person managing the property is glued to the CCTV like a hawk and when I went to the kitchen to inspect, he rang me up immediately to ask what i was looking for. This made me incredibly uncomfortable. Areas in the room like behind the side table was filled with dirt, dust mite and debris. For London the place was cheap, but no matter how cheap and inn is, its no excuse for uncleanliness.

Não achei o lugar seguro, a chave da porta principal abre a porta do quarto ou seja uma chave só abre todas as portas. A acústica da casa é horrível, todo mundo escuta todo mundo e os convidados acredito que não tem um orientação em relação, pois em alguns dias da semana o barulho chegou a ir até de madrugada. A limpeza dos quartos não é muito boa, e eu não consegui usar o congelador do frigobar pelo fato de estar super congelado. Achei estranho o fato de morar pessoas na casa, achei que fosse uma empresa padrão. Enfim achei importante pontuar.
