Very friendly and helpful staff, great location for my requirements, good facilities, comfortable room.

Breakfast was adequate but I would prefer a cooked option, although I understand that this might not be possible.

The bed was uncomfortable meaning we didn’t sleep well and there were steps in the room to the bathroom and also in and out of the room

Not much to complain about

Location. Hotel next door was better, we ate in their restaurant both nights and they allowed us to use their car park even though we were not staying there.

Rooms too hot, stuck in the attic and only fans to blow warm air around, I booked a twin and they made a double up, they suggested because they were busy that they may leave the sheets out to make my own bed - I said having spent just short of £300 for 2 nights I’m not making beds, so they made it. No car parking on site.

Zuerst: Wir konnten in diesem Zimmer nicht bleiben. Es war unter dem Dach mit einer Dachluke. Nur Schräge, die Türen hatten eine Höhe von ca. 1,60m. mit hoher Verletzungsgefahr. Das Zimmer war unerträglich heiß, mit einer mobilen und sehr lauten Klimaanlage. Die Abluft ging nur durch die geöffnete Dachluke. Es funktionierte nicht. Der Raum war unzumutbar heiß und stickig. Wir hatten das Glück, ein anderes Hotel zu finden.

Clean. Friendly welcome and lovely decor. The bathrooms are very classy. Having ESPA in the bathroom was a lovely touch alongside plenty of coffee capsules for the nespresso machine. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. We’ll be back to stay for sure.

Nothing. More of a comment then a dislike, the only thing was out of their control which was the extreme heat so the room was so hot as their isn’t air con but a fan.

Die Hitze hat die Zimmer im OG und unter dem Dach sehr aufgeheizt. Ein mobiles Klimagerät wäre besonders für die Nächte wünschenswert.

Everything was clean, comfortable and stylish. Location was excellent, right on the lovely High Street. The contintal breakfast was good quality with plenty available.

The hotel was spotless, the staff was so lovely and the food was 10/10.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Durchdachtes und gemütliches Zimmer. Toll auch mit Hund, fußläufig gibt es schöne Wege durch das hübsche Dorf. Ein super Halt auf dem Weg zum Eurotunnel.

Location

Very hot rooms, the rooms had Dyson fans but still extremely hot. The coffee machine didn’t work, the staff came up to look and it still didn’t work. The toiletries supplied were not very full - the body moisturiser cream pot didn’t even work. We had to ask for a new toilet roll as we had been left with a half used one. Just little things that if put right would make a more enjoyable stay.

Very nice room, spacious with lovely decor. The bathroom was spotless, really nice shower, all good. Tea and coffee facilities were great with a nice range of teas to choose from. Continental breakfast was simple but good, nice pot of tea to accompany it. Very friendly service at breakfast.

Bed was a little firm but that is just being picky!

Perfect location in the centre of Odiham, rooms were quirky but spotlessly clean and the food was superb. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Our room was beautiful with an absolutely gigantic and very comfy bed, but the room was a very awkward shape and there was no where really to put our suitcase or hang coats. We were also at the front of the hotel, which was Ion a very noisy road which was a shame. All the staff were really wonderful and we had an included continental breakfast but immediately wished we had a for cooked, so went next door. The hotel’s timing asking for feedback in the middle of the night of our stay was a bit off. I think they should have at least waited until we’ve had the full experience and checked out. Who knows?

I was disappointed with my breakfast. The table wasn’t reserved.. we had to ask for side plates The poached eggs were under cooked. Fried eggs were brought on a cold plate. I would have liked another plate to put the poached eggs on. Small things but not good when it doesn’t match up with your reputation.

Earlier breakfast start at the weekend, later finish weekday. Later check-out, e.g. 11:00 not 10:oo, but this wasn't a problem

Great location in Odiham. Excellent food in the evening, although the breakfast was a little light! Room was great, with a comfy bed and great shower-room.

No free parking, but off-road parking at a very reasonable rate only 100 yards away. Seems churlish to mention, but as a 6'3" bloke, the beams on the top floor room were a little bit worrying. However, the addition of cushioned head guards (including entrance to the shower!!) prevented any serious damage!!

Good quality full English breakdown and generous servings. Friendly bar staff helped me find Sunday taxis quickly.

Double bed mattress was quite hard and left me with a small backache. Putting the limited hanging space just above the coffee percolator and tea facilities seemed just daft. But it was booked at short notice.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem nötigen versehen, topp sauber und angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück erfüllte all unsere Wünsche. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
