Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The only plus point about the property was the location. It was a walkable distance to AEON Mall.
While the apartment (1 bedroom apartment) was generally clean, the furniture and cabinets were in very bad condition; literally falling apart. The photos and amenities shown on the listing is not an accurate representation at all. The sofa/couch had barely an upholstery/cushioning left inside. I was literally sitting on the wooden plank, nearly injured my tailbone when I first sat down after a long journey. They listed “free toiletries” but only provided hand soap.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2025Great location. Close to restaurants, spa and massage parlours. Right next to a big shopping mall as well. The residence guards were extremely helpful in showing the way during check in and around the facilities. The swimming pool and gym had very few people so we basically had the place for ourselves.
Nothing to dislike. Maybe supply few more floor mats.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2024My partner and I enjoyed 2D1N trips in this serene and spacious apartment. We loved how the ample room allowed us to play games comfortably on the floor, making it a perfect retreat for our short stay.
While the apartment's location is excellent, the multiple security doors and the need for constant card access were a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the slow and often crowded elevator was a slight drawback, though these were minor compared to the overall quality of the stay.

Apartment furnishings was lacking. Photo showed better furnishings. Towels and other necessities provided not as good as another apartment which I stayed at at the same condominium. There was some droning noise nearby . Not sure what it was.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2024The house is clean and comfortable. With the necessary items needed esp the kitchen. And I do love the soft carpet in the living room. Owner is responsive with clear instructions for check in too, which is an ease for us. There's lots of facilities as well with a swimming pool which is good for a proper swim. There's also children playground and other facilities which we have yet to explore. Will definitely come back again.
it would be good if extra set of towel is given for swimming purposes and side table beside the bed.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2024Early check in was a bonus. Staff was very helpful and response was quick. There were no problems with the check in process. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. My second stay with the Luxe Team and my family feels very comfortable at this place. We will avoid the other unfamiliar landlords in the future. DO NOT BOOK WITH COZY #1 Aeon !!!!!!!

Reviewed Jul 28, 2024Checking was 20 minute event of stopping at security, writing down details, walking to letter boxes, walking back and fining parking. Property smelled. Never aat in such a hard couch and didn't think you could buy TVs so small anymore. What few pieces of furniture there were are falling apart. Clock in wall not working, no toilet paper etc. Noisy environment from traffic and patio lock doesn't work. No idea how these ratings were achieved but extremely miserable place.

It’s old and needs a redo, painting and change of furnitures including doors and cabinets. Lift lobby was dark at night. Food can be only collected from the security post which is a distance from the tower.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2024Booked this airbnb last min and confirmation is swift. Location is close to food options and walkable distance to AEON Bukit Indah. Security is tight and have dedicated car park lot for each apartment booked. Owner is friendly and super responsive with replies via Whatsapp. Check in process is a breeze, we meet owner at the guard house, pay upfront and key is handed over. Floor is clean and not sticky. Entertainment like netflix and youtube is available for watching.
Bathroom a bit dark and could have labelled the toiletries provided as there is only one bottle and we are not sure if it is a shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. But that is not the key since we have brought our own. 2 rooms except master bedroom a bit musty smell, suspect that it might not been used frequently. Will be good if provide small face towel and bathroom slipper. :)
