Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Comfortable & Clean: The overall environment was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great Amenities: It was so thoughtful of the host to provide a Netflix account for us to watch directly! Clear Instructions: The check-in and stay instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Highly Recommended: This is definitely a place I would love to visit and stay at again!
Kitchen Cleanliness: All the mugs inside the kitchen drawer had stains on them. I highly suggest replacing them with new ones to avoid any hygiene concerns for future guests.

The kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery in the drawers seems to give off an odd smell. Might be the from the sink or something but its alright as we brought our disposables plates, cups and cutlery.

Nothing major. Bunk bed room's air-con not cold. Would be good to provide a fan in the meantime before servicing.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026"This is our go-to place in Bukit Indah. For the last two years, we haven't stayed anywhere else, and it consistently meets our expectations. Lots of eateries nearby. From the location and convenience to the comfort of the accommodation, we have no complaints at all. The only small feedback I have is that periodic deep cleaning would be beneficial, as some dust has accumulated in certain spots and there are minor stains in the toilet. Still a great stay!"

The bathroom should have a bath mat kept inside and outside. Otherwise the floor is very slippery when wet. I think the bath towels smell quite dank when damp.

楼层不算很高。洗漱台没放杯子，也没有纸巾，客厅也没有纸巾。电磁炉没通电，后来搞好了。盘子太大了，放不进微波炉。浴巾颜色不是很正，没敢用。

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026The apartment was clean and tidy. It offered both Wi-Fi and Netflix, just as advertised. The windows kept out the traffic noise. Beds were clean and comfortable. Iron and hairdryer available.
The towels smelled strange and did not look clean. We had to request for a batch of fresh towels. There is a washing machine but no dryer so we had to hang our laundry on the balcony clothes rack which had limited capacity, so we had to hang some clothes indoors over the backs of the chairs. We also had to purchase a little hanger ourselves for drying our underwear and socks. (A foldable clothes rack would be nice.) The bathroom sink had drainage issues - repeated pumps with the plunger couldn't fix it. When we arrived, we found an unidentified car parked in our assigned lot. The bnb owner recommended us to park in the adjacent lot and we obediently did so (that car did not budge from the spot through our entire stay). On our checkout day, we found our car tires wheel clamped - wasted almost an hour speaking with security and getting them to unclamp the tyres. Strangely, the bnb owner told us not to pursue the matter further with security about the illegal parker.

Skytree is a relatively new condo, we enjoyed the facilities and the overall apartment feels safe. Appreciate that Host is very responsive via whatsapp as well.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The apartments were tidy and clean. The collection of access cards were trouble free. There is a 24/7 mini-mart which can provide necessities. Location is 15 mins walking distance to AEON. Host had provided Milo 3in1 beverage.
Internet connection was not really good. Keep wardrobe doors closed while using the bathroom.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025Love the location being a few mins walk to Aeon Mall Bukit Indah with lots of shopping, food and entertainment related activities around. The apartment comes with gym, pool and free parking which is a plus.
Registering for parking, getting the QR code to park at the designated spot is a bit of a hassle and it's not easy to spot the unit number painted on the lot. The room was decently clean but it irked me to see other people's hair on the floor (none of us have long hair so seeing long hair on the floor made us cringed).

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025The host was very efficient and easy to collect the key with given instructions via whatsapp. Overall it's a clean apartment however the toilet and shower needs more cleaning especially the stains on the floor/wall edges. Definitely a great location! Very near to AEON mall and eateries, great for me and family. Will definitely come back and stay!

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025Location!!! So convenient! Petrol station, alot of food options, massage centres and Aeon Mall within walking distance. My favorite Verbena bakery is just down stairs. Many shops are just at th bottom of the apartment : optical shop, self laundry shop, bakery, Phiten shop, desserts shop, even a minimart. I saw security patrolling the floors regularly throughout our 6 days stay. Carpark felt safe with the regular present of the security guards around. The security is so observant! I was having problem scanning the access card upon arrival for a few times and the security noticed it. He eventually open the gantry for us automatically upon seeing our car returning a few times until we learnt how to use the access card properly. Host is very responsive and maintain a good communication throughout our stay. Toilet rolls and rubbish bags were promptly delivered upon request. I woke up to beautiful sunrise every morning at the apartment. Netflix is added bonus to our stay. Wifi and aircon were good throughout our stay. Apartment is conveniently location near the lift landing yet it’s still quiet.
Cleanliness!! The apartment has a very bad sewage smell upon arrival, I had to air the apartment throughout our stay and couldn’t turn on the aircon at the living room. The smell would return after a while when the balcony door is closed. I found some wet transparent substance in zipper in the kitchen drawer. Kitchen drawers also smell bad. Mold at the sealant at kitchen basin and bathroom areas which could easily cleared using the anti mold cleaning liquid. The soap holder in the shower room also could be easily clean but wasn’t done by cleaner. Host should supervise closely the cleaner’s work before the next guest arrives. Double decker beds made noise when turn during sleep so my daughter couldn’t sleep well. Master bedroom could hear traffic sound at night occasionally. Washer could use a service. Rubbish bin could use use some cleaning. Found dust at the corner of the kitchen counter and hood’s top. Sofa is not comfortable. Small flies were around the shower sublet drainage hole at the beginning of our stay, after a day or 2, it went away. I was busy cleaning away on the first few days to make our stay more comfortable for subsequent days 😅

Basic amenities like soap, cutleries, bedding and towels that were provided were of good quality. No lingering cigarette smell , so that's great of previous guests to maintain this rule.
We were given only one access card which became a hassle once the family had to go out at different times to do different things.

We had some problems with drain flies in the toilet area. I think for most people these harmless flies will not be an issue but our daughter is very scared of bugs and this made things a bit challenging I was informed by the owner that the problem has been solved now which is good.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2025The unit looks well maintained and thoughtful for guests. Switches were all nicely and clearly labeled and there was even a new dishwashing sponge to use. Check in was also easy and straightforward and the staff was very prompt in their replies.
One of the towels had a funky smell but there were no extra towels provided. It would be nice to help extra towels on site.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2025Third time staying here. Excellent as always. We stayed 3 nights this time. This is an excellent base to explore Johor Bahru. Highly recommended. Host was very responsive and friendly.
Only issue was the access card wasn't very sensitive when getting into the car park. I have stayed in another unit here and all I needed to do was to wind down my window and wave the card in front of my windscreen and the gantry would lift. For this particular unit, I have to get out of the car and wave the card almost right in front of the car parik gantry reader before it would lift and I could get out. Not a deal breaker at all but just a little inconvenient.

As a family with young kids, cleaniness is the most important key and this apartment nailed it! Other than cleaniness, the host is friendly, helpful and responsive. Fast speed WiFi. Many eateries around. It's a food paradise. Aeon is within walking distance. Hypermarkets like Lotus and TF value mart are also within walking distance. Overall, it's top notch you will have no regrets! .

Machine comes with dryer is super convenient for family size. There is laundrymat at ground level too. Quiet and not so jam as compare to mount Austin. Walking distance to eateries and Aeon
