Loud music from the restaurant on Friday night. Issues with electricity in one room but it was checked immediately and we were offered another room, no complaints at all.

Had a pleasant 1-night stay at ibis Kota Bharu. Check-in was fast and staff were very helpful and polite. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent with easy access to shops and restaurants. Definitely worth the price. Will stay again if I visit KB.

Abbiamo utilizzato questo hotel per una notte di appoggio quindi non abbiamo visitato la città. Si trova a circa 10 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto, la colazione è abbastanza ampia, la stanza spaziosa e pulita.

La struttura ha un buon potenziale, ma dovrebbe essere pulita di più. la tavoletta del Wc era ingiallita andava sostituita. mi dispiace perché alla fine non era male

massa di capelli sotto al letto, peli sul comodino, letto pizzicava mi sono dovuta mettere sotto un asciugamano, tavoletta da sostituire, e odore strano nella stanza. dovrebbe essere mantenuto meglio perché non è una brutta struttura

It is more convenient if we can access to other floor without using card. I understand it is for safety purpose, but it is still difficult if my friends/family stay at another floor and the access is restricted for us to go here and there especially to send and take stuff. But, it is still acceptable after all.

L’arredamento e la struttura sono un po datati, soprattutto la parte del bagno e della doccia. Nella stanza c’era un odore strano, come di chiuso ma in generale era abbastanza pulita. La zona circostante non è ben messa e la posizione non troppo centrale

The hotel room was clean and the staff at reception was nice and kind

Bonne literie Le coin café dans.le.hall avec de l'eau à disposition. Personnel professionnel et attentionné. Impossible de se prononcer sur la localisation car en transfert court.

Entretien à améliorer: poussière, écoulement lavabo. État général d'usage de la chambre Réglage de la climatisation impossible (trop froid) Petite piscine. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre la chambre (1207 et 1208) Pas de modèle d'emploi pour le distributeur d'eau chaude et froide

The location

It's a new hotel. Comfy bed with good amenities. There's a vending machine at the lobby to buy snacks. Has its own cafe and 7-11 around the corner.

The water dispenser inside the room couldn't dispense hot water. The hotel gave us a kettle instead. Breakfast has a good spread but food wasn't tasty.

the overall stay was pleasant, transportation was very convenient and good food everywhere.

Estándares marca IBIS. Tiene una piscina en el roof top que se agradece y un pequeño gimnasio donde poder correr en la cinta y algo más. Cercanía al aeropuerto. Cerca hay una lavandera y un centro comercial donde se puede ir a cenar, ojo a las 9 cierran las cocina y. O te sirven después en los restaurantes del centro comercial.

Service : Tranferts de l’aéroport à l’hôtel et vice versa, les tours organisés. En particulier, le chauffeur de l’hôtel, Mr Saiful qui nous était un excellent guide. Le personnel est très accueillant et efficace

La douche : on doit mettre les vêtements sur la barre à l’extérieur de la porte de la douche. Ce n’est pas confortable

La neverita de la habitacion no funcionaba. Lo peor fue el momento de la comida, llegamos tipo 14h/15h y solo habia a la carta (perfecto ya que entendiamos las horas) la chica que atendia no parecia enterarse mucho, tardaron como 20 min para 2 hanburguesas

The reception was awful. We arrived early n we were told no room is ready. So tgey told us to wait. And after 1.5 hours d rooms were ready but the Reception dudnt do anuthing about it. We expected her to get all d keys ready by then. Instead we hv to wait another 45 minutes for her to sort out d keys

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from check-in until departure. They were also very accommodating by fulfilling our request for connecting rooms, which made our stay much more convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. A nice touch was that guests can request a coffee machine, which was a great addition for coffee lovers.

The only downside was the bathroom design. The toilet and shower have glass doors with an open-concept layout, which may not offer enough privacy, especially when sharing the room with family.

Very satisfied with my stay at Ibis Styles Hotel Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The frontliner staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also has a great location with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and amenities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kota Bharu.

Everything was great during our stay. The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer more variety in the breakfast menu. Other than that, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

I was at the counter to register but during the process, it says that there is no queen bed but have a single bed. I'm unhappy..in future hope this apps must put the bed series.

It is convenient as there is a 7-11 store across the road. It is surrounded by eating places serving local coffee and food. It is walking distance to all the museums and handicraft centre plus day and nigh markets. It is a clean, safe place for all travellers. When relaxing its great to have free movies to watch in the room. The Wi-Fi connection is good. Its about 30mins ride to the airport. Its quiet and the high floor room have such a wonderful view of Kota Bharu city. I will stay again ! The image of the rooms are exactly what is reflected. Its great !

Clean and comfortable. I like that they provide water dispenser in the room instead of water bottle to preserve the environment. bed is comfortable. just small table in the room so you can't really do your work on the table/desk.

not easy to find restaurants/ cafes surrounding the hotels. u need to take the cab to find food or restaurants.

The staff are very nice and welcoming and check-in process was very smooth. The rooms were clean and the lobby area is pretty good.

The bathroom and shower in cabin style are truly awful. In a double room it’s just not comfortable, it’s tight and it offers no privacy. Especially when you consider that the surface including the sink isle could have easily been used for a proper closed bathroom instead. You pay for a hotel for a maximum of comfort, and that was just the anthesis to that. Besides, the hotel makes a lot of small cheap choices that worsen the quality of the stay, like the slippers that are made of cardboard, the all-in-one huge bottle for shampoo and shower gel etc.

The room was large, clean and very comfortable. My friends and I loved that we were provided bolsters! What an excellent touch. Also, the staff are so friendly. We loved coming back to the hotel after a day out and being greeted warmly by the front desk staff.

However the room are very bad in cleanliness, hair on the floor and mattress, toilet. Seems like never clean before, the water in the dispenser also seems like never change before. Mattress got stain, bad stain, seems like brown color stain.
