Prestige Sky Riverfront

I only like the location of the apartment & parking provided

We had a bad experience on the check in date. We already inform the property agent that we will be late as we're from KL on Friday after work. It took her 2 hours to reply my msg as when I called her abt the delay she didnt pick the call. She said it is a self check in. Once we arrived at the property & to pick up the key at the mailbox, the password was WRONG. We just randomly punch adhoc number. Tried so many times to call her but NO replied. She only answered after 1 hour & the password was missing 1 number. Please improved the communication with customer & double triple check the message that was sent to people who rented out the property

Kawasan strategik dlm bandar.

Overall, our stay at Sky Riverfront A12-5 was okay. The location, parking, and overall environment were all good and convenient. Other than the bathroom, everything else was good.

However, the bathroom definitely needs improvement. The toilet bowl was quite dirty and sticky, and there were also cobwebs in the bedroom. Hopefully, the cleanliness can be improved for future guests.

Bilik bersih.

Value for money.

Do not expect it like a hotel spotless cleanliness. But still acceptable.

Good view and unit very neat and tidy.

Cozy but coming on National Day’s eve is noisy…

One single car park taken by others and admin couldn’t settle it…

Location

A bit dusty at lamp area inside the room

Location

The pillow is too seasonal, old.. Air cond not cold

Clean, easy access, nice view, value for money

The swimming pool booking slot was very disappointing. We're waiting and suddenly raining so we can't enter into it.

Insects (charlie ant get thru the windows. Quite dangerous especially those who have sensitive skin

Location is good. Nice view. Close to shopping areas.

Room is poorly maintain. Bathroom is very dirty. Staff was not responsive and not helpful at all. She did not send me the check in instruction. We sent whatsapp, she didnt reply, we called and called she never pick up. After 40 mins she replied and not even apologize. I had to extend my stay, so I asked her if we can extend 1 more night. She only replied i sentence "Book thru Agoda or Booking.com." i asked some questions...she totally ignore it. I have never experienced someone who work in service industry as ignorant as this girl! She shouldn't be an agent for accommodation.

change the grill microwave because not funtion well .

There is still room for improvement in the cleanliness and facilities of the house. Many parts of the house facilities need to be checked and upgraded.

If you are not the very fussy type, this house should be ok to stay.

Staff x membantu langsung..kita tya dengan baik..boleh ke bg location..dia dgn nada marah2 ckp benda yg kita x paham...Ari depan Sy brthu..smbil marah...bg location semua..bile Sy tya ..mana satu apartment 3 bilik n mana satu 2bilik..x de respon..sbb blok berbeza...buat bodo.sampi sudah...sampi Sy suruh staff Sy tya..br dia balas ws tu

Mudah nak acess masuk Pak guard x cerewet

Frist sekali, rumah ni bukan Muslim Cawan ada 1 tapi sumbing Pintu tandas dan pili rosak

Proximity to town centre and going to Aeon mall. Designated parking lot. Bed was fine and everything else was tidy/ clean

The living room Aircon wasn't working. I think you could do better by installing a refillable soap & shampoo dispenser at the shower area, with a bit better quality soap/shampoo.

selesa

tidak boleh memasak

Picture and the actual condition not same . Picture shown all is good and new but in reality furniture is old and the wall is dirty , only mattress is nice

Location and nothing else

The unit has a smell till I sprayed my perfume , it’s very dirty the washroom was also dirty, the bedsheets has stain, and they were unclean as well the guard didn’t tell me on how to go to our unit spend an hour to find the lift.

Very cheap

Location

Tandas kotor, sawang di siling. Booking utk 4 org tetapi towel hanya 3 helai & tilam single tiada cadar & selimut

Rumah selesa , brg smua cukup, cuma ad semut charile je yg bhya, yg lain smua okyy , Recommend sgt rumah ni, sbb dkt dgn pekan, nk pg sme smua dkt👍👍👍👍

Lokasi sangat bagis

Self check in easy to contact. Easy to check in. Very helpfull

Ruang yg luas beserta 3 bilik yg selesa. Peralatan lengkap utk keluarga. Parking spot betul² depan pintu masuk ke lif. Tak perlu jalan jauh bw beg.

Tv tak berfungsi.

The property is overall very spacious and offers a great environment, which we appreciated during our stay. However, there are several issues that need attention.

Out of the three rooms, two were well-maintained and in good condition. Unfortunately, the master bedroom has a significant issue during heavy rain, water seeps in through the window area, resulting in noticeable puddles inside the room. In addition, both the WiFi and television were not usable throughout our stay due to technical difficulties. The shower head in the bathroom near the living area was also not functioning properly. We also appreciate the thoughtful gesture of providing tea bags and sugar. However, we noticed that the sugar container had ants inside, which was quite concerning.

Ruang yg selesa

Tandas bilik utama x bersih, internet xada, lmbt jawab msg,

Hall space

Need to change the comforter regularly..

River view is nice, near the center of kota bahru

Tv malfunction

Great location value for money

Cleanliness could be batter but over all all good will come back

Nice view. Fast respond. Most overall very satisfied👍👍

Overall very satisfied👍👍

No breakfast, comfortable room for the price,

Parking available but hassle

the view

none

Sangat dekat dgn pekan Kota Bharu.. mudah kemana2.. saya dah pernah stay sini 2x sgt selesa dan harga berpatutan.

Lift block A rosak. Rumah tingkat 17. Sangat2 menyusahkan. Kami terpaksa naik lift block B dr tingkat 2 ke tingkat P.. tular lift block A naik ke tingkat 17.

I liked this hotel mainly because of its strategic location. It’s very convenient and easy to find food nearby, which made our stay more comfortable.

However, there were several things I didn’t like. The rules were quite unreasonable. For example, we had to book a time slot just to use the swimming pool, which felt unnecessary. On top of that, the guard kept coming to check on us, which made the experience uncomfortable. Even when my child was wearing proper swimming attire, we were still told it was not suitable, which honestly didn’t make sense. The playground was also disappointing. It looked nice in the pictures, but in reality, it was in poor condition. I brought my child there around 8–9 PM, and the area was dark, even though it’s supposedly open until 9 PM. It didn’t feel safe or well-maintained.

1. Mohon disediakan Penapis Air dan Mesin Basuh bersaiz sederhana. 2. Perbaiki kerosakan kecil sedia ada seperti kunci pintu bilik air. 3. Tambah sedikit hiasan dinding bagi menceriakan lagi suasana rumah.

Liputan Siaran astro selalu terputus-putus.

View, nearest to town ,clean this 2nd time i here.

Nil

The place is clean and location is good. Great river view too.

Curtains was not fixed properly. Bedsheet a bit old.

Location and staff response to request for service on facilities like aircond and wifi.

The access to the lift lobby from the guard house. Guests have to walk up uncovered driveway exposing to hot sun or rain. It is not suitable to Senior guests and physically constraints guests. Water leaking and loose taps and stained floor tiles in toilet.

No mirror at bedroom No WiFi No coffee table

The interior design was very superb and nice . Really aesthetic look with a great location near the city centre. Very easier with self check in n check out . Overall very superbb ♥️

Maybe can change the bulb that is not functioning in the toilet and also infront of room .

Outside view

Location in KB town

Poor in term of cleanest. During my check in, we found in bedroom with dust and hair & the comforter smell bad like long time did not clean. I can conclude the house keeping did not clean the premise before my check in. Very very poor on this. During my 5 days of stay, there no house keeping come in or ask us to clean the premise & no facility such as dustpan & shovel for us to do our own cleaning.

The apartment view was excellent

The house unit is quite dirty with black hairs on the floor in bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom is not well maintained as dirt with black spots / fungus on the floor and wall, with spiderweb on the ceiling. Stayed there for 5d4n, only 4 small mineral water (250ml) provided.

Nothing

Not proper maintain

No washing machine. The homestay should provide waching machine

toilet floor slippery and water pipe leaking, no washing machine.

air-conditioner and internet facilities.

I like because its near to the town and the bed was so comfy and the cleanliness is okay.

Do not provide the wifi.
