De kamer was precies goed qua ruimte en voorzieningen. Prima functionerende en stille airco. Zeer vriendelijk en professioneel personeel.

Te prominent aanwezige parfum in de gangen. Het westerse gedeelte van het ontbijt zou uitgebreider kunnen. De gym en zwembad zijn goed maar veel te klein.

Nothing about the hotel itself, but the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. We made a reservation in the morning for the same evening. Later that day, due to unexpected transportation issues that left us stranded in another area, we called the hotel to ask whether it would be possible to modify our booking. On the phone, we were initially told that a modification was possible. However, the staff member abruptly hung up before providing any details, and despite multiple attempts, we were unable to reach anyone again. As a result, we went to the hotel in person to discuss the situation and see whether the reservation could be adjusted as we had first been told. The experience only became more frustrating. First, communication was extremely difficult. The staff spoke very limited English, and we ultimately had to rely on translation tools to have even a basic conversation. For a hotel positioning itself at this standard and price level, this is simply unacceptable. Second, after being passed around between reception staff and the manager, we were ultimately told that no modification was possible after all. The explanation given was that it was due to “Booking regulations” and therefore supposedly beyond their control. What is most frustrating is not even the refusal itself. It is the complete lack of consistency, accountability, and willingness to help. We were first told that a modification was possible, then ignored on the phone, then made to come to the hotel in person, only to be told the opposite. The whole situation felt unnecessarily complicated and poorly handled. For a hotel of this standing, I expected far better customer service and much more professionalism.

Welcoming. Great facilities. Classy

it's a new hotel in Sumbar. I choose to stay both at Bukittingi & Kota Padang. It's suprise me how comfort this hotel. Staff also very helpfull & friendly. I love Santika Bukitinggi which have a very great rooftop view. Also variaty of breakfast at both hotel. Surely i'll stay again at Santika when i came back to Sumbar. Keep it up a please maintain this good service guys!

Vriendelijke en hulpvaardige medewerkers. Mooie ruime kamer met groot balkon, goed bed en prima douche. Goedwerkende airconditioning, redelijk goede wifi, waterkoker en koelkast aanwezig. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Er was geen ruimte in het restaurant in verband met Iftar

Sehr schönes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, wahrscheinlich das beste der Stadt

Zimmer war recht klein. Beim Frühstück konnte man sich kaum unterhalten, da 20 Motorräder vor der Tür die ganze Zeit Krach gemacht haben. Das Personal hat hier leider nichts gesagt ~ 10-15 min lang

Het meeste personeel aan de receptie spreekt erg slecht Engels.

Receptionist is very bad..I was about to check in at 2:30PM but the reception said my room isn’t ready yet.. he ask me to wait until ready. With my condition was not feeling well since travel from malaysia, my kids too. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes, no drinks was served as a token of their late room readiness. It’s totally doesnt meet my expectation for 4 stars hotel. Frustrated with the service. Also the room is to simple. Not recommend for anyone to stay here. ☹️

Very nice hotel,staff very welcoming .cleaniness okay.maybe management have to check once a while bathrooms ,cause we had a bad shower ,had to hold the hot water handle if not will be very hot or coldwater.The breakfast was not up to standard maybe because we are there at Ramadhan time,some food looks dry etc.

I suggest do not stay while their public holiday or during eid, so noisy and the hotel short of staff, iron, towel and etc. Actually i booked 2 month before, but the rate shocked me, the hotel charged as peak season rate, so be aware about their fishy things. I do not recommend.

The breakfast spread was fantastic.

The bathroom was too dim . More lighting required .

Bed was too soft, not enough back support. Had noise from outside on two nights. Thankfully it finished, but was unavoidable.

The location. Near to places we wanted to go. The hotel is very generous with the breakfast. The verity of food is good.

B/fast is not special. Location is good.

When we check in the staff didnot tell us that the hotel is having hot water problem. So, when we wanted to have a shower, no hot water and it was already late night. When we complain, no one told us that the hotel were having the problem since the day before.

The property is good, clean and modern.

The food a Singgalang lounge is terrible. We had two meals and both were too salty until I needed to ask hot water to watered down the salty soup.

Nice rooftop restaurant and bar, clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Certainly one of the best hotels in town.

Noisy ventilation system

This is my first time staying in Santika Bukittinggi and I felt so happy while all the team here are so friendly and helpfull especially ; Bapak Alik Hidayat as GM , mas Marjuki, mbak Pratiwi Adityarini, mas ⁠Lailan Dani. mas Antoni, mas Zian and others team. The pizza chicken and mushroom are recomended also for the burger taste tender, the room so clean and cozy will come back again here thank you santika

Stayed here for 3 nites, 1st nite we have the executive , balcony rooms. Since we get rooms at 3rd level, Our view , rusty roof of the houses surrounding the hotel, but next day we get to change to higher floor. clean, big comfortable bed . The restaurant in the 9th floor, very comfortable, but serving of food very slow, tastes not as ecpected. Excellent view , live music . We can hear clearly , love the Azan( call for prayer) from the mosque near htl. Thank you.

We booked 5 rooms and requested for nearby rooms many months ago but it was ignored. It made a bit inconvenient for us.

Should be luxury hotel. But good in restaurant was cold. Breakfast was OK but buffet bit cold as well. But fresh made items were good. Swimming pool very small and only 2 beds. Other day were 3 beds!!! Shower was broken, but did forget we asked for repair in the morning. So in Evening with much problems finally fixed. But also airco was dripping. Location is OK, but only reachable is more tourist and better class area. So don't see anything about real daily life and also nog from lower city part. Need to go there by car. After all very disappointing stay in this hotel. For the high price and new hotel certainly not to recommend.

This our first time having staycation at hotel santika bukit tinggi. We booked 2 rooms for family. We got connecting room. We happy and absolute check in at hotel santika. Staff very friendly, cleanliness,location strategy and near shop.
