The bedrooms needed cabinets or shelves to put our belongings on. There was very little counter space in the bathrooms. Shelves or a small multi tier table would have been helpful.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The staff here was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I had all the assistance I needed. During a typhoon warning, they ensured that extra water, a water tank, and a light were distributed. The room was clean and funtional, and the shower heater kept the water at a perfect temperature. I would absolutely stay here again!
The parking situation is rough, even for Japan. There is not enough room for everyone to park safely in every designated spot. The only other negative I can think of is not having a shelf or anywhere to store clothes.

Located just a five-minute walk from the sea wall, it offers spectacular views from the third floor and above, while still being close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and readily accessible taxis for a quick trip to American Village. The room itself made traveling a breeze, featuring ultra-comfortable beds and pillows, a grand bathroom, and a spacious layout complete with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and incredibly convenient in-room laundry.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Everything was perfect! I had to change my check out to one day earlier and they were super nice to give me a refund! The meal coupon are also great as they are in the best local restaurant! If you want to dive or/and surf this location is perfect! Of course everything was super clean and the room very spacious! Would definitely go back!
They clean room only 3/4 days which is totally fine but also they don't come to take out the trash or give new towels.. I also didn't ask for it, but if I have to find something this could be something to improve. Minor thing though!

Reviewed May 28, 2026This place was ok - it didn't look like any of the advertised pictures though. The apartments are very industrial. I did have a kitchenette & laundry in the room which was great. It was also clean - it was ok for a night. It's about a 30-40 minute walk from the American Village - it does have parking but was busy. The staff were friendly & helped me check in
It was little too industrial for me (I wish they has put pictures of the actual rooms) & a bit far out from the American Village

Reviewed May 10, 2026房間真的比想像中還有寬敞舒適，早上起來往落地窗一看非常明亮，是一個理想又齊全的房間。
入住第二天晚上有奇怪的人翻過飯店停車場的鐵柵欄，站在那裡注視著我們，上樓之後還聽見他在嚎叫的聲音，因為進大廳的自動門跟上樓的電梯都不用刷卡，所以會有點安全的顧慮。

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026アップグレードしていただきました。短い滞在でしたが素晴らしい滞在となりました。部屋付きの洗濯乾燥機は、子連れには本当にありがたく感じました。朝食は、天気さえ良ければホテル近辺を散歩しながらいただけるのでとても新鮮でした。 アメリカンビレッジも車で数分。道もわかりやすい！！
バスタブも素敵でしたが、未就学の子供には少し高さがあって、出入りに危なさを感じました。踏み台があると助かりました。

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026This is my 4th time back and the reason I keep coming back is because of the super comfortable rooms (I've stayed in 3 different types and they are all excellent), the washing machine/dryer in the room, great bed, location (close to many great cafes and the ocean), and easy access via local bus from Naha Airport. The staff are all great--they always try to do something special like early check-in when possible for me. Truly appreciate this sanctuary.

室内の総面積で考えると広いようだが、2ベッドルームとリビングが完全に仕切られているし、2ユニットバスなので、1部屋ずつとしては狭かった。リビングダイニングも狭い。各寝室にテレビもないし、リビングに集まっても、ソファーが2.3人掛けなので、誰かはダイニングチェアに座らないといけないのでくつろげない。

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check In kann über einen Schalter erledigt werden - easy, schnell und unkompliziert. Anstatt eines eigenen Frühstücks bieten sie Voucher an, welche man in Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe einlösen kann. Das war eine super Idee! So konnten wir jeden Tag selbst entscheiden, auf was wir Lust haben oder ob wir frühstücken oder doch lieber Mittag essen. Der Wert der Gutscheine reichte uns gut aus! Ich kann das Good Day Coffee wärmstens empfehlen! Das Zimmer war schön groß und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Sogar eine eigene Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel. Außerdem war es super super sauber! Da ich aus der Branche komme, bin ich sehr pingelig und kann sagen, dass hier hygienisch alles tip top ist und wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Das kommt nicht oft vor! Es gab günstig Fahrräder zum Ausleihen. In der Lobby gibt es eine Getränkeautomat. Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Wasseraufbereitungsanlage. Das war super! Ich hatte noch nie so weiches und hochwertiges Wasser in Meeresnähe!

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025L'appartamento di per se' e' ok e ha una bella vista sul mare. I letti sono comodi e lo staff (quando presente) e' cordiale. Ottima la lavatrice/asciugatrice presente in camera.
La posizione e' scomodissima (avevamo visto da maps che era un po' fuorimano ma non pensavamo cosi' tanto e la zona non e' bella), piu' che altro le biciclette presenti in struttura non vengono offerte gratuitamente anzi non costa poco affittarle. Non ci sono servizi navetta per la zona piu' centrale (American Village). L'hotel manca totalmente di servizi, non puo' definirsi hotel ma affitta camere/appartamenti al massimo!! E il costo pertanto e' decisamente eccessivo per cio' che viene offerto. Non viene offerto un servizio colazione, vengono dati dei coupon (di valore troppo basso per il costo effettivo pax) da utilizzare in locali convenzionati ma sono pochi, di bassa qualita' e spesso avevano gia' troppi clienti per poterci servire e abbiamo dovuto vagare a piedi per trovare altre soluzioni. Quindi non esiste il servizio colazione pur avendolo pagato caro!! Inoltre, quanto abbiamo pagato in fase di prenotazione per la colazione non e' pari al valore dei coupon assegnati. Non c'e' nemmeno un bagno nella reception, quando abbiamo effettuato il check out non abbiamo potuto usare un bagno li' e anzi ci e' stato detto di uscire e cercare nei locali vicini (a quell'ora del giorno erano tutti chiusi) e per noi questo e' stato davvero sconveniente e poco carino. Non c'e' alcun servizio di pulizia, non sostituiscono gli asciugamani e le lenzuola (anche per i soggiorni lunghi come il nostro di 4-5 notti) e deve essere il cliente stesso a lasciare la spazzatura fuori dalla stanza ogni mattina. La cucina e' veramente limitata e non ci sono abbastanza piatti o pentole per cucinare. Non e' possibile pulire in autonomia l'appartamento - soprattutto il bagno - perche' non vengono forniti gli utensili/prodotti se non un piccolo raccoglipolvere che non funziona sul pavimento del bagno, in quanto ruvido/grezzo.
