ベッドが硬い　 ウォシュレットが欲しい

隔音並不非常好會聽到飛機、海潮的聲音，然而對我來說其實是加分的，坐在房裡吹著冷氣翹著腳，無所事事的悠哉望著大海，非常放鬆。入住時接待的人員很親切！

有提供腳踏車租借，然而是比較老舊的車，坐墊不好調整，也沒有車燈。只是去超市用一下還可以，想騎遠一點、在海邊兜風、或是晚上騎乘就不太建議了。

アメリカンビレッジにも程近く、観光客が比較的少ない場所にある。 波の音が窓を閉じていても聞こえる。ヒーリングになってとても良い。 近くにご飯屋さんがたくさんあり、便利。

タオルやシーツが臭う。タオルは半乾きなのか臭う。 シーツは、毎回変えていない？のか前回使った人の臭いが強いのか、ほんのりおじさん臭がした。 3階は、洗濯機や自販機が置いてあり、人が来ると物音、足音がした。

今回二度目の宿泊でしたが、マットレスが非常に合って毎晩よく眠れました。

Friendly staff, good cleanliness, and good value for money. The restaurant even lent me a camping chair because there was no outdoor furniture on the balcony, which I really appreciated. And the view is fabulous.

The double room was quite small, there was no balcony furniture, and opening the balcony door quickly made the floor wet because of the high humidity. The hotel is also directly under the US Air Force flight path, so aircraft noise can be noticeable. It was disappointing that the room rate more than doubled when I wanted to extend my stay.

L’emplacement et la vue sont magnifiques

Location! Location, great atmosphere along the foreshore. The sounds of US airforce aircraft's so close by. Free washing machine & dryer Clean and very comfortable stay. Microwave and free filtered water available near the lift. Plenty of restaurants near by and the ground floor of the hotel. Very close to Kadena base Local buses to and from American villege or nice to walk there too.

タオルの貸出が無料な点、お部屋にお水が用意されている点。台風で外に出るのが怖かったが、自動販売機が館内にあり飲食物を購入できた。

オーシャンビューで窓からの景色がとても素敵だった！ スタッフの方の笑顔が良く、施設の案内がわかりやすかったです。 タオルなどは一階から持っていっていいのでとても助かりました！

全体的に壁が薄い？のか 外の声が丸聞こえで洗濯機の音がとてもうるさかったです… 深夜には洗濯機は稼働していなかったのでその分では問題なかったです！ ホテルの場所も関係しているのか、米軍？海外の方がとても多く爆音で走る車の音や大声で英語を話しているのが夜になると増えました…

Check in experience was smooth. The provided laundry machines were great, however they had a rule about not using them past 10pm. The view from the balcony was great, and the inside of the room is not fully visible from the street so I could enjoy the sunset from the balcony in relative privacy.

Man kann auf das Meer blicken, allerdings kann man es kaum genießen. Beim Check Out nach einer Nacht, obwohl ich 3 Nächte gebucht hatte, wurde ich gefragt ob ich in ein Partnerhotel umziehen möchte aber ich wollte von diesem Ort nur noch weg.

Der Geruch im Zimmer war absolut ekelhaft und kaum auszuhalten, als ob irgendetwas faul oder schimmelig wäre. Dazu kommt die ganze Zeit Rauch von dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ins Zimmer, wenn man das Fenster öffnet. Der Balkon ist dreckig und hat nichts zu bieten, nicht mal ein Stuhl. Es waren hunderte, wenn nicht tausende kleine Fliegen im Zimmer. Die Jets des amerikanischen Militärs fliegen den halben Tag über das Hotel. Habe 3 Nächte gebucht

Estar de frente para o mar e ver o por do sol foi uma experiência muito boa. Funcionários excelentes!

房間很大，面海很棒，早上天氣好的話可以去沙灘走走

晚上風切聲超大，以為像是颱風，晚上要戴耳機才勉強入睡，建議淺眠者慎重考慮，我是不會想再來住，很可惜旅館那麼不錯

何より景色がいい。

駐車場が足りないことと、コンビニが近くにないことくらいです。

附近很多位置可以停，就算飯店的停車位都停滿也不用擔心。房間門外有設置垃圾桶，不用怕垃圾太多沒辦法處理。員工都非常友善，遇到問題非常熱心幫忙處理。

The Restaurant downstairs is Excellent and have Good Vibes.

During our stay the water supply starts to get very low at about 11pm. Next morning totally no more water supply. Have to use the Guest toilet on the 1st floor at Reception. Learnt from staffs there was some problems with the Water tank. We cancelled our stay and checked out. The hotel staffs were kind to offer solutions and refund for cancellations. I think its a Love Motel. I guess most motels along the Chatan beach are Love Motels. Rooms are Dark and Gloomy. Floors are Sticky. Not very convenient to go out at all. Needs to walk quite a distance unless you drive. No Konbinis avaliable within 2kms. But if you like just looking at the sea I guess its fine.

Not recommended at all. The building is old and run-down, and the surrounding area feels very deserted. Almost no soundproofing — constant fighter jet noise late at night 🆘 Parking downstairs was often unavailable. Definitely one of the worst stays I've ever had. Hard to justify charging over 10,000 yen per night. 正直おすすめできません。建物は古く、周辺もかなり不便でした。防音がほとんどなく、夜中に戦闘機のような音が頻繁に聞こえてきて気になりました🆘。駐車場も使えないことが多かったです。1泊1万円以上の価格としては高く感じました。 临时找的住宿。在一栋破旧的公寓楼 非常荒芜周围什么都没有！毫无隔音 半夜持续有战斗机飞过的声音🆘 楼下停车场也经常无法使用。人生中住过最离谱的酒店Best3 无法用语言形容有多烂www

洗濯、乾燥が終わっても、中身をいれっぱなしにする人がいて、なかなか使えなかった。

景色がとにかく良かったです！ バルコニーに椅子があったらもっと良かったかなと思います。 凄く綺麗な海をバルコニーから眺めるのが本当に癒しになりました。

タオルの匂いが気になりました。 あとお風呂の通気口から茶色い雫が気になりました。

Restaurant in the hotel. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to grocery store. Ocean view, and incredibly affordable.

Room is smaller compared to typical American Hotels, but still cozy.

Everyone was super helpful and was outstanding!

The only thing I didn't care for was the hard beds. Coming from America, having hard beds like that is difficult to get used to when you have back issues/surgery.

素晴らしい東シナ海のオーシャンビューが見える。受付の人も親切でした。 ホテルの下にあるアメリカンスタイルのレストランも朝から利用できて便利。 周辺がおそらくアメリカ人の居住区のため、海外気分を味わえる。ホテルの周囲でほとんど日本人を見かけなかった。 嘉手納基地のすぐそばのため、時間帯によっては米軍の「轟音」がすさまじい。沖縄基地問題について身をもって体感することができる。

My stay at the Hotel Sunset American was excellent! Every interaction with the staff was terrific. They were super kind, whether it was checking in, helping answer questions, scheduling a taxi, checking out, etc. The location was perfect. Just walk across the street and you can take a leisurely walk along the ocean. The Amercian Village is a little more than a mile walk down along the coast. If I have the opportunity to return to Okinawa, I will definitely return to the Hotel Sunset American.

I didn’t receive a receipt for the payment, so it was difficult for me to justify the expense for my work in Japan.

It was right on the waterfront about 30 mins pleasant walk to the American Village. Good seaview. Average size for a single room. Good shower, good wi- fi. Washing machine and microwave were available in the shared corridor.It was good for the price and location.

TV was not smart and only had a few local channels. With the balcony door open you often got the smoke from the BBQ restaurant downstairs. No chair on the balcony.Room service every few days.

The location is around a 15 minute walk to Kadena AB. There is a lot of activities near the location. So many restaurants and eating location in the area.

The rooms are a little small but good enough for one person. Has a lot of the amenities.

Super gelegen, direkt am Strand. Beim Einchecken habe ich ein Upgrade erhalten, mit Blick aufs Meer. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Habe um weitere drei Nächte verlängert. Parkplatz war auch vorhanden, als ich mir einen Mietwagen holte. An der Rezeption kann man Fahrräder mieten, was ich auch mal gemacht habe.
