our 2de time in Vida beach and again we had a great time, a lot of Russians who don't know how to behave but if you have people like like Mawoj at the beach Mary & Anil at the restaurant they are making the difference. Food was more than good and I would like to say thanks to the Head of kitchen for taking extra care of my complicated wife. Also a wonderful shisha maker in around so Nabil TOP, and not to forget Sadam en Serangs(Bar) for all they did to us. a overall excellent holiday and thx to all the personnel of the Vida Beach for making from our holidays a succes

The place was nice, and with a good ambiance. The staffs were accommodating and friendly. Since it was our first time, Mr. Nalpu showed us around the place and made sure our needs were catered well. Will surely be back.

Spent the day at the pool and beachclub of the hotel. We were received by Nalin and took care of my parents and baby througout. Will be back very soon. Such a great day!

An elegant and intimate hotel. A pleasant atmosphere prevails, and the staff strives to make every moment a pleasant experience. Special mention should be made of the professional and attentive service provided by Anil and his colleagues, Pavan and Arshad. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. The beach is sandy, with a gentle slope, and the water is exceptionally warm in September. The pool also deserves praise – comfortable loungers, pleasant and clean water. The lobby is spacious and tastefully decorated. The food is delicious, although there's not much choice and is repetitive. The only downsides are the lack of variety and the lack of snacks at the pool bar (drinks only) – but these are minor drawbacks compared to the many positives of this place. We had a very enjoyable vacation!

Stage 2 and Pool Bar at Vida Umm Al Quwain is a beautiful spot, especially because of its stunning beachside location. The view of the sea is calm and refreshing, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The beach is clean, peaceful, and gives you that perfect getaway vibe away from the busy city. Whether it’s for a walk, some quiet time or just to soak in the sunset, the location truly adds a special charm to the experience. Had booked this Resort for a family get together. The property was good with some amazing views. We enjoyed a lot. The staff was a great help and made sure that we had a perfect stay. Definitely coming back to create some great memories. 10/10 Recommended.

I stayed for 2 nights at Vida Hotels and had a wonderful experience. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels before, I can truly say that Vida lives up to every point of a 5-star standard. The stay was good and comfortable... Rooms where neat... Hotel has maintained neatness full time. Lot of life guard on beach and pool. Smiling staff. Positive Great breakfast, nice beach and pool. Negative Timing for room service is too late. Even luggage when checked in came 20 min late and that too following up twice. Lobby was not a/c cool enough for a five star hotel. Appreciate a covered car park for guest car park.

My family and I recently stayed at Vida Beach Resort in Umm Al Quwain, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is well-maintained, with all facilities in top condition. The private beach is beautiful, clean, and well-supervised by a lifeguard, providing a safe and relaxing environment. The swimming pool was also well-kept and enjoyable. The overall ambiance of the resort is calm and inviting, making it a perfect getaway spot. A special mention goes to Mr. Hamza at the reception, whose warm and professional service made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. On behalf of the hotel management, he kindly arranged a birthday cake for my wife, as her birthday happened to fall on the same day. His courteous manner and helpful attitude truly enhanced our stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing beachside holiday.

We met with captain nadi (hotel staff) when we were playing in the pool and he was great with all of the guests. He created a fun pool activities for all of us.

Vida is a nice hotel, we like the room, open widow, it is easier to see the beach. Beside room, there is a swimming pool, very clean water. I like swimming every day. As a chinese, i met different color friend living here, we talk about Abric food and culture and chinese culture. It is a amazing hotel and value living here.

We stayed at Vida Beach Resort Umm Al Quwain with family after a friend highly recommended it, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The breakfast buffet was fantastic — a great variety of fresh and flavorful options to suit everyone’s taste, from kids to adults. The setting was relaxed and inviting, with beautiful beach views. What made the experience even better was the staff — so friendly, attentive, and always happy to assist especially warmly welcomed Hostess. Their warm hospitality really stood out. Perfect for a family getaway, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

This is our 2nd visit to the hotel. Undoubtedly the best hotel in UAQ area. Mr Lakmal welcome us with a simple note kept in our room , which is really a nice gesture . Vindana - with a pleasant smile served us even in 38 c degree temperature. The amazing cocktails served by him are unforgettable. Special thanks to Naas and Alia too for their pleasant service. They manage the hotel at excellent level in terms of Foods ( still remember the yummy beef dish ) sanity of the rooms , ambience , infinity pool, kids play area . Requesting lil more attention on the Kids’ pool . Dining area ( outside) is perfect for the instagram users. Further the safety measures taken for the guests are also satisfactory. Inviting everyone to enjoy your local staycation at Vida UAQ.

Easy access from Pool to Beach, great customer service. A lot of water activities. We had Aquazumba and it was fun and free Popsicles.

An amazing weekend from the minute we checked in with Zohair upgrading us for our anniversary and Alia in Origins making sure we were well catered for. The little touches the hotel did from the minute you checked in were amazing, booked again to revisit for birthdays as it’s now our favourite little haven in Dubai. Worthy of the 5 stars and more. I visited the facility to discuss the possibility to book a restaurant and/or beach access with family and friends as a neighbor of the hotel in UAQ. I was welcomed with smile and a very positive attitude of the staff! At the Spa, I received a detailed price list with the different options. Extremely superb. We loved the stay over 2 nights. Everything from A to Z was wonderfully amazing from warm welcoming at reception by the team specially Sanisia, Shojib and Zohair and the entertainment activities at the pool by Nady. Housekeeping was very helpful and attending our calls to the operator by Maya. Many thanks for the amazing stay. Will definitely visit and stay again and recommend the resort to friends and connection.

Even before our arrival at the resort, we'd receive welcome messages asking if we needed anything extra, like pillows, if we were celebrating a special occasion, our arrival time, etc. Simple things, but they make a difference. The hotel is very cozy, with beach and pool, and large and clean rooms. The breakfast has everything and more than you could possibly eat. Nothing to complain about. it The staff are the best part, especially those in the restaurant and cleaning. Miss Alia, who welcomed us during evening for dinner, another dinner employee whose name I didn't get, as well as the breakfast staff, the guy who makes the freshly squeezed "ABC" juices, the other gentleman whe made omelets, the other gentleman who makes the coffee and everyone else are incredible people who always deserve the best.

There is a girl named Amal, she is very bad. I asked her for a glass of water and she did not bring it and she spoke to me in a very bad way.

Dined in at Origins restaurant, lovely staff, their attentiveness made my wife’s and my evening date an enjoyable evening. A special mention to Amal, Vindana and Doreen for being impeccable and generous with their hospitality and service.

We stayed here for four nights as we had been to many parts of the UAE but had never visited Umm Al Quwain. We arrived by taxi and had a warm and friendly greeting where our luggage was taken and we were introduced to reception. We arrived around 8am and check in was not until the afternoon but they kindly accommodated us early and showed us to our room. The room was nice but a bit rough around the edges (see some pictures) with damaged tiles and a damaged door stop in the bathroom, and some poor finishes around the room. The room seemed more like four star quality rather than five star but was still very clean and pleasant. There are USB sockets in the bedroom, an iron and ironing board, a safe, and bottled water, which are all useful. We were impressed by house keeping who kept the room immaculate during our stay, and who were even kind enough to hang our wet swimwear outside. The hotel itself all looks nice and smells divine. There is a large reception, a gym, a spa and a restaurant. We were staying on an all inclusive basis and food we had was all reasonably good quality and tasty - with a buffet breakfast, a small lunchtime menu that rotated every three days, and a buffet dinner. We found the food quite repetitive but it’s a small hotel so we understand that they cannot compete with the buffets at bigger resorts, however, the food was always fresh and warm. I do think if you are staying on an all inclusive basis you should be able to order food around the pool, as the menu was not much different from the lunch menu in the restaurant and I feel a five star hotel should include this option without additional cost. I also feel that the cocktails on offer are too limited and far more should be included for all inclusive guests at a 5 star hotel. The beach is quiet and a really enjoyable experience - the lifeguards were so obliging always offering us towels and helping us to be comfortable. The sea is quite rocky but still a lovely experience. A few of the staff really made our stay so incredible and are absolute assets to the hotel. Suranga at the pool bar showed us exceptional kindness and customer service. He was honestly one of the best hotel employees we have come across. He seemed genuinely pleased to see everyone, remembered our drink choices, brought replacements over to us when he saw our empty glasses and was such a delight to be around. We really noticed the difference on his day off without him. Baya who greeted us into the restaurant at mealtimes was such a delight. She remembered our names and room number from our first meeting and showed exceptional customer service. If I owned a hotel, I would want her to manage it! She was wonderful and her lovely smile and kindess made us look forward to seeing her. We also loved Santos and Azar who worked in the restaurant, who were so efficient and welcoming and constantly made sure we had what we needed and were comfortable, topping up our drinks and showing an interest in us, while some others who worked in the restaurant showed little interest and never used their initiative if we had empty glasses or were waiting to order like Santos and Azar did. They were both great assets to the restaurant and showed great kindness. Overall it’s a great hotel but I do think after more than a couple of nights there, you are likely to be bored of the food and drinks on offer, and the lack of atmosphere and entertainment in the evenings. Even if they just had someone playing an instrument for an hour each evening, it would improve the atmosphere at night and make it something to look forward to. It was disappointing that the rooftop bar is closed for the summer as in the evening you only really have the restaurant and it’s outdoor patio to sit at in the evening. There wasn’t really any waiter service in the evenings outside offering drinks so it meant that we’d take one drink outside and then go up to bed which is fine for a night or two but a bit boring for a longer stay. There is a chargeable coffee bar in reception that seemed to be unused the majority of the time and I think it would be better to change it to a full bar that the all inclusive guests could use for more variety. The swimming pool is nice but is invaded by children late in the afternoon which makes it noisy - there is a children’s splash pool but it seems to be relatively unused. It would be great if they could put an adults only pool in but I realise that space may be limited. Overall, I’d say the hotel is more like four star quality, but the four staff that I mentioned above helped to give us a five star experience. Thank you to Suranga, Baya, Santos and Azar for making our experience so wonderful. I also recommend asking reception in the hotel to introduce you to Malik, a local driver who was so kind, driving us around during our stay, for a great price. If you want a change from the hotel food I recommend Crab & Crack as an affordable local diner type restaurant that sells delicious seafood boils.

Overall great hotel service staff, Hassan served me shisha and he was very attentive without asking for more charcoal he comes and replace it and always he made sure that iam comfortable. Thank you Vida for the great hospitality ❤️

The hotel is stylish and not too large. The rooms are pristine clean and comfortable. The beach and pool are nice. The staff is polite. Special thanks to Alia, the restaurant manager! She was extremely observant and helpful to us and other guests!

The hotel is ideal for a family vacation, it's very calm and quiet here, we rest with very small children, teenagers, grandparents. There are activities in the form of yoga, volleyball, water polo, but no one actively shouts or calls them, they calmly invite you personally. There is a hammam, a spa and a gym, everything new is clean and beautiful. The staff is very helpful and nice. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and fresh, there is no wildly spicy and salty food, everything is adapted to the European taste. I especially liked the work of manager Aliya, always ready to help quickly, very sweet and responsive. There is not a single unpleasant episode related to the staff, everyone is very open and responsive!

A secluded property in UAQ and a less busier resort during Ramadan period. Great service provided by staff in all departments. Majority of the guest were Russian couples or families. I am sure the hotel would have had this feed back earlier - why aren’t there any plug points near the Desk both in the living area and the bedroom? If one is working it’s very inconvenient and would need an extension cord. Secondly how is the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser designed. Once can hardly get much on their fingers as the locking bracket has a very close to the nozzle and one must pump 2 ml of liquid at a time for use.

I've stayed in many hotels worldwide and i have never experienced such high levels of service before. Everyone who works here is friendly, appears to genuinely want to do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable and goes that extra mile to do so. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are modern and spacious and I really loved having Netflix, Apple Tv and Amazon Prime to watch in the evenings. The pool area is very pretty and the water was a lovely temperature. We stayed during Ramadan so there was no drink or food service to the pool and beach areas. If you wanted something you had to go to the pool bar to order and collect it. Initially I was a bit disappointed by this but the pool bar staff were so amazing it was always a joy to go up there. They knew my name, my room number and even knew my favourite dishes to order for lunch which were the absolutely delicious feta and watermelon salad and the fattoush salad. So I want to give a massive shout out to Suranga and Mohan who were the two loveliest bar staff ever. They clearly love their jobs and love the guests and I totally loved them. There is nothing to do outside of the hotel and its a pretty barren landscape so this really is a stay in the hotel and enjoy the sun, pool and sea holiday. My friend and I were the only Brits in the hotel with the other guests being mainly Russian with a handful of Germans. We had a look at a beachfront chalet and it was really gorgeous. The beach is ok. It's quite narrow and it's not like a traditional sea view as there is land quite near in front of it with buildings on it. The food was ok, some things were really good and others not so. The salads were particularly good and it was relatively easy to eat heathily if you wanted. It did get a bit monotonous after a week on the all inclusive and it's not like other all inclusive's I've been to where you get extra snacks in the afternoon or you can have anything on the menu as for example the pool bar had an a la carte menu and then a reduced down menu for all inclusive. The Spa was lovely and the 30 mins back massage was much more affordable than the other 60 mins massages. If you ask, you can go early and have a steam first which I really enjoyed. After your massage you sit in a lovely relaxation area and are brought tea and offered snacks which was a great touch.

Such an amazing hotel! Great facilities, lovely staff, impeccable service. 10/10 can highly recommend! Santos waitering in the restaurant, Euegenes omelettes in the morning, Aliya and Bea greeting us every morning at breakfast, Dev at the reception helping us with our room and Rakshya at the Kids Club. Amazing people all of them and they made our stay truly memorable. My son Adam still speaks of Rakshya and Santos! The hotel is perfect for children (age up to 4) and we will most certainly return next year.

Séjour parfait à l’hôtel La Vida, Mr Samir nous a superbement accueilli et nous a même surclassé pour la célébration de nos 5ans avec mon partenaire. Des les premiers pas dans l’hôtel, nous nous sommes sentis dans un cocon de relaxation avec piscine et mer au choix pour la journée et les activités nautiques et sportives à disposition. Le cours de tennis est top et le bar rooftop très sympa pour les soirées. Seul bémol, le café du petit déjeuner, pas très bon, donc nous avons opté pour le thé, le reste était plus que parfait :)

Fuldstændig fantastisk oplevelse! Absolut et hotel som jeg vil anbefale. Dev tog godt imod os i receptionen, og sørgede for at vi intet manglede under opholdet. Aliya var helt enormt serviceminded og hjalp med alt i restauranten. Både Dev og Aliya kunne huske vores navne, og vidste at jeg havde glutenallergi, - helt enormt overskud! Kevin og Arshad sørgede for god betjening. Vi kommer klart igen.

Staff are super helpful, hotel is stunning - super clean and modern with a great variety of facilities. Beach is lovely as too is the pool. Good number of loungers for everyone. Lifeguards really helpful and smiley. Food in the hotel is beautiful at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend for a super chilled break. Not much in the area but the hotel is fantastic.

We had a very nice sea view room with twin beds. The room is spacious. The hotel has private beach. No bathtubs in standard rooms. The hotel’s design in beige colors is really nice.

A great place to relax and enjoy the beach

Die Ankunft um 8 Uhr morgends war der reinste Horror. Keine verfügbaren Zimmer vor 15 Uhr, eine volle Hotellobby bedingt durch Abreisen und ein sehr unfreundlicher Empfangsmitarbeiter- der uns 3 Zimmer nach 12 Uhr für einen erheblichen Kostenaufschlag für besagte, ehere Nutzung von 3 Stunden früher anbot. Das Hotel selbst ist schön, allerdings mangelt es hier und da an Hygiene und alles, trotz HP kostet beim Frühstück einen Aufschlag. Selbst Wasser mit Kohlensäure. Bedingt durch externe Badegäste (Day Spa) kommt es bei regem Betrieb zu Engpässen beim Service und zu langen Wartezeiten. Das Essen bei gebuchter HP ist äußerst eintönig. Man kann tagtäglich aus einer Karte von 3 bzw 4 Gerichten je Gang auswählen. Ordert man dann auf Selbstkosten beispielsweise Roomservice, bezahlt man für eine Flasche Prosecco 300 AED und wartet 40 Minuten darauf. Selbst der Erhalt eines simplen Eiscafés in der Lobby war nach 20 Minuten erst möglich. Zum krönenden Abschluß nach 9 Nächten wurden gefragt, ob wir Bademäntel kaufen wollten?! Diese erhielten wir auf unseren 3 Zimmern nicht ersetzt, nach Benutzung und Bitte um Austausch an Tag 2 !! Wohl fehlen diese offenbar öfters nach Check Outs...

Great property and amazing staff. Zouhir was very welcoming and helped me find my sunglasses that I forgot in the washroom. Great weekend overall.

It was the perfect place to stay for a relaxed few days away from the hassle and bustle of Dubai. An easy drive out from the city. The hotel is a little oasis in a not particularly nice area. If you are looking for nightlife or a choice of good restaurants then this isn’t the area for you. Having said that if you are happy to stay put the Vida beach offers everything. Very friendly staff, very well appointed, clean bedrooms and a first class restaurant. It is directly on its own beach with plenty of staff to help you providing towels, cold water and sun cream. There is also a very nice infinity pool and separate children’s pool. There is a tennis court and some water sports. Substantial buffet meals are served in the restaurant. Again with helpful staff. Chef Al Bahri bakes all the pastries, breads and cakes in house and they are delicious. You can order fresh eggs Benedict too. Very good choice on the buffet in the evening. Many guests were on an all inclusive tariff which with the lack of restaurants near by is definitely a good option. Naomi on Reception and Sahar maintenance were very helpful. I would highly recommend for a few days of R&R.

Vi boede i en Beach villa med direkte adgang til stranden, magisk udsigt, meget roligt og lækker mad i restauranten (hvor de dig var lidt langsomme). Fri adgang til fitness og tennis i eftermiddagssol, skønt!

We stayed in a king-size bedroom, suite very spacious clean and tidy, nice sea view. We opted for half board, food was great plenty of choice. Vida Beach Resort Umm Al Quwain is a really nice resort felt very relaxed and chilled. A very big thank you to jumma who looked out for us and kindly took us jummah on Friday. Thanks to Amr, Bahar, Saddam you we're very attentive and always on hand if we needed you. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The hotel smells amazing and is clean, bright and welcoming. I cant say 1 bad thing. I have food requirements and the chef cooked for me 3 times a day without any problems, actually with such compassion! The staff can not do enough whether in the spa, gym, restaurant or behind the counter at reception. AMAZING

Staff were very helpful. However, I don’t feel I received good value for money considering how much I paid for my stay: My room with a city view consisted of a construction site and empty land. Room cleanliness was questionable on seeing that used mugs were not washed properly and still had remnants from previous use - making me question what else hadn’t been cleaned properly. Used bathrobes were taken and not replaced. The mechanism on the balcony door was broken so I was unable to close the door on my first night (room became very cold overnight) and although “fixed” - I was then unable to open the door to access the balcony. I’ll be visiting the area quite often over the next few years - but will not use this hotel again.
