Cambio asciugamani/teli e sistemazione camera giornalieri. Possibilità di gustare drink e sgranocchiare qualcosa gratis. A disposizione tanti kit gratis per il bagno in reception. Distributori e lavasciuga disponibili a pagamento. Colazione super, varia dal tradizionale alla classica dolce, c e pure la macchina per i pancakes appena sfornati. Comodissimo per gli spostamenti, bus sotto l albergo e metro vicina a piedi. Bellissimi gli origami da poter fare nella hall e un saluto alla ragazza alla reception, super dolce, che sta studiando per diventare insegnante di origami🫶🏻❤️

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Este es nuestro segundo año en el mismo hotel 🏨 La habitación está muy bien, espaciosa aún que nosotros contratamos la habitación de 25m y otra ventaja es que tienes una parada de autobús justo delante de e la puerta de el hotel que te deja en la estación principal de kioto.
El desayuno es un poco escaso y repetitivo.

全てがフロント近くにあるので、1階にいかないとなりません。自動販売機や氷を取りにいくのは別フロアでもいいのでは？と思ったのですが、概ね満足です。朝食は混みそうだったので、近くのファミレスモーニングにしました。

Un miembro de recepción no nos ayudó en absoluto cuando le solicitamos ayuda, incluso dejándonos con la palabra en la boca ante nuestra petición de información para enviar nuestras maletas al siguiente destino. Por lo demás, el resto del personal fue excepcional

L'esmorzar se serveix massa tard al matí. Tenint en compte que és de dia abans de les 6 i que amb la calor i xafogor extrema a Kyoto és recomanable començar les visites a primera hora, és incomprensible com l'esmorzar només se serveix a partir de les 7:30 i sense opció de lunch box. Crec que la direcció s'hauria de plantejar avançar esmorzar a partir de les 6.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026El personal muy atento y amable. El desayuno, buenísimo. El curry estaba muy bueno. Nos ha gustado mucho que haya zona de lectura y ofrezcan algo de picar por la noche. La habitación estaba muy bien y la cama era cómoda.
Por decir algo, que solo hubieran 3 lavadoras de monedas. Y que las lavadoras fueran de ciclos muy largos. Tuvimos que ir a una lavandería porque había mucha cola para lavar en el hotel.

Очень понравилось, что в отеле бесплатно предоставляли принадлежности для чистки обуви. Также на респешене можно было выпить воды. Вечером там же можно было взять выпивку (это называлось время коктейлей). Круглосуточно можно было выпить чаю матча. Сам номер чистый. Единственное - я так и не понял, как выключить свет в ванной, но это абсолютно некритично. Завтрак вкусный и довольно разнообразный

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Zeker een aanrader. Zowel de locatie, de service als de locatie waren geweldig. Je kon de gehele dag ook gratis limonade, ijs en koffie nuttige in sen ruime lounge. Waar je ook je eigen supermarkt eten mocht nuttigen. Echt top.
Ik vond het jammer dat je maar tot 09:30 kon ontbijten. Uitslapen was er dus niet bij. In europa zijn we toch vaak tot 11 uur gewent. Ze kwamen om 09:15 je bijna weg jagen aan je tafeltje. Maar verder was het super.

In der Lobby konnte man sich immer frischen Kaffee holen, das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bot einen guten Mix aus westlichen und japanischen Spezialitäten. Wir hatten ein Dreibett bzw Familienzimmer und damit auch viel Platz. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

The location is a bit meh, to get to bus stop you have to walk over this bridge which gets tedious if you have to do it several times a day. Quite a walk to subway. Not much to do in the area, not many cafes or restaurants. The breakfast was not tasty, mostly Japanese, not so many European options. We skipped it one of the mornings and opted out for some cafe instead. But on our last morning they revamped the breakfast area and content and it got much better, they added pancakes and cakes and more bread options.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026El hotel era muy lindo, nos encanto la amabilidad del personal. La habitación era pequeña pero no tan chica como los hoteles en Japon regularmente. La ubicación quizás no fue la mejor porque no esta tan cerca de los puntos turísticos pero hay una parada de bus en frente que te deja en todos lados, asi que eso no fue una gran desventaja. El desayuno es excelente y tiene opciones japonesas y occidentales.

Aamupala oli aika monipuolinen, vaikkei ehkä aivan kaikkien makuun (ei mannermainen). Hotelliin pääsi helposti metrolla ja useat bussit kulkivat läheltä.

Excellent stay overall, except there could have been a microwave in the room since we have stayed in numerous hotels that had them touring Japan!!! Only other exception was the Runny Eggs at a breakfast buffet!!! Our tastes were scrambled eggs fully cooked with no liquid!!!

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Le petit déjeuner est inclus dans l'offre. Netflix est accessible sur la tv! Ou en tout cas vous pouvez caster Netflix dessus (c'est rare au Japon). Service de livraison de bagages.
Leger bémol: Les informations n'étaient pas toujours transmises. Nous avons galéré à essayer de comprendre comment envoyer nos bagages et nous avons dû répéter les mêmes informations à plusieurs personnes différentes de l'accueil. Comme notre demande sortait de l'ordinaire (nous voulions envoyer nos bagages dans un bureau de livraison et non dans un hôtel), la demande était plus compliquée et suivre uniquement les instructions basiques d'un site web n'était pas suffisant. Mais nous avons tout de même réussi ! Autre petit défaut: il n'y a clairement pas assez de machines à laver pour le nombre de touristes à l'hôtel. Si vous voulez laver votre linge il faudra bien surveiller dès qu'une machine se finit.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Todo está excelente en este hotel. Todo el personal es muy atento, todos amables y sonrientes,. Las instalaciones están muy bien, cuartos amplios, baño excelente. El desayuno bufete delicioso y muy completo. La ubicación es muy buena, justo enfrente del hotel pasan autobuses que te llevan a la estación de trenes y a lugares importantes. Tiene servicio de lavadora y secadora con pocas monedas. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme ahí.
Dejar el hotel. Estuvimos muy contentos ahí.
