Este fue mi hotel favorito en toda mi estadia en Japón. El desayuno era delicioso y diferente cada día, el staff siempre willing to help, y eso de ir sacando las cositas y pijama en la entrada era muy cómodo. Aparte, en cuanto a la localización, perfecto, e smuy centrico y muchas veces me fui caminando a los lugares

La habitación cumplia su cometido que era dar descanso, con un tamaño normal, había espacio para poder dejar la maleta en la habitación sin meterla debajo de la cama. Habitaciones limpias y bien insonorizadas, no se escuchaba nada de la calle. La estación de tren esta a unos pocos metros y también tienes un Family en la esquina de la calle

Great place, we booked it a day before because our previous booked appartment cancelled on us. Great facilities, the rooms were quite big for kyoto so really pleasant. Close to the metro station with diirect link to kyoto station. 20 min walk to a lot of great attractions.

Breakfast was good and varied but not amazing.

The room is very confortable and quite large (compared to other standard rooms in Japan). The breakfast was great. The hotel is very nicely located (2 metro stops from the train station, and walking distance from main areas).

The bathroom could be slightly larger / more confortable.

La posizione è ottima in quanto vicinissima alla stazione e anche a piedi si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Noi eravamo in 3 e abbiamo prenotato la tripla ed erano 2 camere comunicanti quindi mia figlia ha avuto il bagno tutto per lei e chiudendo la porta ha avuto anche la sua privacy. E' stato perfetto dato che abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti quindi siamo stati molto comodi, inoltre il fatto che potevamo prendere bustine per il te e caffè solubile a disposizione per gli ospiti dell'hotel e anche prodotti beauty l'ho trovato davvero una coccola.

Exceptional value, less waste than your usual hotel as you help yourself to needed supplies. Room and bathroom big enough to be fully functional, very nice deep tub. Breakfast tasty with good range of hot and cold foods. Pleasant, helpful staff. Handsome entry and reception area.

Camera non molto grande, ma pulita e dotata del necessario. La colazione è intercontinentale a buffet, con una scelta particolarmente orientata alla cucina asiatica. La posizione è comoda, vicina alla metropolitana ma le vie principali di Teramachi e Pontocho sono comunque raggiungibili anche a piedi, con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti. Nel complesso una buona esperienza.

地點位置佳，離地鐵站走路五分鐘以內，位於安靜的巷子內不會吵鬧；房間整理得十分乾淨、舒適，房間大小剛好不擁擠，一個29吋行李箱可完全攤開；二樓大廳有備品可自行取用，非常方便；每天早餐內容都不太一樣

Läget och frukosten var absolut bäst! Vi fick ett rum på våning 8 så det var lugnt och tyst nattetid. Närheten till både tunnelbana och bussar gjorde att vi kunde utnyttja vistelsen till att se mer än vanligt samt att vi kunde promenera till många ställen som låg mycket nära. Utbudet av bra och billiga restauranger och caféer var också fantastiskt eftersom vi älskar att äta genuin japansk mat, var även nära till 7-ELEVEN och Familymart.

Gick inte att få kallt vatten i kranen, synd eftersom vattnet var extra renat för att kunna drickas. Personalen i receptionen var inte så duktiga på att förstå engelska så tur att min son pratar flytande japanska.

La ubicación, muy cerca de la parada de metro y con restaurantes y comercios cerca. El desayuno bufett no es muy variado, se podría mejorar. Tienes todo tipo de amenities a tu disposición.

Hermoso hotel y excelente ubicación. Quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal que además nos ayudó para el envío de nuestra maleta. La habitación era cómoda y contaba con todo lo necesario para la estadía, incluyendo pijama, café y te.

İhtiyacınız olan öz bakım ürünleri, kahve çay, bornoz gibi bir çok ürünü resepsiyon katında temin edebilirsiniz, bu çok büyük bir kolaylık. Otel suyunun içilebilir olması da büyük avantaj.

Rezervasyon yaparken ödediğimiz ücret dışında oraya gidince de ekstra 1200 yen vergi alındı. Bu bilgi rezervasyon yapmadan önce bir yerde yazmıyordu.Tek kötü yanı bu oldu bizim için.

el hotel estaba muy bien. situado cerca de la estación en una zona muy céntrica con muchos comercios había un 7 eleven a unos metros en la esquina, las habitaciones eran amplias para ser Japon y había buena limpieza, las camas muy cómodas, el personal. muy amable, la recepción está en el segundo piso y allí puedes encontrar elementos de aseo. algunos curiosos como mascarillas, hidratantes, cremas, o sales de baño

Location was perfect for our itinerary. Had 2 rooms and both were clean and comfortable. Also, utilized laundry facility at hotel which was convenient.

Cannot say there was anything we did not like about this hotel.

La ubicación del hotel y la proximidad a líneas de autobús y metro para desplazarse por la ciudad.

Para que limpiarán la habitación tenías que dejar un cartel. Nos dimos cuenta el primer día, cuando después de estar todo el día por ahí, llegamos a nuestra habitación y no habían hecho la cama. Nunca me había pasado.

交通位置很好，早餐有日式料理、室內有休息區、兩個人的行李攤開來整理完全不會干擾，是有餘裕的空間、床很舒適。吹風機很好吹，讓我想去買同款的來用。洗澡水柱很好😊

設備比較不足、浴室有點小

旅店提供乳液、卸妝油、化妝水，是一般旅店沒有的。而且還有道地的煎茶包。旅店位置極佳，走過一街就有公車站到京都市中心，走一分鐘不到就到地下鐵站。

住宿第二天門口貼了打掃及換浴巾牌，服務員沒有來，第三天按旅店規定一定要入內清潔，但當天白天是沒有安排外出行程，結果被打擾了！

位置很好：四條地下鐵下車大概5-10分鐘、附近也有公車站、7-11、走路就可以逛四條河原町；早餐豐盛有在地特色；備品除了基本的還有入浴劑跟面膜；房間整潔；服務人員很親切～

一樓入口長廊有時有煙味，但住宿房間沒有聞到。

talvez só a localização, não por ser má mas porque está um pouco escondido e a entrada um pouco disfarçada

. Petit déjeuner délicieux le matin avec un grand choix . Nous étions accueillies tous les matin avec un grand sourire de la part du personnel.

祇園祭を見に行きたいと思い立って利用しましたが、 山鉾がたっている地域のまっただ中でとても便利でした。 京都駅から地下鉄で2駅というのも便利でした。 チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりも快く対応していただけました。 お祭りなので宿も取れないかと思いましたがとてもリーズナブルだったので、思い切って祇園祭を見に行こうという気持ちの後押ししてくれた感じです。

隣り合う部屋の振動？が結構伝わってきました。 窓からの景色は、上に少し空が少し見えるくらいでしたが、 お祭りや観光のベースキャンプのように利用するつもりでしたので特に気になりませんでした。

入浴剤やUVクリームなど、アメニティが充実していた。

浴槽が高すぎて（深すぎて？）、入るのが大変だった。

交通の便が良い割に、とても静かで、コンビニも近くにあり、便利でした。

The location of the hotel is really good, the subway and bus stations are really close. Also, close to a lot of good quality restaurants and stores and waking distance to Nishiki Market. The room was spacious enough and the bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. Really good AC in the room. There is an ice machine down the hallway and some vending machines. I was really impressed by the fact that the guests can get face masks and sunscreen lotions from the lobby, really nice touch. Would definitively stay again, if ever in Kyoto.

Le petit cadeau pour notre anniversaire de mariage, le petit déjeuner dont les plats changent chaque jour. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous aimons les articles gratuits tels que les masques et soins de visage. Tout est accessible à pieds : métro, 7/11 au coin de la rue, nombreux restaurants, arrêts de bus ainsi que le centre ville pour le shopping.

La climatisation qui fuit mais a été réparé rapidement.

沒有選用早餐，但一週早餐的菜單都會公告在電梯裡，看起來超豐盛；地點真的太棒了，離烏丸站４號出口（有電梯）走路大概100公尺內，超級方便，離河原町等鬧區也是走路10-15分鐘內，對面有一間小超市，路口有7-11，寶可夢中心也是步行5分鐘內距離。房間很乾淨，備品在2樓拿取，高級雙人房空間可以開兩個29吋大行李箱沒問題。

JR京都駅から繁華街へ向かう地下鉄の駅からすぐ近く 出口をきちんと確認すれば徒歩3分ほどで歩けます 部屋は清潔でアメニティも充実しており ルームウェアがセパレートなことが良かった ただ、ルームウェアを並べてある棚で 上下横に並べてあったのがわかりずらかったので キャプションをつけていただけると親切かも 今回は閑散期の直前セールを見つけてツインルームのシングルユースで予約 シングルダブルと広さが変わらない部屋にベッドが2つ入っていたので狭かったです 椅子は背もたれのないスツール1つのみ よりかかるにはベッドに座るしかありません

Muy bien comunicado por transporte público y a Gion se llegaba en 20 mins andando. El hotel limpio, habitación amplias y el personal muy atento

Located near two subway stations. Walking distance to Nishiki market and Kawaramachi. Breakfast is simple and the source of my daily fibre (veggies) intake.

We have to get the amenities (sunblock, mask etc) daily from the lobby, which is fine but most (at least those that we need) are empty when we try to get them in the evening. So we have to ask the staff to replenish.

Breakfast was good, they have menu for each day, so you could see what you will be having before buying daily breakfast ticket. The hotel is near bus station, subway and local food convenient store (a big one) so you can buy many things. It also very convienent with the bus stop which goes straight line to main street.

The checkin area is small and might be very crowded and takes much time to check in.
