The Location was ok

We booked a 3 bed, however in the end it was a 2 person staying. Total price was around 661 euro and the Hotel only lowered the price with 61 euro and on the website it was 404 euro for 2 people. We got over charged 200 euro and hotel refused to offer the same rate on booking.com

الغرف ضيقة مره جميع الادوات الاستهلاكيه في الغرف من اقل جودات في العالم حتي الفنادق الاقتصاديه تعتبر افضل من هذا الفندق الخدمة سيئة انتظرنا ساعه عشان احد يشيل الحقائب في الدخول وساعة كامل لمي حضر احد وبالاخير احنا الى ادخلنا الحقائب الخدمة بشكل عام مامر على فندق بالشكل هذا ولا يستحق ربع القيمه الى دفعناها

The hotel's location is good for the price.

Disappointing experience – room was not as shown Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The reception staff were not welcoming or professional, and the check-in experience was poor. Before we paid, we were shown a clean room with clean bed sheets, a good bed, and a clean mattress. However, after completing the payment, we were given a different room that was in a much worse condition. The bed sheets were yellowish and clearly heavily used. The pillows were also yellowish and in poor condition, and the mattress was uncomfortable and needed replacement. The shower head in the bathroom was broken and needed to be replaced. The main bedside lamp was also not working. The swimming pool was also dirty and had visible dirt in the water. What disappointed me the most was that the room shown to us before payment was much better than the room we actually received. This is not acceptable, especially when booking through Booking.com. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless the management significantly improves the cleanliness, room quality, maintenance, and customer service.

HK staff is very nice especially Shahidul and this guy during our check out who thoughtfully asked if we need anything, didn’t get his name though. We ordered spaghetti from IRD which is a bit dry, but they generously gave us extra sauce and turns out to be really good. Communicating with the departments was a challenge as it always took long time before someone respond and calls were always directed to reception. Room is also a bit dusty.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The room attendant Saklian-mushtaq provided really great service and keep my room, clean and tidy. Very nice!

My overall experience was excellent. I stayed here for approximately 1.5 months during my business trip, and the entire stay was comfortable. I would especially like to appreciate Saklian and Bisnu for their exceptional hospitality and the care they took to ensure I had a pleasant experience throughout my stay.

I really appreciate the excellent service provided by Saklian Mushtaq. My room is always kept clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout my stay. Saklian was professional, attentive, and clearly takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. Thank you for making my stay even more enjoyable!

I had a great stay and would like to thank Emmanuel from the catering area for being incredibly sweet, helpful, and kind. His positive attitude truly made a difference. I’d also like to appreciate saklian mushtar from the housekeeping staff who cleaned my room — very kind, attentive, and always kept the room spotless and comfortable. Both of them represent excellent hospitality making my stay even more enjoyable

المكان موقعه جميل النظافه عجبتني الموظفين خدومين ولكن التكيف حار الثلاجة سيئه السيرفس اني لو طلبت اكل ممنوع يصعدونه للغرف مع ان كل الفنادق تصعد بس سياسة الفندق غريبه

Excellent stay - the staff were all very attentive and friendly. I was travelling solo for work, so I had the included dinner. The food was basic - but also tasty and ideal for a quick dinner after a long day. The waiter remembered my drink order each night and was super friendly. The rooms were comfy (a little small, but fine!), a good desk and chair to work from and decent WiFi. The cleaner also left me a lovely note every day which made me smile. I'll be back next time I'm in Riyadh.

الغرفه كانت مغبره شوي وماكنسوها زين نفس الشي دورة المياه والمخدات مو مريحه والمواقف مافيه فاليه لازم انت توقف في الباركنق وترجع مشي .. بعيده والفطور في الفندق الثاني دبل تري الفطور زحمه زحمه كلهم اجانب موظفين .. طيب خصصوا دور للنزلاء ودور للموظفين والقروبات مب طبيعي مالقيت طاوله واقفه طول الوقت والجاكوزي اسأل عنه قالوا مافيه حاليا مسكر ونفس الشي في الفندق الثاني والروم سيرفس مب متوفر الاكل كله مظلل 🫪 غير متاح

مكان قد يكون مناسب لي وقد يكون غير مناسب لغيري

الغرفه صغيره والحمام ضيق لا يوجد موقف سيارات للزبائن مياه الشرب في الغرفه منتهي الصلاحيه وعند سؤال الموظف عن سبب وضع ماء منتهي الصلاحيه أجاب بأنن آخر الكميه بما معناه أنهم يريدون التخلص منه على حساب صحة الزبائن

انا حجزت 7 ليالي وكان نفسيي غرفه مطله بس ماهتمو لطلبي ماحبيت اطلالة الغرفه الي سكنت فيها ابداً مع اني طلبت تغيير الغرفه مرتين بس مافي اي استجابه لطلبي ومحد اهتم للموضوع

The location

The maintenance I didn’t like. My stay was for business and only for one day. When I prepared to sleep, the power was shut and AC was also not working. To be honest, the hotel have charged for the night that I spent awake/sleep.

Conveniently located and clean

Got put into a smoker room - I had important meetings and my clothes and hair stank like smoke. Asked three times to get another room. It was not mentioned that this is a smoker room, would have never booked it.
