*صعب التنقل بين الطوابق إذا أنا في دور وجزء من عائلتي في دور آخر … *إذا طلبت خدمة مافيه شرح نفي وخلاص عطيتهم خبر إن الغرفة بمناسبة ذكرى زواج حولوني لأرقام منسقات 🙃 مع العلم كنت أبغى حاجة بسيطة كباقي الفنادق كحبة شوكلت أو عبارة بسيطة * الفطور ينتهي في وقت مبكر جدا *خدمة تنظيف الغرف سيئة جدا ماوفر ماء صرنا كأننا نتوسل وتوقعنا بعد الفطور الغرفة تم تنظيفها واضطرينا نطلع من الغرفة ونجلس باللوبي حتى يتم تنظيفها

The noise cancellation was pretty bad, I was hearing the noise of street cars, motorbikes and I am on the 9th floor. The air conditioner sound was pretty loud ( a jet sound) above my head. Lastly I was hearing water draining from upper rooms ( I can hear people taking their shower). Although everything was amazing but I couldn’t sleep.

عند اقامة الحفله في القاعات يتم اغلاق الممرات ويعيق الخروج والدخول من المكان من المفترض عند اقامة الاحتفالات فتح البوابه الشرقية حتى تخدم الزوار وضيوف المكان

تأخير في تغيير الغرفه لغرفة مدخنين وتم الانتظار لمدة ساعتين مدخولي للغرفه واكتشاف انها ليست للمدخنين وعند تغيير الغرفه لغرفة للمدخنين لا يوجد طفاية سجائر وتم طلبها لم تأتيني الا بعد سبع ساعات وطلبت كوي ثوب و شماغ مستعجل لان تأخرة على مناسبة بسبب تأخير تغيير الغرفه اكتشفت انها تحتاج ساعه وبلغة الرسبشن وقال زحمه وسوف تجهيزها بعد 20 دقيقة ولم يأتيني الثوب والشماغ الا بعد ساعه وربع بعد عدت اتصالات فنادق ثلاث نجمات افضل منه خدم بكثير

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026للأسف اسوء شي كيكة اللي ارسلت للغرفة الأولى كانت مثل البلاستيك وقام المدير المناوب الاخ عبدلله تبديلها يعطيه العافيه لكن الثانيه للاسف من الخارج لون غامق كأنها شوكلاته ومن الداخل كريمه وكيك قليل جدا لذلك عرفت السبب الشيف لايجديد عمل كيك مميز مثل اول أقامه لي بعد كورونا مباشرة كانت ربك واحد والان تغير كل شي لكن اتمنى ياخذ دورات في كيك وليس كيك كله كريم وطعم مافيه

The restaurant on the second floor was overpriced and not particularly delicious. The coffee and seafood were disappointing, and the salmon dishes were priced at around SAR 200, which felt excessive for the quality offered.

Laundry services are poor. The responsible employee was not professional at all. When asked him whether there is laundry service after 10:00 hrs . The expected answer is yes or no. But he replied with harsh answer and how I am expecting the service at this time and I should use the iron provided and this is your issue not our...no need to convert a simple question to an issue.
