Reviewed Nov 25, 2022Check in and check out timing was satisfactory, decor, breakfast. Wi-Fi. Staff friendly.
Room was unbearably hot with heating left on high temperature before arrival. We needed air conditioning all night but still didn’t cool it sufficiently. Got locked out the room - although compensated with a bottle of wine. No service to mail post cards overseas. Hot chocolate would be nice if offered in the bar.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2022Foreigners are allowed to stay here. It is good, because now it's really hard to find a hotel in Suzhou, where foreigners can stay. Most hotels refuse to accept foreigners. The hotel is good, everything is new and clean. Definitely a good value for the money.
The noise isolation could have been better. Sometimes I could here local buses announcing their bus stops. Thanks God there are no buses at night.
