Magnolia House Norrviken

We had 2 bookings at this place, first one was a "Queen" room and the second a "King" room. First one was great and the second was just amazing! Both rooms gor a warm and cozy feeling but our favourite was the "King" room. Spacious, well equipped and all the staff we met was nice and friendly and also provided good service. We will be back!

It is clean and fresh, close to a metro station which leads you to Stockholm city as well as the airport. It contains everything one needs.

Everything's good as always

One small request: please provide some basic washing material for dishes

There was the gym, laundry room and the room was very clean and spacious.

There was very few essentials ( like shampoo, body wash and broom). In addiction, our room was close to the gym and so it was very noisy at times.

Gut ausgestattet

Enkelt att checka in.

Värmen i rummet.

Good size rooms, comfortable sofa bed. Good location for local walks.

Could find the gym and didn't;t get a reply when we messaged about it.

Very nice and secluded.

Access to air conditioning.

Nada

The place is nice & clean. You can just buy your grocery & cook your food, they have all the things you need in the kitchen. I just wish they have more pillows.

They didn’t have elevator or at least ramp for the luggage. I have heavy big luggage and I need to carry it down & up.

Clean, nice nature, has everything needed. Everything was superb.

Trains to Stockholm center are a bit pricy.

We had a wonderful four days and three nights here. A special thank you to Ms. Eloisa, whose service was truly commendable. Because I mistakenly selected a basement room when booking, Ms. Eloisa thoughtfully arranged a room with a fantastic view, turning our unfortunate situation into a wonderfully pleasant vacation. The room was well-equipped, clean, and bright, providing a very comfortable stay. Especially noteworthy is the tranquil and peaceful surroundings, making it a perfect retreat.

This is a lovely place. The staff is super attentive and the apartments are simply amazing, with all the utilities you could ask for. The best part is this gorgeous little village and its surroundings full of nature.

The room is pretty comfy and got everything for a long-time stay even though I had only short-time stay, Windows were looking out into bushes so I didn't have to bother with curtains all that much

It's located rather remotely, there isn't much of anything in the vicinity.

The location is good

This was our fifth visit in Magnolia House. Unfortunately the apartment number 24 had a distinctive smell of cigarettes. I am not saying someone had smoked inside, but maybe some heavy smoker had been living there for a longer period of time and the smell of cigarettes had stuck inside the apartment. Also the apartment was quite hot. However, this won’t prevent us from visiting this place again, but the stench was a unpleasant surprise this time. Also the bed seemed to be a bit worn out, probably due to the fact the apartment being the oldest part of the property?

Great hotel, great stuff, great facilities

Rooms are spacious and well furnished/equipped. Close to train station, easy commute from the airport and into the city

It gets very warm during summer days. Fans are provided for the rooms which are just about ok to mange the heat.

Quiet, very conveniently close to the norrviken train station and ica supermarket.

Dust on the surfaces and crumbles on the kitchen floor when we arrived.

Rooms are big and well set up for longer stays.

Far from the city and no bars and restaurants nearby. Also a 10 min walk to get to the hotel from the train station and next to a main road.

Tutto ok

We had a very pleasant stay at Magnolia House. We initially expected a semi-basement room but were pleasantly surprised to get one on the upper floor instead. The room featured a very comfortable bed, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during a stay. Even though there were other guests in the building, it felt very private and quiet. Another big plus is the location and communication – the Norrviken station is close by, making it quick and easy to get to both the city center and the airport. Highly recommended!

It was close to trains for the airport and for central city. We were able to cook basic meals and do laundry which was such a bonus. Room was warm and bathroom facilities were exceptional. Laundry facilities included in room rate so such a relief to not have to find coins. For that reason, given we are travelling for 5 weeks, this place was amazing. Easy to walk to get groceries in either Norrviken or Häggenvik.

It is hard to complain about anything however we needed towels for two and duvets for two, they were not there but we managed.

Nice

Very pleasent and confortoble place to stay. Close to the train station and the staff are very helpfull and friendly

This is a modern accommodation, you have all you need in terms of appliances. Even though it's close to the street and train tracks, it's pretty well sound proofed.

Because the accommodation doesn't serve breakfast, due to its relatively remote location, there are no good options for getting something to eat quick with the exception of a gas station.
