Echor - The Koti Village Resort Kufri

The Hospitality was exceptional and the cleanliness was very good. My parents really enjoyed their stay. The Food was exceptionally awesome in taste and richness of spices;especially hot and freshly served. Thanks guys for making this trip beautiful for both of them. I recommend this place to everyone.. The food is good. The scenic property makes you forget it all.

The staff is a bit rude on the front desk. There was no smile on the faces when we reached. The heater in the room with -6 temperature and the bonfire etc had to be paid extra for.

Ambience and view iis extra ordinary.Hotel rooms are good and all staff are very sincere about their job.Very punctual and quick response as required

Approach road is not good from KOTI

Effort on hygiene

roads are little bit tough

okay breakfast.

Both property and Booking.com charged my card for 1 night stay. Have shared all the proofs viz: card details, bank statement, transaction proofs. but no one cared to reply... have been using booking.com from quite some years but now i will think twice before making any payment. It is a mental harassment, first you pay double the amount, then keep chasing for the money which is wrongly deducted. i expected more from Booking.com. Two thumbs down.!!!

Somewhat spacious and remote location

Facilities were not good, no support from staff in night, room heaters get auto shutdown, you will be left chilled at night

Outer view of cottage. View of Shimla in front. Clean

Rooms were very cold. Cool air gushing in through bottom of door. Room needs floor Carpet. Expected small fire place out side hut at night for at least 1hr.

The hospitality was superb
