Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Positiv war die wirklich tolle Lage am Meer direkt an der Strandpromenade in einer Seitengasse.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 3. OG. Das Fenster zu öffnen oder den Balkon zu nutzen war leider unmöglich da der Ventilator der Abluft des Hotels Oceano dermassen laut und geruchsintensiv war. Auch im Zimmer waren trotz der Schallschutzfenster diese Geräusche noch zu hören. Wer also Frischluft möchte sollte lieber eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Das Zimmer selbst fand ich für 1 Person o.k., für 2 wäre es schon sehr eng. Sonst weist das Zimmer vmtl. Klimabedingt leichte Schimmel-und Rostspuren im Bad aus, hat mich persönlich aber nicht weiter gestört. Ich würde nächstes mal aber eine ruhigere Alternative ein paar Meter stadteinwärts wählen, da ist es schon deutlich ruhiger.

The elevator door on the first floor never closed, so no elevator most of the time. Shower door setup, water everywhere, you have to use the towels to clean up the floor every time. Expensive..

La camera era un po’ stretta, però abbiamo trascorso solo una notte in questa struttura, quindi non ci sono stati problemi.

Camera piccola, bagno senza privacy (praticamente un vetro opaco divide la camera dal bagno). Se si va in spiaggia la camera non è attrezzata per stendere il costume.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Die Lage war fantastisch. By the Beach liegt direkt am wunderschönen Strand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit seitlichem Meeresblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Posizione Top, stanza piccola ma ben fornita, bagno spazioso, balconcino con un piccolo tavolino e due sedie, ascensore. Terzo piano da dove si vede il mare.
La pulizia va migliorata ma è comunque accettabile. Il rumore della ventola estrattore dell'hotel di fronte/fianco e l'odore di cucinato, prebalentemente pesce. Tenere chiuse le ante finestra.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026In ottima posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia di Nazaré, le camere essenziali negli spazi e nelle finiture, vanno bene per un soggiorno breve. Molto professionali e disponibili all reception dell’hotel Oceano dove si effettua check-in e check-out.
Poco spazio in camera e letto matrimoniale piuttosto piccolo. Rumorosa la zona in quanto in prossimità della via più trafficata di Nazaré

la comida en el restaurante deja mucho que desear, una noche cenamos y tuve que devolver un bacalao al horno, pues estaba mal cocido y duro, muy mal preparado. En su lugar me trajeron unos calamares a la plancha que también estaban duros y además no estaban condimentados. No sé, yo los suelo tomar y hacer con aceite de oliva, ajo, perejil y limón y están deliciosos. Además la espera eterna, creo que más de 45 minutos. Luego nos pretendían cobrar el plato devuelto y hubo que avisar al camarero para que corrigiera la factura y parece que se enfadó, creo que por no dejarle propina.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Il personale è stato professionale e cortese sia durante il check in che nel check out anticipato. Tale aspetto però non compensa sicuramente le pecche riscontrate nella camera.
Camera al terzo piano, di per sè in ordine e pulita. Il vero problema erano i miasmi provenienti dal bagno, che si sentivano fin dal corridoio. L’odore, proveniente dagli scarichi, era nauseante e persistente e invadeva l’intera camera anche perché i due ambienti sono separati solo da una vetrata con porta non isolante (fra l’altro con nessuna privacy…). In bagno, inoltre, era presente moltissima muffa. La porta-finestra del balconcino dava sul tetto di un ristorante dove è presente un sistema di ventilazione perennemente acceso e estremamente rumoroso, di giorno e di notte, senza tregua. Anche la prossimità con il vano ascensore era un elemento di disturbo. Unica scelta possibile: cercare una nuova soluzione, rimettendoci i soldi già versati (la persona alla reception si è dimostrata professionale e ha chiesto scusa ma, ripeto, ciò non compensa tutti i difetti riscontrati).

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Also ich war am Anfang etwas abgeschreckt wegen den schlechten Bewertungen hinsichtlich Schimmel usw. Aber ich muss sagen, ich war positiv überrascht, hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock und hier war keinerlei Schimmel usw. zu erkennen. Ja es ist alles recht kompakt gehalte, aber man ist im Urlaub um Land und Leute kennen zu lernen und nicht in einem riesigen Hotelzimmer zu verbringen. Lage war super, direkt am Strand, mit kleinem Balkon auf eine kleine Seitenstraße. Bad war vollkommen ausreichend, mit begehbarer Dusche. Frühstück gab's für 10€ im Nachbarshotel, war Büffetform, man darf nichts großartiges erwarten, aber es war alles da, von frischem Obst, Jogurth, Müsli, Pancakes, Brot, Semmeln, Marmelade usw.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Чудове розташування, але треба враховувати, що вікна з балконом виходять прямо на вуличку, на яку виходять витяжки з ресторану навпроти і всі запахи будуть в кімнаті. Тому я використовувала кондиціонер і не відкривала вікна.
Аромати від ресторану напроти, у якого витяжка виходить прям на балкони цього готелю. Відповідно і шум від витяжок, а не звуки океану.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Há três funcionários em particular que SEMPRE fazem eu me sentir em casa. Ana do atendimento, simplesmente incrível! Super proativa, gentil e meiga. Alfredo do atendimento, senhor gentil, educado e cordial, super atencioso, um verdadeiro Lord. Júlio do restaurante, a personificação da simpatia portuguesa hahaha já sabe até o que gosto de comer e beber e sempre está ali pra uma boa sugestão quando tem. Por pessoas como eles, atendimento como este é que sempre volto ao hotel e restaurante sem nem olhar as outras opções da cidade. O que mais gosto no alojamento? É que aqui, eu me sinto VERDADEIRAMENTE valorizado e volto todos os meses com muito gosto.
Não existe nenhuma queixa da minha parte

La parete del bagno è di vetro opaco. Nessun isolamento, nemmeno dall’umidità. La stanza era umida e con la parete di vetro anche sé opaca con le ombre generate dalla luce non c’è assolutamente privacy.

Parking in this area of Nazaré on a hot day is an absolute hassle, especially because this hotel is right on the beach so, if you’re someone less mobile or with a lot of luggage, I’d encourage you to consider booking a hotel with either parking included or a load/unload area.

Il bagno e’ separato solo da un vetro pertanto non vi era privacy.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025安くて心配だったけど最高だった。悪いレビューが信じられないくらい良かった。隣のホテルのフロントでチェックイン、アウトをするのだけどスタッフもフレンドリーで親切、荷物預かりも快く引き受けてくれた 部屋も綺麗で清潔だし、ケトルと紅茶や冷蔵庫もあり値段を考えたら十分すぎる設備 海沿いのレストラン横なので周辺の散策にも完璧な立地 もう1泊すれば良かったと思うほどです
ヨーロッパにしては部屋の照明が明るすぎるのでそれが嫌な人はいるかも知れない シャワーの際ブースの外に水が漏れる（バスマットがあるから拭けば良い） でもそんな事がどうでも良いくらい快適でした
