Excellent location 1 min from the beach, 12 min from the funicular to upper town. Comfortable beds and pillows, fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and loving room with sofa. Underground parking 5 min walk from the flat.

General problem with sewage and toilet - there was non stop noise like from a constant flow of water in the walls/ pipes with no visible problem, but at night it was disturbing in both bedrooms. Bathrooms need some more cleaning. Stairs with no elevator. Host not always accessible.

Really nice apartment in a great location. Parking is a short walk away.

The underground parking is very tight squeeze to get in and out of but that is the same everywhere in Portugal !

The location was awesome, right by the boardwalk area, right by the beach, at the centre of the main area.

Excellent apartment: spacious, well equipped (including kitchen), two bathrooms, clean and comfortable. 100 meters from the beach. Silent as is in the inner yard. Free underground parking 100 meters away (though not so that much easy to get in: a lot of other cars are waiting in the overcrowded street, and you have to ask the guard to let you in - priority for the card holders;) )

The lady at the reception (OK, we caught the right moment before they closed, so there was no need to use any codes) did not speak any English at all - not a single word :( The stairs are steep and no lift.

Dos pisos sin ascensor.escalera estrecha.. calle de.entrada de un solo sentido.. hay que salir marcha atrás 100 metros. Mucha humedad en la casa. Habitacion pequeña.. no caben las maletas.Camas y sofá bastante blandos. Duchas no cierra bien y se va el agua. Luz del baño fundida. La tele se.ve mal. Y las obras de enfrente a las 7;30 funcionado..

דירה נהדרת, נוחה מאוד ונקייה מאוד קרובה לים ולטיילת. גם החניה הייתה מועילה מאוד. הדירה מאובזרת לחלוטין והצוות היה נכון לסייע בכל עניין. פשוט תענוג! הלוואי שהיינו יכולים להישאר עוד הרבה יותר

Amazing location 2 minutes walking from the beach. Apartment is beautiful with lots of amenities. We stayed with 4 adults (2 couples) and the 2 bathrooms were perfect after our beach day. Great bed and bathrooms! Shout out to the comfy beds.

Only the tvs, they were old and we ended up in a local bar to watch the world cup.

Localização muito boa. As camas dos quartos muito confortáveis. Ar condicionado. O apartamento em si é muito bonito e bem decorado O preço é acessível.

Ficamos no quarto Beta. O banheiro da suíte estava com um vazamento na sanita, que ficou fazendo barulho de vazamento (pingando) a noite toda. O sofá cama da sala quando deita afunda de um lado fazendo um buraco desconfortável para se acomodar e dormir e fazendo muito barulho a cada movimento. Nos dois banheiros do apartamento o silicone dos azulejos do chão estavam pretos por causa do mofo, dando a impressão de que estavam sujos .( Não dá pra limpar, precisa ser trocado o silicone.)

Keine besetzte Rezeption trotz Ankündigung. Dusche und Wasserkocher waren verschimmelt. Bei der Lage muss man mit einem gewissen Lärmpegel rechnen. Parken funktioniert ist aber mit einem gewissen Aufwand verbunden, den man in Kauf nehmen muss.

Bon équipement, très bien situé, stationnement. Bonne indication pour accès reçu en message.

The property very nice and clean

I arrived around 8:00 pm, the place was closed, I received an email from the owner with instructions how to get in, but I didn’t notice it, I tried to call the telephone number on the reservation and no one answered, eventually I texted the number and after 15 minutes he called me back and explained how to enter. After entering everything was okay

El TV de la sala no tenía imagen, se escuchaba pero no se veía y no pudimos hacer uso de las cápsulas de hacer café, no todas son iguales podrían dejar instrucciones

Unglaublich schön eingerichtetes Appartement , mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet , sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt . Sehr gemütlich und ein warmherziger Empfang vom Host .

Great contact with the owner, very clear instructions how to get in to the apartment and how to park a car. Apartment clean and comfy, well equipped kitchen, towels in a bathroom. Friendly staff. We left appartment at 11 but the owner let us keep parking card for few more hours while we exploring Nazare. Thanks again for that.

If I need to point any "don't like" that would be window view... Wall on a one side and small street with a bar on the other side. But c'mon, who need a window view if you are 1 minute walk from the ocean? :)

Location and how simple was to check-in. IT was really cosy place plus we got to see huge waves in the main beach.

Ein wunderschönes Apartment, ideal für Familien oder Gruppen. Es liegt in der Unterstadt, fast direkt am Meer. Die Uferpromenade ist nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Eine Garage steht zur Verfügung, was angesichts der vielen Touristen in Nazaré sehr praktisch ist. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment ist bestens ausgestattet, mit reichlich Geschirr und Gläsern. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos, da eine Rezeptionistin uns zum Apartment begleitete.

It was a great amount of space and easy to access

The instructions for entry were very confusing and not in good English. For example they said “seats” when they meant “parking spots” it could use a proof read!

Great central location Modern nicely decorated apartment The woman at the reception was very helpful in showing up our apartment and showing us where the parking is. The owner responded to our calls very quickly and was willing to help with our enquiries and sent good instructions well ahead before check-in.

We stayed in Peixe Betta, which is on the second floor. Many stairs to climb and tight hallways. Parking is not close to the entry of the accomadation. We were given 2 sets of keys. However, there was only one key card for 2 vehicles, which made check-in and check out much longer. The street the main entrance is on is very tight and has many cars coming in and out, so it's much harder to unload and load the vehicles with our luggage. The shower doors in the main bathroom didn't close at the bottom, and when having a shower, water gushes out The knob of the sink in the main bathroom was loose, and we needed to hold down the screw so it didn't fall off when we were using it. The toilet in the ensuit bathroom wouldn't stop making the sound of refilling even though we wigged the handle many times and closed the door The cord to close the curtain in both the living room and second bedroom didn't work and needed to pull the curtains manually. The fold out sofa bed straps were busted at the bottom, which made getting in and out uncomfortable. The light in the second bedroom outside has no switch off button and needed to use the blackout blind which restricted airflow in the room.

The apartment is modern and clean. The beach is one street up with access to boutiques and restaurants.

The lady who welcomed us was extremely rude. She didn’t speak English and was very clearly annoyed we couldn’t speak Portuguese. She saw us walking in front many times as we were looking for the place and didn’t acknowledge us. Then she was mad she had to show us where the parking was. I put her on the phone with my husband who speaks Portuguese but was driving around looking for the parking, and she was rude to him and asked why he wasn’t the one there with her if he spoke Portuguese. Not sure why they would choose to have her deal with guests.

Un appartamento grande e comodissimo per 4 persone. Bagno in camera + secondo bagno per i ragazzi. Alle spalle del lungomare. Vicinissimo ad un parcheggio auto. Locali e market nelle vicinanze

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone that has issues with stairs as there are quite a few to the apartment as well as to where you park in the parking garage (no elevators)

Direkt am Strand gelegen

Unser Apartment ging nach hinten raus in eine kleine, dunkle Gasse mit vielen unterschiedlichen Restaurants und entsprechend vielen verschiedenen Gerüchen - Balkon auch aus diesem Grund (und auch aufgrund mangelnder Aussicht) nicht nutzbar. Das ensuite-Bad hatte ca. 1,5 qm, die Duschabtrennung war undicht und wir hatten Wasser im Zimmer. Das Personal hat einfach getrocknet und ging wieder. Wir haben dann das Loch selbst mit Toilettenpapier verschlossen. Für 4 Personen gab es genau 1 Weinglas.

10 minute walk from the bus station and just 50m from the beach front. Close to shops, bars and restaurants..an ideal location. Friendly staff on arrival. Modern apartment with all new facilities. Kitchen well supplied with cutlery and plates. Ensuite bathroom and second bathroom clean and spacious. A great place to stay and enjoy Nazare. Well worth staying here again.

In central Nazare, one block from the beach. Spacious 2 room apartment with kitchen and washer would be good for a multi day stay.

The alley facing unit was down the street from a bar and seafood restaurant which made it a bit loud at late hours and a bit fishy smelling.

Struttura vicinissimo al mare anche se non fronte mare come sembrava dalla foto, si tratta cmq. di attraversare la strada per entrare in spiaggia. Appartamento ben fornito e pulito. Il Plus è dato dal parcheggio, la struttura collabora con un parcheggio vicinissimo all'alloggio, dove basta esibire la tessera fuori dal finestrino per saltare la fila e parcheggiare, veramente comodo anche perchè vista la posizione sarebbe veramente difficile trovare un posto per la macchina.

Il fatto di non essere vista mare come sembrava dalla foto.
