Purtroppo non c’è attenzione all’ospite. Check-in e check-out automatici. Arrivata a Málaga alle 13 Avevo necessità di capire l’orario in cui potessimo quantomeno posare i bagagli, in quanto la stanza non era pronta e non potevamo accedere. Difficoltà a mettersi in contatto con qualcuno. Questo aspetto sarebbe decisamente da migliorare.

Una estancia de 10. El departamento es súper acogedor, cómodo y está en una ubicación privilegiada. Tiene todo lo necesario, súper confortable para sentirse bien. Queremos agradecerles de corazón por su hospitalidad. ¡Recomendado 100%

Beliggenheten var midt i blinket. Gangavstand til absolutt alt du trenger. Fint plassert midt i gamle byen. 20 min å gå til stranda og 10 min buss å ta til stort kjøpesenter. Funker fint å gå hit også. Ca 25 min Men du hadde absolutt det du trengte innen rekkevidde. Matbutikken er bare 5min unna der oss bodde. Jeg reiste med mine døtre og at vi bestilte leiligheten med takterrasse passet oss perfekt. Vi satt ute om kveldene og du kunne se livet i gatene. Stedet er absolutt å anbefale videre. Rengjøringspersonalet kom innom hver dag for å tømme søppel osv og sjekket over at alt var ok mtp håndklær.

Stedet trenger en «vårrengjøring» Veggene var flekkete, gulvene og list veldig støvete. Kjøleskapet var ikke riktig montert og tippet fremover hver gang det ble åpnet. Utemøbler som trengs å byttes ut. Men den daglige rengjøring var helt ok og opplevelsen vår var upåklagelig. De tjener veldig på beliggenheten som var helt perfekt.

L’appartement était top, propre et très bien situé

Mauvaise expérience, principalement à cause du manque de communication et d’organisation. Tout d’abord, il n’y avait pratiquement aucune communication de la part de l’hébergement, à part des messages automatiques. Les réponses à nos demandes étaient extrêmement tardives, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée particulièrement compliquée. À notre arrivée, nous n’avions reçu aucun code d’accès. Nous nous sommes retrouvés bloqués à l’entrée avec nos bagages, sans savoir comment accéder au logement. Une adresse figurait sous la réservation, mais personne ne nous avait indiqué qu’il s’agissait d’un autre emplacement ni expliqué clairement la procédure à suivre. Nous avons attendu environ 30 minutes avant de comprendre la situation. Au lieu de nous transmettre simplement les codes d’accès à l’avance via Booking ou par e-mail, comme cela aurait dû être fait, nous avons dû appeler. La personne que nous avons eue au téléphone faisait visiblement de son mieux, mais son niveau d’anglais était limité et nous avions beaucoup de mal à nous comprendre. De plus, lorsque j’ai demandé le code de la porte d’entrée, on m’a communiqué le code de l’appartement, ce qui n’a fait qu’ajouter à la confusion. Résultat : près de 45 minutes perdues simplement pour réussir à entrer dans le logement, après un voyage et avec nos bagages. Une situation qui aurait très facilement pu être évitée avec une communication claire et quelques informations envoyées à l’avance. Pour le départ, même problème : j’ai demandé à 10h s’il était possible d’avoir un late check-out d’1h à 1h30 ou simplement de laisser nos bagages. Aucune réponse. Je me suis déplacée au bureau central, mais il n’y avait personne. Et finalement, on m’a répondu à mon message à 15h30, alors que nous avions déjà dû nous débrouiller autrement. Aucune communication réelle, uniquement des messages automatiques et des réponses beaucoup trop tardives. Cela nous a malheureusement gâché aussi bien l’arrivée que le départ.

Le logement est pratique, nous y avons passé une nuit, il y’a une laverie sur place et une cuisine équipée. Il y’a pleins de restaurants à pied. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Le logement est situé au centre historique donc bruyant le soir. Les indications parking manquent de clarté et il s’agit du parking de la ville.

Sobretodo que permitieran mascotas, la ubicación era perfecta y teníamos todo lo necesario!

La limpieza de los enseres de cocina

Limpieza genial. La cocina espectacular, con todo el equipamiento, incluso lavavajillas y todo nuevo que parecía a estrenar. El frigorífico enfría muy muy bien. Te dejan cápsulas de café como obsequio junto a la cafetera. Las camas muy bien. Una es cama mueble pero fácil de abrir y cuando la abres está ya hecha, lista para dormir. Mis 2 hijos durmieron ahí muy bien. Ubicación excelente si quieres conocer el centro de Málaga.

Zona peatonal por lo que el coche no hay donde dejarlo, salvo parkings del ayuntamiento en la zona de alrededor (por alojarte en estos apartamentos, puedes comprar un bono por 18€ al día, eso sí, es de un solo uso, o sea, solo puedes entrar y salir una vez). Un paseo de 25 minutos mínimo hasta la playa más cercana. El baño es lo unico que, aún estando bien, estaba un poco más deteriorado. Nos costó abrir porque el pomo de la puerta giraba con el código de acceso pero no abría. Mi apartamento daba a un patio interior muy feo: si no abres las cortinas, no lo ves.

La ubicación es la mejor, central y bastante fácil de pasear y disfrutar las vacaciones en el centro de Málaga.

Ontzettend mooi en ruim appartement op een hele goede locatie midden in het historische centrum

Het contact met het personeel verliep erg stroef. Zo hadden we meerdere keren gevraagd of we al bagage konden droppen (dit kon uiteindelijk niet en dit vind ik ook wel jammer) en of we mogelijk al rond 14.00 konden inchecken ipv 15.00. Ze zeiden toen dat ze de code zouden sturen als ze klaar waren en vervolgens werd er nog niks gestuurd om 15.30. Toen zijn we zelf naar het andere sleutel pick up punt gegaan, en daar bleek dat de kamer al lang klaar was en ze gewoon niet de code hadden opgestuurd. Het is niet super erg maar wel net jammer, ook omdat ze prima die code van de deur hadden kunnen sturen zodat we gelijk naar het appartement konden ipv eerst nog langs het andere punt om te vragen of ze een mail konden sturen met daarin de code.

Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum Malagi, wszystko w zasięgu ręki. Piękny widok z dużego tarasu (Taras wyposażony w łóżka plażowe, stół z krzesłami i prysznic). Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Obiekt przyjazny zwierzętom. Generalnie bardzo wygodny apartament.

Jedynie co powinni usunąć z tarasu starą kanapę.

La ubicación perfecta, con todo a pie de calle, muy céntrico. Muy bien insonorizado aún estando en el centro. Mobiliario nuevo y moderno. Nos dejaron agua, cápsulas de café e infusiones. Muy recomendable.

Que no hubiera un espacio de consigna de maletas ya que había que dejar el apartamento a las 11,00 y no habia opción de dejar las maletas hasta que nos marcharamos de allí.

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum starego miasta. Mnóstwo restauracji i atrakcji turystycznych w najbliższym otoczeniu m.in. słynna Kocia Kawiarnia. Główne zabytki (Alcazaba, Gibralfaro, muzeum Picassa) czy też Malagueta, najsłynniejsza plaża w mieście, w zasięgu kilkunastominutowego spaceru. Blisko zarówno dworzec kolejowy (30min) jak i autobusowy (15 min). Winda. Dostęp na kod. Wielkość.

Na niewielki minus gwar i hałas z ulicy, który ze względu na lokalizację jest słyszalny praktycznie przez całą dobę. Apartament jak to apartament w starej kamienicy - gdzieniegdzie widać upływ czasu i w mojej ocenie wymaga delikatnego odświeżenia. Brak czajnika. Woda pojawiająca się na podłodze w kuchni.

La struttura si affaccia nel centro di Malaga, abbiamo fatto un po' fatica a dormire per via della movida e del via vai di mezzi di pulizia notturni, ma è normale ed assolutamente da tenere in conto vista la posizione.

De locatie was top! Midden in het centrum van malaga.

De badkamer was niet fris, ook hadden wij een douche gordijn wat niet op de foto’s stond. Ook dit gordijn was er vies net als de rest van de badkamer, verder was de kamer zelf ook niet mega schoon, zoals de vloer enzovoorts. Verder is onze kamer in de 3 nachten dat we er verbleven niet schoongemaakt, en hebben we geen nieuwe handdoeken ontvangen

Canapé lit pas très confortable je déconseille donc de booker pour 5. Et code de l'appartement envoyés en retard par rapport à l'heure du check in. Et peut-être un peu cher/nuit.

Clean , very good location right in the mix of it all. Felt like home from home.

We stayed over the weekend and during peak season so was a little noisy but it was also my error and overlooked this when booking.

The location is very central. Parking is not directly next to the apartments and it is paid. There is a lot of nightlife just outside, so it can be quite lively at night. The soundproofing is quite good, but you can still hear some noise through the windows, so I recommend bringing earplugs and then it’s absolutely fine. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away, but there is a nice route with plenty of shade. The apartment has everything you need and a beautiful view over the city. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the cleaning service was also very good.

One small suggestion would be to add a coat rack and a shoe shelf in the hallway.

Absolutely loved the location, in the very heart of Málaga. Everything is within your reach, from restaurants, cafes, souvenir stores, museums, the Alcazaba, Gibralfaro castle and even the beach and seaport is not too far away, the meetup place for most excursions is also at maximum of only 8 minutes of walking. The aircon worked amazingly well, the apartment also had plenty of necessary utensils, the place was clean and you could get fresh towels whenever you needed them. The staff at the reception was lovely. I'd say it's the perfect place for all types of tourists those who want to see the city and its history, those who like the nightlife and enjoy going clubbing, those that love to just relax, try various restaurants and cafes and visit the beach. It's a place that's definitely worth the money and I personally would gladly return next time.

Nos encantó todo. El apartamento era moderno, muy elegante, impecablemente limpio y decorado con mucho gusto. La cama era muy cómoda, la cocina estaba perfectamente equipada y todo funcionaba a la perfección. La ubicación es excelente, en un lugar tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Los propietarios fueron muy amables y atentos. Sin duda, uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que nos hemos alojado.

Sinceramente, no tenemos ninguna queja. Todo estuvo perfecto y superó nuestras expectativas. Si volvemos a esta zona, sin duda volveremos a elegir este apartamento. Lo recomendamos al 100 %.

Die Lage ist einfach toll, man ist wirklich direkt in der Innenstadt, alles fußläufig. Wenn man das Zimmer nach hinten raus hat, hört man vom Fenster aus gar nichts vom Trubel der Stadt, das ist toll! Einchecken und Codevergabe waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Die Dachterrasse kann nicht benutzt werden, obwohl sie auf den Bildern der Wohnung zu sehen ist. Das fanden wir sehr schade! Die Türen zum Hausgang sind nicht gedämmt, man hört jedes Geräusch. Die Aussicht nach hinten raus ist sehr trostlos... Wir hatten leider das Pech das im unteren Apartment draußen Party gemacht wurde und das zu uns alles hochgeschallt hat.

El apartamento en general está bien en cuanto a tamaño y limpieza. En mi opinión ganaría si cerraran la zona de la cama para tener una habitación aparte, pero esto es algo subjetivo.

La verdad que fue terrible nuestra estancia. Tuvimos en los apartamentos de la misma planta y la planta superior una despedida de soltero, y se oía por todos los lados a la gente. Tanto desde el rellano como desde el patio interior (precisamente cogimos apartamento interior para estar más tranquilos) era insufrible poder dormir y estar tranquilo. Nos tuvimos que ir todo el fin de semana a otro hotel. Creo que si vas en plan de fiesta pues estupendo, pero si quieres descansar, vas con familia o pareja y te toca algo así es muy poco recomendable, una lotería la verdad.

Widać że obiekt jest już trochę „zmęczony” i wymagałby dokładnego posprzątania bo czystość pozostawiała trochę do życzenia. Chcieliśmy zameldować się w nocy i komunikacja z gospodarzem była niezbyt klarowna - dostawaliśmy sprzeczne informacje

The property was in the best location ever, in the middle of the tourisic road. The good thing is we could not hear a single noise from outside. We had a window but it was not in the road side. The room was spacious really big and it had a kitchen with everything you needed. They also give you the option to use the washing and drying machine in the 5th floor where lavanderia was. The staff were really responding and provided everything we asked for. Would definitely recommend. But keep in mind it also allows dogs (which for us was not a problem because we have dogs ourselves and love them). But if you are not a dog person keep in mind it might smell a bit (not a bad smell, just the characterisic smell of when a dog was present) We were really satisfied!

L'host ci ha fatto attendere 30 minuti poiché non riuscivamo ad entrare con il codice, l'appartamento non era molto pulito.

Appartamento super centrale in una delle vie principali della città. La possibilità di fare il check-in online ci ha permesso di non dover andare alla reception che si trova in un'altra posizione rispetto all'appartamento, quindi questo è stato molto comodo. Cambio asciugamani ogni giorno.

Abbiamo avuto una piccola sfortuna l'ultima sera del nostro soggiorno. Ci è entrato in camera uno scarafaggio ed essendo due ragazze abbiamo provato a chiamare il numero indicato per chiedere del supporto. Tuttavia, la ragazza che ci ha risposto si è rivelata molto scortese, rispondendoci "Siamo in Spagna, è normale che ci siano degli scarafaggi, vivono in strada, la prossima volta se volete aiuto prenotate un hotel, non un appartamento". Onestamente, queste risposte non dovrebbero essere date a dei clienti che hanno pagato, indipendentemente che si tratti di un appartamento o di uno hotel. Forse noi siamo state un pò esagerate ma in ogni caso non sono risposte da dare! Inoltre, un piccolo appunto, ci era stato detto che potevamo lasciare le valige dopo il check-out a partire dalle 10.30 (messaggio scritto su booking dalla struttura), il giorno stesso si è rivelato essere dalle 11.00. Il problema non è stato aspettare che arrivasse qualcuno, piuttosto che nessuno si sia scusato per questo inconveniente e la risposta sia stata "non so chi l'abbia scritto".

We stayed here several years ago, when it was new. It was possibly the best place around. Location perfect, Price good Rooms look great. Price fluctuates, Málaga can be very expensive. Location, still great, but you are in a busy city centre - you will hear noise. Room is still great. The bed is very comfortable. And there is an onsite (free) laundry, which includes tumble dryer.

The room is now showing its age. I doubt it's been painted since we were last here (yes...we stayed in exactly the same room). Parts are worse for wear, and it doesn't look fresh. The bathroom accessories could do with been replaced. All that to one side, the cleanliness is poor. The floors seemed dirty. Shower not fully clean. The top shower head is horrendous. I could tell someone with long hair was here before. You guys really need to 1, paint, 2, quality check the floors. I like walking bear foot in my house. However I don't expect to brush my feet off before bed. All to one side, I will still come back when price is good, as a final chance. First experience great, second not great. Let's see next time.

El código para abrir las puertas fallaba mucho y teníamos q introducirlo muchas veces hasta q se abría. Al ser tan céntrico hay algo de ruido para dormir.

Sobretodo lo bien ubicado que esta en pleno centro de Málaga. Muy limpio, amplio. Las botellas de agua mineral y el café que dan con la habitación es un gran detalle.

The location of the property was incredible. Located in the heart of the old city surrounded by history and great restaurants. Very busy and active with any type of food you can think off. The water front was close by, Picasso museum and the Alcazaba fortress along with may other beautiful historical buildings.

The unit was well laid out with a bunk bed in one room open to the kitchen area and a queen bed in the bedroom. The bunkbed area had no way to close it off for privacy. Livingroom was comfortable but the entire unit smelled of mold. Not over powering but there. The noise from the street area below went on until after 2am. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Beautiful apartment brilliant roof terrace. Comfy bed and immaculately clean.

Not great communication from booking. Com emails saying if we didn't complete the check in form our booking would be cancelled. When we tried to fill in the form we couldn't as there was a fault on booking Web site. Would not use booking.com for booking abroad again. This was not the fault of the property but again booking. com. Extremely disappointed.

Het was wel een grote, luxere kamer waar we ons fijn voelden als we boven waren uit het drukke (en ook wel gezellige) centrum. En de ligging midden in het centrum was perfect. En je kunt gelijk ontbijten bij de buren naast.

Het enigste dat minder was, is dat er geen raam met uitzicht was, maar we hadden net die ene kamer (van de 4 denk ik) die uit keek aan de achterkant op een betonnen muur die 4 meter hoog ofzo was.

Great spot right in the centre (just note the noise if you’re in a city-facing flat). Not quite like the pictures but still nice and clean etc :) Will very likely stay again!

Das Apartment liegt MITTEN in der Altstadt und hat eine riesige Terrasse mit tollem Blick in die Gassen und über die Stadt. Es gab Liegen, einen großen Tisch mit Stühlen und eine Lounge. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings war der Kühlschrank viel zu klein und OHNE Eisfach.

Alles in allem war das Apartment leider schon sehr abgenutzt. Das Bett war sehr sehr klein. Was allerdings besonders gestört hat, waren die Geräusche im Flur. Neben dem Apartment befand sich wohl der Haushaltsraum mit den Waschmaschinen, die morgen bis abends liefen, was auch gut zu hören war, genau wie das Reinigungspersonal früh am Morgen.

Compared to the pictures the real state of the apartment is a little bit different, with some of the room parts that are already worn out, althought everything is still functional.

Sin duda alguna la ubicación y lo silencioso que me resultó el apartamento, a pesar de estar en todo el centro, fue lo mejor. Y otro punto importante, es agradecer que sean pet friendly.

Elegimos un apartamento con terraza por varias razones, pero lo cierto es que no lo disfrutamos mucho ya que no estaba muy cuidado y ello, no invitaba a disfrutar de la terraza. En cuánto a la limpieza, lo noté bastante dejado, a pesar de que estaba limpio, la falta de mantenimiento de muchas partes hacia que tuviera un aspecto de suciedad. Grifos negros convertidos en plateados porque están desgastados, paredes llenas de rozones, pintura en el baño (resulta poco higiénico).

We verbleven op de eerste etage in kamer 14. In de kamer is 24 uur geluid te horen van draaiende machines die zich in een ruimte aan het terrasje bevind en in komt is steeds een hard geluid alsof de ventilator non-stop aanstaat dit hoor je ook in de nacht. Kussens zijn erg dun. Maar de vriendelijke dame van de schoonmaak heeft extra kussens verstrekt nadat wij daarom hadden gevraagd.

Fijne bedden en goede locatie met veel winkels en eetgelegenheden op loopafstand.

Het appartement viel erg tegen; het is duidelijk verouderd sinds de foto’s zijn gemaakt. Er zat op meerdere plekken schimmel tussen de voegen van de tegels en in de badkamer, en overal bladderde verf af. We zaten daarnaast zonder warm water in de douche. Ook was de schoonmaak niet goed: er zaten nog remsporen in het toilet en er lagen donkere lange haren in de badkamer. Het uitzicht vanuit het raam was een muur van het gebouw ernaast. Bagageopslag is nauwelijks mogelijk (ook al staat van wel) en de appartementen zijn erg gehorig.
